I am using independent tv connection but from some days Set up box is not showing a single channel clearly .channel is freezing for about ten seconds on regular intervals of time. all the contact numbers are engaged today and from past two days they are saying that they will clear the problem within 12 hours but they are not doing what they had asked.I had paid full payment for channel but I am not able to see a TV for a single moment. Solve...

More than half channels r shut down. Star plus whole package was not coming for 1 month. Customer care no. Is not available only. Now zee channels are not coming. All channels are hanging from 10 days not coming continuously. Paisa pura la liya ab service ki bari aayi to koi jawab nai nahi solution koi. Ban this and we want our rupees back. Please do something in this....

Dear sir, independent tv for the last 4days picture hangs for few seconds and again it works for few second. Complain was lodged to customer care and they said it’s because of satalite problem and will be resolved. But even after 4days things are same, nobody answers the phone. My contact no. Is [protected]. My customer id is [protected]. It’s horrible experience with independent tv customer care. I hope my problem may resolved at the earliest....

Issues i am facing, find below:
- i had a freedom 1 year plan, channels came in unsubscribed list.
- picture stops in between.
- picture quality is too bad, it seems that we are watching old cable without set top box era.
- customer care always says that there are technical glitch, call later.
- no resolution of any existing complaint.
- called customer care to select plan, they are not helpful...

I have purchased independent tv connection 2 months ago, past from one month daily occureing issue, i am reaily fed up with the this,,,,, till this many people are complaints have been booked but no one is taking action on independent tv even trai also... So many customers are suffering not even connecting to call center also,,,,,,

i am an independent TV Customer since last six months but after new rule of Trai DTH operator closed some services without any information and from last three days there is no regular broadcast of any channel its stop in every 5 second and then run again for few seconds and again stops there is no proper response from Independent TV thier portal is just for nothing no customer care service all line are busy every time...

No way tv channels can be viewed as every channel freezes every 10 seconds. On change of channel back & forth, feed resumes but again freezes after 10 seconds or so. And the same state is there for more than a month. Customer care is not reachable. Email to nodal officer sent on 15th april is unresponded to.
But then this site indicates i am not alone facing the above problem, perhaps everybody is. Even dealer has lodged complaint....

Main idenpendent tv jo ki relince company ka hai uske 4 box use kr raha hu. Pishle kafi dino se half chanels to band ho gye hai bina koi jankari ke. Or jitne chanal chal rahe hai wo sare k sare hang ho rahe hai. Ellection or ipl chal raha hai. Hum log paise dene k bavjud tv nai dekh pa rahe. Kirpa krke iss dth group k khilaf sakhat karwayi ki jaye

I ve bought one year pack.in which all channel of zee, star included but last three four day zee and star pack also utv pack channel not show. Also all other channel not work proper. How to do solve this problem. When i contact customer service number then not reach my contact. I think company cheated to all customer. Very bad experience of my life i choose independent channel...

I paid rs 2000 for 2 set top boxes, they promised full all channels plus hd channels also, but when they installed 1 set top box never started i complained a million time for an engineer visit but no one came, and another st top box started but most of the channels are gone and they don't even care to reply properly on customer care, i want my money back. I also emailed them to stop services and give me refund but they never replied....

I have purchased independent tv along with freedom pack for 1 year full subscription to all channels along with 12 hd channels but after 15 days only all hd channels are stopped and at present time running channel are not running smoothly. Being a dealer i find it impossible to deal with the customers enquiry the customers are getting very angry and it's really becoming very impossible for me to combat the customers please deal the issue urgently.
The promises made by the company and the channels that were meant to be program for the whole year are stopped within 3 months.
Picture condition is worst...
