R/ sir, इंडिपेनेट tv के against मेरी यह दूसरी complain है independet tv पिछले दो हफ्ते से zee का कोई भी चेनेल नही दे रहा है, coustomer care वाले कहते है कि आपको अभी ििइंतेजार करना होगा पर कितने दिन अभी पता नही???, ना ही वो अपने senior से बात करते है और ना ही nodel officer का फ़ोन मिलता है, please इनके खिलाफ कोई action लिया जाए और मुझे मेरी पमेंट वापिस दिलाई जाए, धन्यवाद (Stb no.[protected]) (Reg. Dear sir/madam.

Connection was booked on[protected], it has not been installed till the date, i inquired at customer care several times, every time i received assurance of installation within 1 week, after 8 weeks they said to send email them my bank details to refund the money as they are not able to give the connection.

I have emailed them several times, every time they reply that i will be getting refund within 7 to 14 days, it has been more than 2 months i have not rec'd refund yet.

Kindly help to get my refund.

From past 8 -10 days my tv shows error -400 signal lost. Firstly i think it is due to hevy rain but it persists later on. I have registered my complaint at customer care of independent tv. My complaint number is 26942075. Till date no action has been taken. Now they even not take any call on customer care number. I'm fed up of all this nuisance caused by independent tv. Please do needful.

Sir election ka time ha news bhi dekhni hoti ha or Bachon ki holidays chal rahi ha or bache ghar per bore ho rahe ha yahi time hota ha unka tv dekhne ka meri apke aage ye request ha k ya to aap mere sare paise wapis karwa de ya mere jo ye din inhone waste kar diye inko plus kar k mera pura pack chalwaya jaye

I have selected one year plan and already paid 3600 for my connection which 1000 rps more. And from last month there are non of single channel streaming in my tv. What kind of fault i have done while on last telephonic conversation as soon as possible you send your employee for my satellite. But since 1 month no one is coming. I have already complained for 1009 extra payment to. But there is no good service and non of single complain has been resolved...

Reliance Big independent TV is not providing us HD and other channels since one month. we already wrote several emails and phones to customer care but they are not listening us.
we have done one year advance subscription for all the channels. They are giving us mental, physical and financial harassment.

I have complain about set top box error, but still this is pending since last 50 days. I had called 6 time there is no response from independent tv. Very poor service.
Every time they committed that next day our engineer will visit n resolve. But there is no visit till date.

We purchased 1 year subscription pack from 5 Feb 19. At that time we were promised by distributor that we will get all channels(hindi english movies and information channels) in freedom pack. But from mar19 only limited channel offered. After complaining to customer care for providing all channels, they do not receive the call nor reply. Now their picture quality is also poor.
So kindly do the needful full for us.

I have subscribed 1 year package but many channels are not working now. Our dth service agent also not responding properly which is very very frustrating. All hd channels transmission is stopped now. The channels which are being transmitted they are also keep on buffering.
Customer support from independent tv is also not good. Please resolve the issue at earliest or refund the money.

Independent tv ने जो चैनेल हमे एक साल के पैकेज में दिए थे उसमे से बहुत से चैनेल (सारे hd सहित)अब बंद कर दिए है, इसके अलावा aprel में स्टार के चैनेल 15 दिन बंद रहे, और अब zee के सारे चैनेल 1 हफ्ते से बंद है, और जो चैनेल चल रहे है वो भी हर 10 सेकंड में freez हो जाते हैं, इनके customer care का या तो no लगता ही नही और लगता है तो कोई solution नही दे पाते, अब हम बहुत परेशान हो चुके है और independet tv से अपनी पूरी पमेंट refund चाहते है हम अब indepenet tv नही देखना चाहते है, धन्यवाद, (Reg. I cannot see any channel continue for 10 second. It will block the screen every 10 second.
No customer care no is running and no reply given by any one like dealer or operator.
In today competition market how independent will survive?
I am planning to throw my setup box in river.

I am not able to watch any channel of the tv.in every 10 sec the screens are getting paused. We have tried restarting the set top box. It was working fine, but suddenly from last 10 days it's happening. Ho complain number is working, no one is receiving call. I have tried doing several calls and emails no one responding. Pathetic service. We are not able to connect any one relating to the service provider

I have 2 sattop box of independent tv in both tv they get always hang while we saw it this problam is fri 4-5 day i already complaint against it to independent ivr but they not responses properly
From 2 day they are not pick my phone also
I have 2 sat top box of independent tv 1i perchase 6 month and 2box at 2 month that time they told me all channels will be work but from last 10 days most of channels are not working

On 5th march 2018 i booked reliance digital tv connection with amount rs. 500.
At that time they have promised to install connection within 45 days, but not done even after one year. I had made more than 100 call to follow up, every time they provide one week window to wait.in between reliance tv sold to independent tv but no change on service.in february 2019 i received a mail that we will not able to install your connection due to change in trai rule and your refund of rs. 500 will be done shortly and they asked my details of bank account to refund, i have written many times with my details but they are not even replying. Please help me to get my refund back

We are using 2 independent tv connection for last 7 months and received worst services from then. Initially we were promised to have all the channels including hd channels for free for 3 years. But now only few channels are only available and no hd channels are coming. The quality of the channels are very worst and even for last 1 week all the channels are getting stuck for every 10 seconds and frustrated to watch tv. We have tried restarting the set top box which wasn't helpful. No complaint number is working, no one is receiving call. I have tried doing several calls and emails no one responding.

I have installed independent tv dth at my home on 26 nov 18 for the period of one year "freedom pack 1999" plan at the cost of rs. 2250 including installation charge. Initially the plan was activated with all hd and 300+ channels as the described by the company but after 3 months later, all the hd channels are being removed by the company from my existing plan without any information. 2 months later my existing plan has been changed again automatically by the company with few selected channels (Appx. 170) without my permission and information.
After that company has removed all the star channels and now the company has removed all zee channels from the pack from last 10-12 days.

At present only a few channels are left in the pack. All the required channels are being disconnected by the firm. Also, i have tried so many time to the customer helpline number of the company tel:[protected] but no response from the company side. All the time helpline number doesn't receives calls.

From last 7-8 days the channels are not broadcast properly. All channels are buffered, play for 5-6 seconds then stop 5-6 seconds again play for 5-6 seconds... All the channels are being not able to watch.

You are requested to resolve my complaint please.

Independent tv chit customer, last 2/3 mnth not working properly, all chanel 1 year free but no free, customer care not in service, another miss call service but no responses, due to independent tv customer care no care customer no service, quality zero, no customer care, no contact person, no site service due to problem... Problem.. Only problem so desided retun paid amount for my 2 connection.
