Dear sir,
I am a customer of independent tv but independent tv fraud/chit me, he has taken fees of one year but now he is regularly remove many channels to his platform, also last 15 days he is not displayed any star channels.
Sir i want to refund my balanced amount and withdraw this poorest dth service.

Sir, i have booked independent tv in march 2018 and they install my connection in september after that every thing is going well as they promised 1 year all the channels are free after 3-4 months hd channels are closed and after 1 month star (All) channel are closed.
They are not delivereing the facility as they have promised.
We are not able to watch ipl matches as i m a big fan of cricket.

Kindly take action on independent tv and please refund my money or start all the channels as they promised

We have been running around for 15 days. Registered complaint, spoke with mr. Vinay and also mr. Pooran (Service manager). We were given false promised. Now i need my money back which i paid for one year and i dont want to deal with independent tv. They don't know how to do business. They should stop this company & do something else. The company independent not showing the star channel since 17 april 2019 but now it was 27 april still it does not working but when we call to the costumer care number they said that the star pack is no more available in our pack... And we pay all the pack amount in advance and they will not reply me.. First they told that the service will resume on 26 april but it will not resume they does not reply me and not pick up the call kindly help me in this matter... Thank you

सादर निवेदन है कि इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी सभी ग्राहकों को धोखा दे रहा है, पूरे पैसे लेने के बावजूद भी इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी वालो ने स्टार के 12 चैनल्स बंद कर दिया है, रोजाना नई तारीख़ बता कर ग्राहकों को झूठा आस्वासन दे रहे है। अब कस्टमर केअर वालो ने फ़ोन रिसीव करना भी बंद कर दिया, नोडल अफसर के नंबर में इनकमिंग कॉल नही है, compilance अफसर ने मेरा नंबर ब्लैकलिस्ट में डाल दिया दूसरे नंबर से फ़ोन करू तो बतमीजी से बात करते है, कृपया मदद कीजिये।

Would like to inform you that i am very unhappy with your independent tv channel service.
I was paid rs.3000 to the distributor for one year channel subscriptions. But i could not view the channels as restricted by independent tcv.
I am unable to reach the customer cell to register the compliant, instead i dropped email to independent tv explaining my issues, but no one replied soo far.

I was installed independent tv at home on 10 december 2018, the distributor was promised me 1 year of free subscription of all channels and hd channels at the time of installation. On subsequent months the hd channels went on missing and now i have only few channels left on my tv. An
I have informed the distributor about the issue and tried to rectify the issue, but could not solve the issue.

Hi,

During jan-2019 i bought independent tv, at point of time they promised 1 year o[censored]ninterrupted service with 300 channels including hd channels for ₹ 2999/-.

Just after 15 days they took off every hd channels, while we paid full money for installation and 1 year of service, independent tv stopped airing hd channels and didn't give any reimbursement for the same.

After few weeks independent tv started to stop airing even sd channels secretly about which we didn't get any intimation or email nor any other communication. As of april 2019 most of the channels stopped and getting message that we have not subscribed these channels, although we were promised 1 year of service at the time of purchase now independent tv stopped showing most of the channels.

We understand the trai rules, but trai also asked to continue providing services which were promised now independent tv has stopped most of the channels and we are being forced to use their poor services with more prices.

But this troubling company has no plans to stop their manipulation schemes and harassing customer and stop fraud, now as on 27 april 2019 they have also took down every star network channels, issue is on going from last two weeks and we are not able to watch any star channels (Even though they are charging us for those channels) after waiting for two weeks we are getting message that independent tv has some issues with broadcaster so they can not air their channels, hence they will provide equal balance into our account.

We are normal consumers and we don't understand any of these issues and their payment problems with broadcasters, we paid full amount of installation and one year of subscription and now we are being forced to keep their useless service with no available channels, we want our hard earned money back just settle the remaining balance and provide us refund so we can opt for other dth providers.

Independent tv is not replying any complaints and not answering customer service number, independent tv has dropped their responsibility of taking care of the problems.

Trai if you are listening look into issue this is not just about single consumer all of the subscribers are facing this same issue and same fraud this is about to become new fraud company this year, just refund our money if you can not keep up your services and can not provide promised services at the time of installation, we see this as a complete manipulation and fraud.

