    Hi, as though the services has been stopped last year, i have no option to watch or switch to other service provider, and they have not even tried to contact me regarding their failure or refund the amount i have opted for 5 years plan and already 2 years completed.
    Independent TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear sir / madam,

      I have transferred rs 499/- two times to independent tv on 1st march 2018 for installation of their set top box. After nearly 1 year they told that they do not have set top box and they will refund my money. Again after many mail exchange they have refunded me only rs 499 on april 2019. Again after many calls they have assured to refund the another 499/-. But till date nothing happened from their end.
      My earnest request to you to arrange to refund my money.

        I took 2 independent connection in jan 2019 and paid 2499 for each connection for a year. I have rwceived aervice till may 19 and after that they stopped provoding service and i need refund for 7months.

                    I have booked my order for independent tv dth connection on [protected] through online and i have paid 1, 999/- rupees. My booking id is r70005185.
                    They said that they will install the within 15 days but i have waited for many months but installation was not done. Then i submitted the refund process by email at

                    I have given all my details and bank details by email, they replied me that they will refund the money within 2 weeks but they have not refunded my money till now. I have emailed them a lot of time but there is no reply from them. So i request you to kindly solve my issue and refund the money of rs 1, 999/-

                          Independent tv cheated customers and have taken money by promising good service. I never received any update from this company for more than a year now. I am not sure where to raise my concern. I would need my refund of rs.1999/- on my customer id [protected].
                          Could you please help me with my issue or at least let me know how to get my hard-earned money back from this fraud company.

                                      Sir, I am Shailendra Kumar R/o Kurkunta, SedamTq, Gulbarga Dist -585210 having a setup Box of Independent TV where I paid a amount for three years who's is Rs3200/- if they don't start Independent TV then they should refund our remaining amount - otherwise I will put a case on them for my money
