I bought this channel under their mahabachat plan in february, 2029 for rs. 3000/-, valid for one year but to my dismay, i am unable to see zee bangla since last week & from yesterday, there is continuous interruption in transmission. Their customer care is hopeless & hardly picks up the phone. For interruption, yesterday morning, while i could be successful to connect with them, they assured that this technical issue will be sorted out after half an hour, but while writing this, the issue remains unresolved which is very disgusting.
I am now fed up & no more interested to continue with independent tv & request to refund my money after adjustment, if any.