Since last 10 days they are not showing star network channels. Reason they are telling is technical problem. Last 3 days the message is display that star channels will resume on 26 april 2019. Now they are telling they will refund the amount in our account balance but will not start star cahnnels.
Pleaze help us to get this channels as it is month of ipl we already missed 10 to 12 matches.. Please intervent in this matter. And solve asap.

Independent tv has a problem, they dont stick to what they say. First they said that freedom plan would continue for existing guys then they change their wording to best fit plan and now they have reduced star channels.

Its really irritating to have a independent tv connection even their customer care number is charged and they keep up on waiting from 10-15 mins

Stars channels and some other channels are not come these channels not come due to 20 days
Independent leave a message that these channels is resume on 26 april 2019 but these channels are not come.
I humble request to you to resume these channels as soon as possible.
I hope you take action against this problem and start these channels very soon

Worst service provide by independent tv..
They misguided customer. If my plan is on fixed based.. Then how can they change my plan.. And also upto 26th arpil for star channel they show pop up msg that channels will resumed on 26th april. And today is 27 and they make us fool and showing msg like we have not been able to reinstate this channels on our network...

Please help we are escalate the same up to consumer forum...

पिछले 10-12 दिनों से स्टार चैनल पैक बन्द है जब भी कॉल करो तो बोलते है कि 1-2 दिन में चालों हो जाएगा चैनल पर मैसेज चल रहा था कि 26 अप्रैल 2019 को सभी बन्द चैनल चालों हो जाएंगे लेकिन अब वो कह रहे है कि चालों नही है और कोई समय सीमा भी तय नही है सिर्फ स्टार चैनल पैक के पैसे इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी के एकाउंट में डाल दिये जायेंगे, पहले इस पर H D चैनल आते थे जब वो बन्द हुए तब भी उन्होंने यही कहा था, ऐसे में I P L न देखपाने के अलावा मेरे पास कोई और विकल्प नही है

मैंने इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी क्रय किया था तब मुझे बताया गया था एक साल तक सारे चेनल्स चलेगे जिनका शुल्क ले लिया गया था और अब बहुत सारे चैनल्स बंद कर दिए गए है। इनके कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल करो तो नही लगता। या तो सारे चैनल्स दे इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी या फिर हमारे पैसे वापस करे। आप ठोस कार्यवाही कीजिये ताकि कंसुमर्स की परेशानी का अंत हो सके।

Sir in december 2018 i have taken new connection of 1999 from independent tv and in which they where showing me all the channels free for one year, but inventually they change there cometment of showing all channels, instead they told me reason that they are migrating me to the best fit plan, and they migrate me that plan, and from this month they are giving many problems as they off air all star channels from our pack and told us it will start from 26 april 2019, i waited and now they are again showing one message about they are regret and could not show star channels, but as per trai rules they should show channels for which i have paid, in short they are making us fool, and no response from customercare i have call many a times, they are making open cheating with us.

Hi my name is abhijeet jha. I am a independent tv dth consumer. From last 10 days i am unable to watch all the star network channels on this dth. After so many complaints to company they have not still not started the channels. This company also claimed before buying the connection that they will provide us all the channels free of cost for one year but they failed i that matter also. Which think is a fraud and cheat to consumers. I request you to please take some serious action against this company.

Hi, My name is Shubham Pundeer, I have installed independent tv last year 2018, I am not happy with the service of independent tv and they have also failed to provide their service to customers according to commitment, right now I am troubling with error 200 since last one month in my independent tv, i have tried several times to contact with independent tv customer care but unable to contact, do something needful for this type of error otherwise i have to take action in different manner.

My independent tv customer care not supported and not hear me. My many more channel not playing and star channel totally gone and customer support total loss. I paid to 1 year totally full amount but this amount not refund and service not be good. So i confused the customer support or not register my complain so i complain to tray my customer id number [protected]

I have bought independent dth connection on march 2019, price is 2300 at the time of installation, as promised all channel will work for one year... But now after few days cheating started every chance not work, customers care no. Never works, if we connect with cc than no proper revert, they are unable to provide proper service.
