I call there customer service so many times firstly they take 30min to respond and then also they are not listening to the complaint my sth is not working since so many days and whenever i complaint them they say it will work after 12 hours but condition remains same.

I wanted to add new channels, i called their customer service and they told me to use the app to add any channels. Now i subscribed channels in the app, it notified successfully subscribed but my channel is still unsubscribed. Now customer service numbers are wrong and reply of emails.

We are using independent tv for last 5 months and received worst services from then. Initially we were promised to have all the channels including hd channels for free for 3 years. Sir i have taken four indepent tv set up box for my family members and from three months they have removed all the good channels but also i had not complained but from 6 may picture is straking please do some thing on this issue many people are suffering from this sir as they have promise to give the service for one year but they are not giving the service so sir do take some action the service provider please take action sir...

We are unable to contact customer support service from last 7 days due to signal problems my independent set up box service has been suspended i am unable to see any channel and while contact with customer support there is no response and one of the mobile no in which giving a miss call they will call you back but that is also not happening. All channels are freezing and most channels are out of pack which we watch... Give the money back or resolve it as early as possible!!!
Independent tv should be out of dth service from india... Poor service... Poor network... Poor management...
They should return the money of people and should close the company so that people can live freely and they also.. So some solution should be there for this bad company!!!...

It is very unfortunate on behalf of independent tv company as they could not solve the problems of customers. More over their customer service is also out of service. They just have made fool to its customers. Istly star pack was not working now zee stopped + complete channels also in jam condition.
What to say... Nobody takes care... Every thing is possible in india....

Dear sir maine indendent tv ka dth 1sal free wala lagwaya hu, aur kaha gaya tha ki sabhi chainal 1 sal chalenge but bahut sare chanail band ho gaye hai aur to aur inme bhi naya problam aa gaya h, ye sabhi chainal ruk ruk ke chal rahi hai, aur inka custmer care bhi band kar diya gaya h.
