My customer id is [protected] and i am really sorry that i have chosen independent tv because for the last six months we are suffering due to one reason or the other. All of a sudden some channels vanish and now for the last 3 days we are unable to see any channel uninterupted because after every 10 seconds, the channel freezes. It is really very cumbersome to get your customer care. I lodged a complaint day before yesterday regarding this freezing problem. I was told that the problem shall be rectified within 12 hours. Now even after 48 hours the position is the same. If you are unable to provide the services you promised at the time of giving the connection, then just refund our money so that we may take any other service in the market. But donot delay the matter and donot befool your customers. This will cost you very dearly.

इंडिपेंडेंट tv 29 ।12।2019 को लगाया था इन्होंने वादे किए थे कि hd चैनल देंगे लेकिन नए नियम से बन्द कर दिए कोई बात नही फिर इन्होंने सभी sd चैनल भी धीरे धीरे बन्द करना शुरू किया आज कुछ ही चैनल आ रहे हैं फ्री चैनल के पैसे ले लिए हमसे। कस्टमर केयर बीच मे फ़ोन काट देते हैं और उठाते नही। साथ मे अब तो स्थिति ये है कि पूरे गंगापुर सिटी में ये इंडिपेंडेंट चल ही नही रहा है सिग्नल नही ह अटक रहे हैं सभी का पूरे शहर में ये हाल है 7 दिन हो गए हैं इसलिए अब मैं चाहता हूँ कि ये डिब्बा इनके सिर पे दे मारूं इन लोगोंने परेशान किया है हम सरकार को मनोरंजन कर gst चुका रहे हैं फिर भी हमे सुविधा नही मिल रही।

मुझे रिफंड चाहिए 2100/- रुपये
इसलिए ट्राई हमारी हेल्प करे।

I am using independent tv connection but from some days Set up box is not showing a single channel clearly .channel is freezing for about ten seconds on regular intervals of time. all the contact numbers are engaged today and from past two days they are saying that they will clear the problem within 12 hours but they are not doing what they had asked.I had paid full payment for channel but I am not able to see a TV for a single moment. Solve the problems or give me a refund of rs2700

More than half channels r shut down. Star plus whole package was not coming for 1 month. Customer care no. Is not available only. Now zee channels are not coming. All channels are hanging from 10 days not coming continuously. Paisa pura la liya ab service ki bari aayi to koi jawab nai nahi solution koi. Ban this and we want our rupees back. Please do something in this.

- i had a freedom 1 year plan, channels came in unsubscribed list.
- picture stops in between.
- picture quality is too bad, it seems that we are watching old cable without set top box era.
- customer care always says that there are technical glitch, call later.
- no resolution of any existing complaint.
- called customer care to select plan, they are not helpful at all.
- they disconnect call if asked any query.

No way tv channels can be viewed as every channel freezes every 10 seconds. On change of channel back & forth, feed resumes but again freezes after 10 seconds or so. And the same state is there for more than a month. Customer care is not reachable. Email to nodal officer sent on 15th april is unresponded to.
But then this site indicates i am not alone facing the above problem, perhaps everybody is. Even dealer has lodged complaint. Any idea has this company downed its shutter or what.

I paid rs 2000 for 2 set top boxes, they promised full all channels plus hd channels also, but when they installed 1 set top box never started i complained a million time for an engineer visit but no one came, and another st top box started but most of the channels are gone and they don't even care to reply properly on customer care, i want my money back. I also emailed them to stop services and give me refund but they never replied.

I have purchased independent tv along with freedom pack for 1 year full subscription to all channels along with 12 hd channels but after 15 days only all hd channels are stopped and at present time running channel are not running smoothly. Independent contact numbers never works. After all these cheating they have stopped now whole zee tv package and sports channel runnig and no one is responding. There distributors as well as nodal officers, compliance officers, every no is either off or not available. Independent must refund my rs. 2000/- along with compensation for such mental tortures. I have also sent my complaint through emails but none of them have responded yet.

I took 1 year of subscription from independent tv by paying rs.2200 in advance (500+1700). And after 4 months, there are no more channels to view,, and showing error. Contacted to customer care, but they said, their system got failure. I would request to consumer complaints forum to kindly consider this issue and take a strict action against this fraud company (Independent tv). Also i want refund of my money paid to independent tv as i have the receipt of full payment of rs. 2200.
