U paisa vapis kar de kyu baap ka naam duva raha h kav customer care wale fone nahi uthate harami kisse kare shikaayat customer court vo kahegi aapne shikayat ki to muze bolna padega ye honge apni bahan k saath gaa.. U koi sunai nahi bus ek subha le liya 5hajar me chhatri meri thi ab ro raha hu call me on [protected] video attach karna chahta hu inki delivery ki par video upload nahi ho raha

Independent tv, not a single channel is viewable properly.
I have opted for independent tv services & got one year free subscription. Earlier the service was satisfactory but since from new rules & regulations framed by trai, their service has giving teriable problems from around last month. Many channels are not available now & those are avaible are not viewable at all and having continous disturbance. Company help line people only promises & doing nothing to solve problem...

We have called in ur helpline but there is no connection over there. I have lot of complain against u about the slow network and the channels u have closed (Hd) and many more many channels u have closed also and from 2 days there is slow network also so please solve this matter or refund my money

We have ur set up connection but due to some error there is no connection. We are unable to watch the channels. Itbis showing error 400 signal lost. We having 2 connections.. Both having same problem no. Are s/n [protected] model no. Dha042170 and [protected] kindle help us to resolve the problem as soon as possible. It is my humble reqst

I have also posted one complaint before this is my second complain. Before all the star channel was not playing and now zee network is also block and on all of that channels are stopping and running. I am fed up from this company. Thay are not lesioning toyou also. They dont have any fear of anybody doing what ever they like. Kindly take action against them otherwise no body will have trust on you. Order them to refund money if they cant able to telecast uninterrupted channel. Hope you will take some strict action against them.

All the channels in independent tv is get struck not moving continously.. And remote control also very slow.. Very bad service.. Planning to change the setup box to someother company like distv/tatsky if the issue not resolved, please provide hassel free channel services, tried to check by powering off setup box, reconnected everything but still same issue so please look into this on priority as i m unable watch any channels because of this issue

I have purchased independent tv along with freedom pack for 1 year full subscription to all channels along with 12 hd channels but after 15 days only all hd channels are stopped and at present time running channel are not running smoothly. Independent contact numbers never works. After all these cheating they have stopped now whole zee tv package and sports channel runnig and no one is responding. There distributors as well as nodal officers, compliance officers, every no is either off or not available. Independent must refund my rs. 2000/- along with compensation for such mental tortures. I have also sent my complaint through emails but none of them have responded yet.

What the hell you independent tv operator wants from consumer, channels are coming with trouble shooting, now either short this problem out or return my money back... Earlier you have eaten many matches of ipl and now you all bloody again start creating problem for viewers, if you doesn't have sufficient money to pay to operator, shut this useless cable operating system... This is regarding my independent tv dth connection which i have purchased few week back. From last one week there is no signal on any channel. I tried to lodge my complaint to customer care but the no provided by the company is frequently busy from last one week. Very pathetic service by the service provider. I want all the amount i have paid to the company refunded. I am totally fed up with the services. I have paid rs.3370/- to independent tv. It is about one month to go and till the time we have not even watched the tv for one week. I request every body not to go with independent tv dth. They are the cheaters.
I will file complaint with consumer court immediately for this frard... Totally fraud company.

All channels are stucking from last 2 days.
Nobody picking the customer care number.
Also there are many channels which are not coming like tlc which are coming till last week.
Nobody to resolve the issue.

Whenever i call customer care, they r telling it will resolve in half an hour. But the issue not getting resolved and some more problems are coming.

It's totally a fraud company i want my money refund or problem solved or else i don't mind in filing fraud case asap

I took a connection from independent tv on the month of october. They took a lum sum of 2300 rupees from me and promised for a years subscription of around 300 channels and 12 hd channels but now they removed hd ones and then removed the normal channels too which were promised.
Star channels werent working for too many days and now zee channels too.
My channels are not working anymore. Tried calling them way too many times. No one answers

I purchased independent tv in the month of january at that time they said all channels will be available for 1 year but now half of my channels are not coming when i asked company regarding this they said we allot you channels according to your regional language and now these days remaining channels are not working properly. Even customer care service is horrible they don't connect call to custmore care executive. Sir help me out from this

I bought this channel under their mahabachat plan in february, 2029 for rs. 3000/-, valid for one year but to my dismay, i am unable to see zee bangla since last week & from yesterday, there is continuous interruption in transmission. Their customer care is hopeless & hardly picks up the phone. For interruption, yesterday morning, while i could be successful to connect with them, they assured that this technical issue will be sorted out after half an hour, but while writing this, the issue remains unresolved which is very disgusting.

I am now fed up & no more interested to continue with independent tv & request to refund my money after adjustment, if any.

They really give patheic services each and every time they cannot provide the channel properly and gives us very poor connection that too in a sunny day and quality got degraded. This is nakul singh bisht from uttarakhand, haldwani. I have purchased a new dth connection with independent tv on jan 19 for around 2.3k in which they promised 1yr pack with all channels including hd channels but the services aren't as promised. Most of the channels stopped showing up due to the poor signal quality in a month for which i mailed them but didn't got any response. And few weeks ago all channels were closed & it's only showing up that due to weather conditions signal aren't available at your location. My customer id is [protected]. Contact no. [protected]

I purchased independent tv connection few days back. But from last 1 week there is no signal for any channel with erro 400.I tried to contact customer care no provided by the company but the no is frequently busy from last 1 week.very poor service from Independent tv.I want all the money back which i have paid to independent tv. I am going to file a case against the independent tv in consumer court.

I purchased indepent dish in the month of february 2019 they told us all channel are available except hd
Now from the month of april 30-50 channel has been removed and the quality of transmissions is also very poor.
Neither customer care nor service seller is listing my problem
They are asking to reduce the pack validity if i want to more channel and they are saying i cannot do for any picture or transmission quality

I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 31st dec 2018 and paid 1, 999 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 4 months and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address or refund. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 1, 999 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 1, 999, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999.

I have raised the request of technician visit on 29 april 2019 (Complain number is 2692070) and set up box number is [protected] and registered number is [protected] but till today it did not resolve however i called several time to your customer care. Every time they promised me that technician will visit 24-48 hours. Every time they missed tat time.
Please advise when will come your technician?
