I have booked my order for independent tv dth connection on [protected] through online and i have paid 1, 999/- rupees. My booking id is r70005185.
They said that they will install the within 15 days but i have waited for many months but installation was not done. Then i submitted the refund process by email at

I have given all my details and bank details by email, they replied...

I am not able to watch tv since may 2019, due to failure of services from independent tv.
They assured many times to resume services but they failed each time.
Now, i want my hard-earned money back as i am not able to avail their services. I have paid 500 (Advance)+ 2000 (Installation fee) for 1 yr.
They have provided services only for 3 months therefore i wish to get refund from the company.

Independent tv cheated customers and have taken money by promising good service. I never received any update from this company for more than a year now. I am not sure where to raise my concern. I would need my refund of rs.1999/- on my customer id [protected].
Could you please help me with my issue or at least let me know how to get my hard-earned money back from this fraud company.

Sir i am independent tv consumer but it stopped working sir i am writing compliant. Please take strict action on this independent tv and please help me in getting my refund. As it is totally stopped its satellite services. I didn't watch any hd channel on their contract time fully.

Pay dues as your service is no longer active. Independent tv has said that they will resume services and all boxes will be get acttive.in case the fact is the service has not started yet and customer care is also no longer supporting us.
There are many peoples who have invested in independent tv but it seems that they are not getting their money back....

I have purchased independent tv connection on 22 dec 2018 they told me every time that dth will get installed but this never happened .
Now i am calling them for refund since a year but no succeded .i even complained to TRAI and consumer forum .still not received my money back.Shame on Reliance entertainment that they ate my 2000rs .there is nothing like consumer protection in this country.

I have registered for independent tv on dec'2018, but installation was not done, after few months later they comeback to me and replied with "installation is not possible with the registered money" and will credit your registered money soon. However it was not done yet. I have called customer care many times and mail them but no response.
