We are not able to watch any channel of the tv.in every 10 sec the screens are getting freezed. We have tried restarting the set top box. It was working fine, but suddenly from last 10 days it's happening. Ho complain number is working, no one is receiving call. I have tried doing several calls and emails no one responding. Pathetic service....

Too much problems in your independent tv. Not a single channel is working without barrier
Zee channels permanently blocked from your side and we are facing barrier problem last 1 week
If this problem not resolved so pl. Disconnect your connection and refund my money at earliest possible

Hello kindly plz solve the problems o[censored]r company each and every shows are sticking for 10 sec... This is first time before also this same problem occured for one day nd even zee channels are not coming... Nd before star sports channels where not coming... What the hell is going in ur company... All the channels are not working properly from last 2 months. And the star series was closed and after 25 days they had started star series and closed zee series. Independent tv used to give full year package at cheap prices but they fooling us and they aren't pick our calls too. I'm here to complaing you please do something, take action against them.

My independent tv ca id is 042d7045. The output of stb is lagging. Video is kept lagging for 10 seconds after every 10seconds. Customer care no is always busy. Have wrote email to company but no reply received. Also all the zee channels are not runnung. It is very disgusting on the part of company to not to listen to the complaints of the consumers. Either rectify the problem today or give me my money back....

For the last few days independent dth connection purchased by me to watch tv is giving me trouble. It is difficult to watch tv with sticking pictures. Every picture on tv whatever chanel it may be frequently sticking. In march 2018 i had applied for two connection, after the regular advertisement in newspaper, i had paid amount through my credit card, i had received mail and they ask for 6 week time for installation, and after 6 week i called them they said it will take time, after some time i called they said that we are not founding your details, please advice your registered number, i had said this is my register number, they said give us time we will...

We are from Yamunanagar, Haryana.We took Independent tv connection .Initially its services were very good.All the channels were telecast .But from last many days half channels are missing.Except it for last four days the connection is not working properly .The connection is continuously intrrupted.If you can do something then plz solve our problem....

i hate independent tv dish...

1) the independent tv set box is freezing for every 10 seconds onces from 4 days if the tv gets any problem i will directly blame independent tv, the independent tv is not for entertainment, it's only for issues

2) i subscribed for 10 ala-carte channels on 1st may via independent tv web site the order id is 58212 but still the channels are not available (Error code 200) i try to...

We are subscriber of independent tv since its launch we are recieving very poor services from independent tv many channels removed from 1 yr pack committed
Channels get disconnected from platform regularly
Now a day channels are buffering from 6th may and still no resolution

I am using Independent dishTv since November 2018 and facing this issue for the first time. Channels are getting stuck since last week. All channels are buffering and no one is responding to the customer care number. I have tried calling so many times but no response from the customer care center so far.
Everyone is disappointed with your service. Please resolve this issue immediately else refund the amount.

We had paid for yearly package for independent tv. Now few days back star channels were removed from the platform and we were unable to watch channels for around 15 days.
Now zee channels are removed and none of the zee channel is coming up also picture is buffering and having issue with all channels.
We are facing buffering issue last some days, still having same issue......

I purchased service plan of 2500 rs for one year.
But they provided service only 4 month's. Since april 2019 continually making complaints against it. Every time executive says we are sorry for the inconvenience and we are sending executive to resolve the problem. Till today no one came to see this even i have made complain many times and now sick of this.
