I called customer care of independent tv because my setup box was not showing any chanel they suggested me for technician visit but from 13/05/2019 -27/05/2019 they only cheated me and no techncian vist is done what should i do please help. I'm totally disappointed and i'm unable to see any channel on my tv. Please give me a guide line. To resolve it.

        Hi i am rakesh kumar my independent tv connection shows the autosearch dialogue box when i push to back button on remote shows the tuner not lock error i contact on independent tv customers last 20 days continually and everyday he says tha problem resolved in 24-48 hours on every call. He says that technician will provide in 24 overs, on per call.

            I purchased independent tv back in december 2018 with a promise of getting all the channels including hd channels for 1 complete year. But since starting of 2019 we have facing issues in availability of channels, the company cuts the channels as they please. First they removed all hd channels then all star channels and now currently around half of promised channels have been removed, on asking the reason the response is just that it is a technical problem and will be resolved by day end which never happens. I just want the refund of the amount. Please help me with that and take strict action against them.

              Almost from 2 months, all channels of Zee & Colors TV have been unavailable in the name of some technical issues (which need maximum 1 week to be solved). Whenever I made a complaint against this to the customer care, I always used to get apologies and no reasons were provided to me in spite of demanding it for many times. I've purchased the Freedom Pack, which provides all channels(HD&SD) for 1 year. In the name of TRAI, almost more than half of the channels has been cancelled by them and being a consumer, I must be provided the compensation for this deduction. Whenever I placed a call for the exact date when this will stop, they used to give me a date after 20-30 days. Recently, they assured me the date, 25th of May. Today is 26th and still there's no action. I recently placed a call but the agent didn't gave me any response and simply ended the call by himself. This is unfair for every consumer who owns an Independent TV DTH. Please take an immediate action on the company and the faculty as the validity is going to end soon but still my money is wasted as I didn't enjoyed the service.

                My name is ashish singh parihar & i wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 25th december 2018 and paid 1, 999 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 5 months and still i have not received my refund as they promised. Earlier i was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days.
                To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 1, 999 as promised by them.
                I have called their customer care and sent emails more than 50 times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened & after 1 month they said that they will refund my money back.
                I have mailed all my bank details to them but they haven't refunded till date.
                I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999

                  I have booked on independent tv website online and paid 1999 rupees for installation of independent tv with customer id [protected] and work order number 905758 with registered mobile no [protected] on 11th of december 2018 but no installation is done.
                  I have called several times to customer care for delay of installation. After then customer care say that they can't install my connection so refund your amount.
                  I have sent a mail regarding refund of amount in april with account details and through mail they replied that i will got my amount refunded within 2 weeks but now more than one month is gone till now i didn't got my deposited amount refunded.
                  Please look into it and help me to got my amount refunded.

                    This is the third time I am complaining about the Independent DTH Cable operators. They had promised me to air all the Hindi and KANNADA channels and collected rupees 4000/- towards the same. I have paid the money through account transfer to Mr Srinivas from my VIJAYA BANK account. They denied me of the receipt and told they will be sending me through SMS all the details. """"They have installed a dish on the top of my house and promised uninterrupted services of Hindi, KANNADA and Sports channels and collected the money but none of the channels are being aired""". They have even contacted my relatives and installed the dish, even they are suffering from the same problem. I hereby request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and kindly notify the independent DTH to refund the money. While installing they told it belongs to Reliance DTH, owned by Mr ANIL AMBANI., So we believed and proceeded further. Kindly help us to get our hard earned money which is going in Vain.

                      I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 6th april 2019 and paid 2059 rs to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 1 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 2059 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 2059, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 2059.

                        Very poor services... Signal lost error no. 400 on 11/05/2019 & since then i call customer care daily & they say technician will come in 24 hours but actually no one is taking initiative. They are not providing any technician no. Also. We are not able to watch any of the channels even the basic dd channels due to signal lost. When i ask them that i want to speak to senior level they connect it & afterwards senior himself disconnect the call. Very much disappointing services.
                        My box is not working since 12/04/2019. so many calls customer care but not respond customer care visit tachnicine but still I am facing issue I am frusted service kindly resolved immediately. And please refund my 42 Day money my customer ID [protected] my number [protected]

                          They said if I purchase freedom pack (which is of one year validity) I vil get every channel (including every language +hd channels), now they have removed HD channels and day by day most of the channels are disappearing, please help. If I call the customer care number they won't speak in English and end the call in middle of the conversation. Local agents don't have any idea what is happening

                            My setbox no[protected], and i subscribed a annual package of almost all channels but after last three month service provider, independent tv, discontinued almost 60% channels on my tv. And no any information. This is directly fraud case in which service provider make money from consumers without any service. At present 28lakhs subscription in india of independent tv as per it's website data. It means company make huge amount without any service to subscriber as per it's commitment. This is continuing last three months on all subscriber's tv.

