Independent tv provided me dth service for my home tv vide set top box bearing no. [protected]. For the last two days picture and voice both on my tv are sticking. Company is not attending customer care telephones toll free no.[protected] or alternate no. [protected]. This company needs some hard treatment because there appears no improvement in services.customer like me feels sorry after purchase of connection from independent tv out of hard earned money.

    It's been 2 months now none of the channels play continuosly. Relay gets struck or paused now and then. Also channels get automatically changed unsure if it's due to software update. Never faced such problems with other operators. Unable to contact customer support as all numbers are out of order or calls are never answered.
    Is there any solution. My subscription is valid for another Seven months. How can I claim refund? Any pointers here would help and appreciated.

      I bought 1 year plan from independent tv. For first 2 months it worked properly but after 2 months maximum channels disappeared saying that you have to pay for them explicitly.
      I'll suggest no one should buy independent tv. I want to know if i bought a plan for a year then how can the number of channels provided in it can change after 2 months? I want my money back. I called the shopkeeper from whom i bought it about the problem but he said that you have to contact customer care of independent tv but no one is picking the call.

        Independent TV is a fraud company. It has time and again disappointed. Initially the challan was that they did not have all the channels we paid for. Now a month back our set top box had a fault. We complained on 19th May and then on 21 may they registered our complaint. Since then it has been 19 days Nothing has been done. No technician visited. Also they cut the calls many times. Another thing being after repeated requests there help center does not connect to a senior executive or provide other number. They have the worst service I have seen. They don't reply on twitter as well. Fraud company.

          I had take independent tv connection on january 2019 worth rs. 2500 for a year, but after a month many channels were gone i talk to there customer care but they didn't help, major channel were gone under 2 month of my subscription so i switch to tatasky in helplessness now i want my refund of remaining 10 months from independent tv as they fooling people by taking there money and not giving us full service

            I booked connection thru independence tv paying all the amount around 2300 for 1 year but after 6 months all the times they created problem by channel remove or whether problem inspite whether good. All hd channels now disappeared. Please help me. When complain dial screen no. [protected] it doesn't work, on dial [protected] they say technician will come and take 150 rupees to fix.. Why i have to pay if i have paid for year and not my fault.br...

            I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i placed online order on 19/12/2018 and paid 1999 rs to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 6 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved and payment will be refunded in 10 working days but till today i didn't received money back. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1999.

              This is my pain full duty to inform you that last 15 days i am facing this issue. I call serval time in customer care number but it take 10 to 15min to patch call and after the patch i don't get any solution, last time customer care told me technician will visit in 24 hour after that told me 48 hour, but still no one technician visit yet.

              You guys are harassing me and i am not getting the services and channel and when i got this independent dish i paid ₹3000 but i didn't get any bill for that amount.

              Send some one to resolve this problem. Other wise take your dish and refund my money.

              One day i was completed in independent tv about service that channel was not coming and after that without technician visit complaint number has been closed.

              That is a great story i want to add.

                I took independent tv connection for one year paying 3200 in december.. And got all the channels only for few days but after that the relay is not at all there.. V havnt watched tv since then and the customer care service is also very poor they just tell that they will look into it and there is no personnel to check into the issue.. We are highly unsatisfied with this service and would like to get the refund of the amount. Pleas look into this issue and kindly solve this issue for me

                    I had purchased independent tv with one year free subscription pack.in which they are providing all channels with free hd channels also. But from last 4 moths they stop their hd channels and star channels, after complaining they started star channels and now they are stop providing zee channels. I want to what they are thinking, we are fools. If you promise the customer for good service at the time of selling products you should have to provide good service other wise consumer know very well, about what they can do.

                      I have bought a package of 1999 around four months ago and we have been promised by company to provide all channels free for one year but one month after we start facing problems as we stop receiving sports channels than we complained no body listened. Then after some time they gave us offer by giving sports channels by reducing the validity of the package we anyhow agreed on this after loosing hope then again we facing problems no channels are coming and we complained around 100 times but they always say we will put your complaint in priority basis and technician will visit soon its been one month neither technician came nor our problem been resolved we have paid money for no service, now i am thinking to raise this complaint to consumer cell so that i can teach the management of independent tv nice lesson and will get 10 times the amount i have paid to this company for the mentally and physically harrassement.

                        I am getting error 6, e87 filter is not enough error from past 35 days. None of the channels are working. When ever i try to call customer care, it says busy. By luck if the call connects, customer care person says that it will be resolved in 24 or 48 hours. I have been waiting from past 35 days but no change. Will the channels work? Or do we need to take different connection? Any hopes that this problem will be resolved?

