I take 1 year plan but after 60 days independent tv is not working that service provider is fraud with me please take serious action against him he fraud with all customer when ever I switch on my television I saw error not even free channel is working I am vary confuse about service provider how can he cheat with all customer please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible

My Independent tv set top box is not working, it says signal lost. The problem had been there for a month but it was just the problem of glitches in between and after calling the customer care they gave forward dates. But now after calling, they are just giving more dates for ahead. STB SN - [protected]

I have taken this connection some time back and I am very dissatisfied with it. I paid the amount online for connection which was done after many follow ups. Post that many channels were disconnected which were mentioned in offer. Now since last two days nothing is coming. No customer care call is connected to raise a complaint. I am fed up with this service and will raise it in consumer court.

Sir, I have 2 connection of indipendent TV DTH service . And I have pay 3000 Rs. Per connection for 1 year plan.but now independent TV provide very poor service .
Now independent TV stopped all the services without any notice all over the India.all the package of zee channels and colours channel stopped last 1 or 2 months. Ten 3 is also stopped.
Please take a action against indipendent TV

I have a connection of independent TV but from the beginning I have been fooled out. The dealer told to deposited the sum of Rs. 2200/- for a year. So I applied the same. But after 10- 15 days most of the channels has been removed like HD channels, star channels, kids channels etc. From the beginning we are facing the poor customer service and poor quality of channels as well. We have complained to the dealer a lot but no solution has been provided yet. The customer care no. Of the company is not working at all. And there is nobody to get the solution of our problem. TRAI is sleeping. If someone has any advice regarding where should I complain of this cheating, please guide me.

I'm an Independent Tv customer and I booked my connection after hearing from a friend. But after a while there was heavy video freezing which would not stop even for weeks. And when I tried to call the customer support it would always say busy even before welcoming me onto their queue list. After a thousand attempts when the call finally connects they tell that they have a technical issue and i when I ask them what it is they don't know it their self.

After the new tri rules they stopped my working channels which was ok as they had to do it but when I paid to turn them back on, the amount was deducted from my account but the channel was still not on to which they answered that it is again a technical issue, which is still on till date.

STAR channels were not working during the IPL time for almost one month now the same issue is with ZEE.

And now when I want to suspend/close their connection they are refusing that they will not refund my amount and there is as such no procedure for connection suspension.

Bad services and all channel talecast is not and hang all channel and last two month few channel are miss and suddenly stop all channel.1 year payment paid done but channel talecast is very poor, we are very ubset for this service provider. Last two month sometime colors miss or sometime star channel miss or till today date zee channel are miss, I talk to area settop box fiiting engineer he told me service are totally stop

भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण बोर्ड मै इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी का उपभोक्ता हूं मैंने इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी का एक 2500रुपये में कुछ समय पहले लिया था। जिसके आधार पर मेरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर को मुझे एक साल के लिए सभी चैनल वाले अन्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवानी थी लेकिन मेरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर ने मेरे लांग टर्म प्लान से अधिकतर चैनल हटा दिए हैं ऐसा होने के पिछे कारण यह बताया गया कि यह सभी चैनल ट्राई के न‌‌‌ए नियमानुसार हटाऐ गए हैं लेकिन मैंने ट्राई के निर्देश वह नियमो अच्छे से देखा वो समझा है नियमानुसार एक उपभोक्ता को केवल उन ही चैनल के लिए भुगतान करना होगा जो वह देखना चाहता है जबकि इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी ट्राई के निर्देश वह नियमो का उलंघन कर वह चैनल दिखा रहा है जो देखना नहीं चाहते और जो चैनल उपलब्ध है उन में भी निम्न समस्याओ का सामना करना पड़ाता है जैसे-( 1) सिग्नल सर्विस ऐरर(2) चैनल ब्रेक (3) स्टार, जी व अन्य चैनल जो एक सर्विस प्रोवाइडर को देने चाहिए वह चैनल भी मेरा सर्विस प्रोवाइडर उपलब्ध नहीं करवा रहा है जिससे की हमारे पैसे बर्बाद हो जा रहे । अतः इन समस्याओ से जूडी कुछ तस्वीरें वह विडियो भी में आप की साइट पर अपलोड कर रहा हूं और में आशा करता हूं कि आप मेरी इस समस्या को हल करेंगे तथा मेरे सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से मेरी लागत राशि रिफंड के रुप में दिलवाएंगे। आप धन्यवाद।

The independent dish tv has already taken advance for the year with the new connection and now while providing its services some days some channels are not working and other days other channels are not working and making fools of there customer and from today morning all channels are showing signal lost since it is sunny day and there phone is also out of service area.
please help

Signal lost of all the channels in good weather condition of independent TV
And also no good services are provided by the company.
Trai should take strict action against the independent TV
We also complaint in trai in April .