                              No revert rec’d even after 4+ days, today i was able to speak to your customer care & below are the further complaints.

                               when i took independent tv, i was told the fees of approx. Rs 3, 000 i am paying is for all channels for 1 year & channels will increase. Now customer care is asking to go for al carte & may more charges?? This is complete cheating with innocent customers who is having faith in reliance brand??
                               lot many channels are not working & no. Of channels are getting reduced??
                               as per customer care, they have moved all customers to base back & now we have to pay the additional charges to view channels.
                               this is complete cheating & not informed at the time of taking connection………. Not expected from a brand like reliance.

                              Can somebody will look into this & fix this as i moved from airtel to reliance in hope of getting better services not bitter services.

                              Its really disheartening that your customer care no. I. E. [protected] is not working neither from landline nor from mobile. Reliance being such a big brand & single customer care no. Is not working??

                              1. No. Of working channels are getting reduced every day : when i took reliance digital tv services, i was told everything comes unders annual package & no. Of channels will increase. However, every day channels are getting reduced & msg being flashed is “we regret the inconvenience being caused due to non-availability of this channel…….” or “error-200 unsubscribed channel…….”
                              My complaint is working news channel like “zee busniness, cnbc awaaz……” have stopped working??

                              Pls send somebody to fix it on priority.

                                Our tv channels are not coming properly. Many channels like colours, discovery channel, history tv 18, colours climax, aaj tak, zee cinema are not coming properly. I feel unhappy when my mother is not able to watch the tv serials. I regret you to continue our tv channels. I will feel glad to you. Our id number is [protected]. So please help us by continuing our tv channels. Pls pls pls pls help us.
                                Channels not coming from last 15 days. Error shown 400 on tv. I have complaint through phone and My earlier complaint no 2696602 dated 15.05.2019. complaint not attendent.

                                  I purchased independent tv connection few days back. But from last 2 week there is no signal for any channel with erro 400. I tried to contact customer care no provided by the company but the no is frequently busy from last 1 week. Very poor service from independent tv. I want all the money back which i have paid to independent tv. I am going to file a case against the independent tv in consumer court. I have recharged the dth with independent customer app rs.372 but there is no signal and msg showing that your stb is not active contact your operater. I tried to contact customer care no thousand of times...

                                    I have purchased the two DTH connection at our home @ Rs 2000/- per setup box, CA ID 0600F53B, by name of RAJESH KOTHARI, at Pali rajasthan. And they promise to provide the one full year DTH SERVICES, While they are unable provide the DTH services after so many complaints lodged on line to customer care no, emails, their local representatives, but still they have unable to remedy my problem of DTH services on my two TV set. Actually they donot have services person from company side, at last I have to purchased DTH services from tata sky for my TV set. My complaints is to pay back my amount and take your setup boxes and dish set.
                                    Your company independent TV is may be from Relience Group, if is real then how this company can cheat and fraud with customer, when you have taken the amount against DTH services and you are not able to provide the services, and how TRAI has given license for DTH services when you are not having sufficient infracture. I have questions of TRAI working in this regard also.

                                    I am very disappointed with independent tv .
                                    When I installed the independent tv in November 2018 then all channels were coming but from the month of January only few channels are coming with very poor quality.
                                    And there is no complaints number.

                                      Now two more networks are blocked i. E zee and colour. I want to know regarding your instructions and panelty imposed on independent tv for there misdoing and harrasing their customers when these channels are available on all other networks why they are blocking them on the name of technical problem. It is clearly evident from this that they are not afraid of trai. They think they can play with the rules. One or the other day they are blocking channels one or other networks. Kindly show them your power and instructs them to telecast all networks uninterruptiely...
                                      Colours, zee, HD this all channels are not working your company told that 1year full package free and now slowly you are removing channels your company making fraud with customer please take necessary step for my problem my setup box CD number is:04273D59.hope you will solve my problem otherwise i will take legal action.

                                      I have booked Freedom Scheme for 1 year, but after new regulation they have stopped HD channels, then stopped some star channels, all zee channels, dont receive any call, also dont reply mail. Now Every channel freezes for every 10 seconds and resumes after 10 sec. Since 1 week service totally stopped