                          I registered for this dish tv connection in march 2018 by paying rs 500 and was promised that it will be installed within 15 business days. But they didn’t install in that time and i called them a thousand times times and they installed it in january 2019 and took an amount of rs 1750.
                          After installation hd channels were gone in a week and slowly all channels were getting washed off.
                          Now i am not getting any channel on this dish tv connection almost zero channels what i can see is error on each channel and since a long time they are telling me that a technician will visit soon but no technician have arrived till yet.
                          I just need the total amount to be refunded.

                            From customer and now the connection have regular issue as in some channels are not working from last two months some time the channels are stop with working and they can`t work properly i have call 5 to 6 time in customer care but they had not even heard the problem of customer and not solve the problem please try to solve the problem or try to return my refund...                               Sir,
                              This independent tv is not providing its services and also when i called to their customer services they are asking us to stay patient and not providing the solution, they are just providing us dates on which the services will resume but actually nothing happens on the dates given...
                              Earlier star channel services were blocked and were resumed after more than 20 days
                              And now zee and colors channels are blocked since last 25 days... When i call the customer service they are saying it will resume after 15- 20 days...
                              These are not the only problems with their services but their channel do not stream smoothly but they have disruption at any time i. E. Channels hang at any time which last for so long.
                              Also, they have change our plan... We were told about hd channels and some other channel as well, which are now showing unsubscribed
                              Independent tv has taken the payment for 1 year from us and now they are neither providing the services nor the solutions...
                              We want compensation for our investment of time and money sir
                              Please help us because this independent tv is harassing not only us but thousands of its customers and making money by unlawful means

                                This is regarding my request raised through my registered number on 25 may 19.
                                I have received three message on same day at 19:25 of confirmation including the numbers:
                                Service request number: 2700677
                                Work order number: 1699101
                                Please find the screenshot.
                                It says that please wait for 24hours, it is the expected resolution time.

                                I am trying daily to call independent tv but every time i was asked to wait for next 24 hours,
                                Its now 5 days passed and still i didn't got any call from the technical visit.

                                I am too frustrated to trying call the care center and on waiting for queue for 15-25 minutes and then what i got is "wait for next 24 hours"

                                When i tried on 30 may 19, and asked to transfer the call to supervisor, he keep me on waiting for next 12 minutes following with sorry there is no supervisor available.

                                Please take in concern and let me know if this is out of your scope.

                                Hi All,

                                It seems no has time to handle their customers in any way.
                                Its been 8 days my request was raised and I received 0 response till date.
                                Can anyone take responsibility that we are not going to provide any kind of assistance to independent users now.
                                Who would going to take responsibility of my inconvenience from past 8 days my tv is off for the time being.

                                Is anyone is going to answer the question put over your service?

                                Today after 8 days when I call the again and asked to connect with supervisor, they denied completely and after some time just disconnect by saying thanks for calling independent tv.
                                I have all the recordings since day 1.

                                I have to complain to NCH poratal from their when i didnot get the satisfactory remark, they suggested me to complain under Ministry of Broadcasting on pgportal.gov.in

                                I got the feedback now from them and independent tv also that services would get start on 3rd july expected as their services are suspended due to some issues.
                                let us see till 3rd else I will not stay calm and let them flee away.

                                    Is someone there to regulate the norms of independent tv?

                                    Many of the customers like me are getting cheated by this company. It’s better to take a local cable connection, so that we can go contact the cable operator personally. Big companies like these do not care about customers nor provide proper services. This is a hell like experience. My suggestion to people, never take independent tv connection in future.

                                      I have booked independent tv one year before for which i have paid booking amount ₹500 (Total package₹ 1799) in advance. After that i get installed independent tv this year in february with increased amount and total ₹2399 i had to pay with promise of all the main channels​ (Total 300+) with 8 hd channels. But neither we are getting hd channels nor we are all main channels. Intialy all star channel not working, when star channel starts than sony channels not working and now zee channels and colours channels not working. We are only getting half of the total channels promised and there is not any hd channel. Now since last one week my dish antenna is disturbed and i have logged complaint 3 times in customer care, they promised to resolve issue in 24 hrs, but still no one came to resolve issue in 1 week. We were cheated after paying fees in advance​. We are helpless as no one wants to listen customer problem. It seems like big
                                      Fraud​ scam where large consumer​ population are trapped. I want my money refund back as i don't need this worst service anymore.
                                      Kindly check and resolve this issue and take legal action against this fraud and scam.