Indepanded tv ने हमारे साथ बहुत बड़ा धोखा किया है हमसे पहले ही सारी चैनल का पैसा पहले ले कर धीरे धीरे hd चैनल बंद किया फिर स्टार के चैनल कुछ हफ्तों से बंद किया अब पूरा महीना होने को आया है उसे colours aur zee ke चैनल को बंद कर के रखा है उसके कस्टमर केयर मे कॉल नहीं लगता हमेशा कुछ ना कुछ प्रॉब्लेम होता ही रहता है कभी सिग्नल का चले जाना कभी सब चैनल का रुक रुक का चलना बहुत ही बड़ा धोखा दे रहा है Independent टीवी हमको मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया हू! अब हमारे बर्दाश्त की सीमा को indepanded टीवी पार कर चुका है अब हमे इस डीटीएच company के साथ नहीं रहना है! हमे hamara paisa refund चाहिए पूरे ब्याज़ के साथ इसी आशा के साथ हम ट्राई पर शिकायत कर रहे है कि aaise धोखे बाज कंपनियां को बंद किया जाय कि दुबारा ये किसी को ना धोखा से लुटे !

Since 12 june the tv is not receiving signal. Error-400 signal lost and the weather is also clear.
Customer care call service is also not receiving the calls.
Wasn't expecting this type of poor service.
In short, very bad service.
Will be expecting a solution or atleast a call from the customer care for the solution and if the problem still persist then refunds.

Complain No. 2700090 registered for "Error 400" on most of the channels telephonically 20 days back. Still in follow up with the service provider for resolution of complaints but action was not taken by service provider so far. It is very difficult to connect with customer care and take long time in waiting for call connection.
It seems to be a fraud with customer by this company

It is very important to send a message to our network, and then send it to your channel as well as the channel paid by the all channels, but the zee channel and color channel 1 month will not be available or the customer care should not be deleted. The bindass zoom etc channel is not a 1year pack that means 2500 wallet or a new one is exported to another company.

This company is totally fraud, please anyhow make possible to return back my deposit amount for dth service, as till date no channel is working properly, we are very upset with service either you solve it or we will go to court, zee, colors channels are lost and now all the channels are delaying. so plz plz help us, its our hard earn money, get it back, for those fraud, I feel now trai is also with dth companies as no action are taken on these companies, if you are not then please do something.

From last one month i have facing the problem 400 error on independent TV we are not able to receive any channel.
i have sent escalation mail and tried to contact to Toll free no none of the mode is working .
No reply for mails, toll free no doesn't connect .No phone no is working .
Dont know whom to contact for the problem .Taken 1 year subscription . please help what to do.

Yar ab ye faltu dish chalu nahi hoga... abtak ye sirf chanal ka payment nahi kar rahe the peovider ko to chanals gayab ho rahe the..

Ab to inhone satellite rent bhi nahi diya to dish out of service hogayi hai..

aur ye whether condition ka massage display kar rahe.. jab ki barish ka namonishan nahi.. kya zata complaint karoge ambani ke khilaf...

I should do one thin.. monsoon season is upcoming.. so i will use this dish as umbrella for 20yrs and refund my refund will be done... there is no another way..

My name is bhanudas . I purchased one sets of independent tv {dth}.in advertise of independent tv said by them that all channels including hd are free for 1 year but suddenly many chanels not seen on my tv it will get error message you are not subscribed.
Kindly take strong action against independent tv as this is complete case of 420 that make people fool.zee&colors ke channels 1 month se nahi chal rahe hai aur baki ke channels ruk ruk ke chal rahe hai. Please sir

I had an independent tv connection from February. And from the day fifth I got many problems regarding channels not visible due to some technical problems and some channels not running fluently. I had complaint many times and company agent are requesting to wait. But still nothing is change. So I don't want this connection and I want my money back. So please I request you to help me here and save me from losing my money.

Sir mene indipendent tv liya to bola gya ki 1year apko all chanal free milenge lekin sirf 1 weak chala or bahut se chanal band ho gye mene customer care se bhi bat kiya to kuch bataye ni fir mene return ke liye distributer se bola to bole 400 rs mahina ka cut krke return krenge ye to company fraud kr rhi esa company ko band kr dena chahiye customer ko loot rhe apse nivedan h ki mere paise refund krwaye
