During march -2019 i bought independent tv, at point of time they promised 1 year o[censored]ninterrupted service with 300 channels including hd channels for ₹ 3000/-.

Just after few days they took off channels one by one, message shows that (200 - unsubribed channels)
While we paid full money for installation and 1 year of service, independent tv stopped airing hd channels and didn't give any reimbursement for the same.

After few weeks independent tv started to stop airing even sd channels secretly about which we didn't get any intimation or email nor any other communication. As of april 2019 most of the channels stopped and getting message that we have not subscribed these channels, although we were promised 1 year of service at the time of purchase now independent tv stopped showing most of the channels.

We understand the trai rules, but trai also asked to continue providing services which were promised now independent tv has stopped most of the channels and we are being forced to use their poor services with more prices.

But this troubling company has no plans to stop their manipulation schemes and harassing customer and stop fraud, now as on 27 april 2019 they have also took down every star network channels, issue is on going from last two weeks and we are not able to watch any star channels (Even though they are charging us for those channels) after waiting for two weeks we are getting message that independent tv has some issues with broadcaster so they can not air their channels, hence they will provide equal balance into our account.

We are normal consumers and we don't understand any of these issues and their payment problems with broadcasters, we paid full amount of installation and one year of subscription and now we are being forced to keep their useless service with no available channels, we want our hard earned money back just settle the remaining balance and provide us refund so we can opt for other dth providers.

Independent tv is not replying any complaints and not answering customer service number, independent tv has dropped their responsibility of taking care of the problems.

Trai if you are listening look into issue this is not just about single consumer all of the subscribers are facing this same issue and same fraud this is about to become new fraud company this year, just refund our money if you can not keep up your services and can not provide promised services at the time of installation, we see this as a complete manipulation and fraud.

I have booked reliance big tv conection vide booking id no. A12920845 on dated :[protected] at the prebooking amount of rs. 499.. After one year has passed company failed to install the dth connection. On contacting dated:[protected] they say that we will refund the prebooking amount. I have applied for refund request many times but they promise to refund the amont with in two week. The company is pretending to be honest to refund amount but i have not got the same till date after sending my bamk details. This company is a totaly fraud company has failed to install the connection and now not refunding the customer prebooking amount.

I was given one year membership on 28/10/2018 with the independence india plan
On the amount of 2200 rupees.
And according to trai rules and regulations
If the scheme is taken before the new rules, then the plan will remain the status till the switch off date, but the service provider has closed all the channels that are viewable.

I having s. No.[protected] from 18-dec-18 for freedom pack, but suddenly they changed my pack with the name of trai's new guidelines, they have taken money in advance for providing channels for 1 year i. E. (Up to 17-dec-19) now they also not allowing for selecting channels, neither there website, nor there mobile app, not even there customer care resolving the issue, they providing un-subscribed channels according to there choices, awaiting solution from your end.

I had taken the independent tv freedom pack for one year in the month of november 2018 by paying 2000 rupees which included full hd channel and all other channels and a five-year free-to-air channel, which was given the full money advance took us for a year but the independent tv continuing to shut down the channels as told by the tv channel, now the star tv channel has been blocked by the independent tv has deceived us and cheated us. No response from the customer care. Now we do not want to take services of independent television. Please refund themoney immediately. Please accept our request and try to solve our problems thank you...

We have three independent box in our house..we had even tried a complaint number many times..we all are very disappointed from your setup box...we are not able to see any star channels (star plus, star movies, star gold, star sports)..even we have paid entire money for one year for all the three boxes😡😡...please return our rupees as soon as possible..

As per agreement independent tv has provided all the channels os star and others but after some days they closed the channels why? It is the duty of company to provide service to the consumer... It is a non service from independent tv and their customer care number or emails are not in existance or reply properly for regularisation of issue i think it is a berach of contract as per contract act and one has to lodge complaint against them in consumer forem

मैं अभी देख पा रहा था कि independent TV की काफ़ी complaints रजिस्टर है। वैसी ही मेरी शिकायत है। अगर कंपनी सर्विस नही दे पा रही तो हमारे पैसे वापस लौटाए।अगर कम्पनी की स्टार इंडिया के साथ लड़ाई तो customer उसे क्यों भुगते। में अब इंडिपेंडेंट Tv के साथ रहना नही चाहता। मेरा company से अनुरोध है कि हमारे पैसे लौटाए।

I have independent tv and i cannot see star channels since over 1 month when i was trying calling customer care they we're not picking call today they pick the call and said we are sorry wait for some more time. They have provided me poor since when i have book independent tv on 1 march 2018 they have provided setup box in november 2018 since then i always have some problem in viewing channels they are not showing full channels as promised by them and now they have stop showing star channels since start of ipl matches what should i do.

Please help act hard on independent tv. And try to start star channels soon.

It was promised that i will get all hd and normal channels free for 1 year and now first all the hd channels were removed from my pack and now all star channels are removed from my pack. I tried to contact to the customer care but they didn't answer my calls. Even send them mails. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

1 month ago i was promised by a local retailer that if i switch to independent tv network i'll get all the channels for free for 10 months @ rs 3000. For the first few days all the channels were coming as promised but after that most of the main channel like star sports is not coming. They don't respond to customer service. Please take strict action against the company

I have purchased independent tv dth service offer pack for one year at 2250rs. They said you will get all hd and normal channel free for one year, but after sometime they removed all hd channels and after sometime they also removed many normal channel like all star network channel, zoom, bindaas, many cartoon channels and so more.
