My independent tv customer care not supported and not hear me. My many more channel not playing and star channel totally gone and customer support total loss. I paid to 1 year totally full amount but this amount not refund and service not be good. So i confused the customer support or not register my complain so i complain to tray my customer id number [protected]

I have bought independent dth connection on march 2019, price is 2300 at the time of installation, as promised all channel will work for one year... But now after few days cheating started every chance not work, customers care no. Never works, if we connect with cc than no proper revert, they are unable to provide proper service.

We paid for a year but for last 30 days many channels are stopped and also all star channels are syopped for last 15 days. Thry are saying that there is satellite problem or system issue. But we are asking for 15 days of issue? They are just cheating us. Even consumer help line number is also working all the time i am saying 24 hours they are busy on another call. Please resolve our problem.

A dish of independent tv was installed at my home 88, ram vihar in dehradun on 02 january 2019. Set box number is [protected]. I again repeat set box number is [protected]. Repeatedly complaints were made on customer care but did not worked. An email at customer on 03 apr 2019 was sent against which a ticket id 6919 had been created. Reminders on 10 apr and 17 apr by email were also given but till date above referred set box is activated by the company.
Also rs. 1900/- were collected by the engineer/technician instead of rs. 1750/- fixed by the company.

I have bought independent dth connection sep 2018, booked online for 500 rs and 1800 at the time of installation, as promised all channel will work for one year... But now after few months cheating started, customers care no. Never works, if we connect with cc than no proper revert, they clearly says this is due to government rules and i will never get any refund, is it gov. Policy?? :), i am just informing this, i know this is never going to justify inocent peoples, as fraud/cheating is very easy and big proffessional business in india. Digital india. :)

Independent tv has removed many channels, with star tv channels also without any information which they commit us for 1 year, that's why we are not able to see our favorite programs and ipl cricket matches, we are very disappointed for this company, when we want to complaint customer care, nobody attend the call. We switched from tata sky to independent tv due to their attractive offer to give hd channels and other channels altogether 500 channels at a very cost effective rate. It is only 4-5 months since we subscribed to independent tv. Now, now with each passing day, they are stopping many channels viz. Hd channels, infotainment channels, star tv etc. Etc. Our set top box number is [protected]. We tried to contact their customer care officials as well. Many a time they won't pick/answer our call. But the response was not satisfactory. They advised us to log in to independent tv and add the channels we wish to see in a-la-carte. But my question is why should i do so when i was told that i can watch all the 500 channels throughout the year without any additional charge. When i attempt to login with sb no every time it fails. Customer care is fooling me.

At the time of installation, they promised to show all the channels. They took 2500 in total and after some time, the channels have started stopping. Now, the ipl is going on, but no star channels are showing. I called the customer care couple of days ago and they said by evening same day channels will start. It has been 3 days now, but still no star channels are working.

I am getting error 6, e87 filter is not enough error from past 7 days. None of the channels are working. When ever i try to call customer care, it says busy. By luck if the call connects, customer care person says that it will be resolved in 24 or 48 hours. I have been waiting from past 7 days but no change. Will the channels work? Or do we need to take different connection?

Any hopes that this problem will be resolved?

The main independent DTH software has more tabs than any other player, but it is the only way to make the most of the channels. Sony Sony Sony Sony Sony Sony ESPN Sony SIX Channel has been the band and has the best sports K Star Sports The channel has a diary of DD Sports which has been banned by the channel and also has CNBC TV18 which has the channel to make the discovery channel, which has its channel band Dye Hain

At the time of payment and installation, we were promised a all hd channels, sports, english, regional channels and many other channels, out of which none of the sports channels are working since the past 15 days. Also, off lately, none of star channels are working either. I tried calling independent tv customer care several times, but i have been informed that due to system issue they are unable to validate the details and they cannot help. We have paid for an year and its hardly been few months, we were going through such inconvenience.
Customer care executive are not listening to us and also reduce channel number day by day. Totally fraud company. No one is ready to help us. Even goverment is ignoring this kind of big issue in the country.
I want my my money back as you havent fulfill your commitment. You hardly gave channels for 5months.

I have booked a independent tv dated on 6th july 2018. I have paid an amount of 499 rs on pre-booking of independent tv. Then it is installed and the agent who have come to install it he only provided a setup box and a remote to us he don't give the total accessories to us he don't provided the wire and the antina (Chattri) and take 1700 rs but we have received a message of payment of rs 1500 only. Then they don't provide the all hd channels to us they provided only 12 hd channels. But, in the prospectus it is written that they will provide all hd channels for 1 year. We make complaint towards this problem on the customer care number they said it will be increased day by day but nothing happened. We also complain about the issue of there agent also but they didn't take any action towards our problems the problem was as it is.
Then after the tria new rules for the all dish service providers they stopped all hd channels and as well as normal channels also.
Then what is the benefit to us. They are doing a fraud to the public.
What is the means of that 2199 rs we have invested on this company.
This company is a fraud and i want that strict action should be taken against this company (Independent tv).
Their are so many people making complaint towards this company. All the customer of independent tv are very disappointed of their services and the from customer care service is also fraud of this company.

But its fake tv box and not provide ur service
When i purchase independent box u offer me one year all chenal but it is fake plan u cheta all custmer i see u in cunsumer court i[censored] not refund my payment back

At the time of purchasing the dish company provide me all channel and 10 hd channel for one year but after one month hd channel was not working and my all kids channel was not working sports channel also not working
Many other complaints i have but not received satisfied answer.
Now company toll free no is not in use also nodel officer no and as per local distributor call to customer care but customer care not is not responding.
And last two days all channel is buffering.
Last my two reminders no buddy is response my mail kindly suggest me.

Please give my money back or i will go to consumer court for solve the problem.
Its my last warning to u to solve the paroblem

I tried to call independent tv customer care no. Which was hold for 30-40 minutes but not picking up the phone. Previously, they provided all channels including hd channels free for one year. But after 15 days they stopped hd channels and after 45 days, they stopped almost 80% channels. Now they are not picking up any phone. Kindly take action against independent tv for making fool of the people.

This is with regards to two of my independent dish tv connections - [protected]. At the time of installation, we were promised a list of channels out of which none of the sports channels are working since the past 15 days. Also, off lately, none of star channels are working either. I tried calling independent tv customer care several times, but i have been informed that die to system issue they are unable to validate the details and they cannot help. We have paid for an year and its hardly been few months, we were going through such inconvenience.

At first they assures that all channels are free for 1 year but now some channels are closed.this is very disappointing service.
And this is not right that your assurity fails which is not a good thing. Please take a corrective action as soon as possible and make me able to watch my favorite channels which i used to watch . Please take a action by solving my problem.

I had given the security for independent tv on march 1st for 3 connections. It was only after calling them multiple times they gave 3 connection after 6 months or more. They promised to give all channels for 1 yr, including hd channels. And only after 5 months they disconnected the hd channels, star tv package, discover channel, also ndtv. Now they have disconnected my 2 connections also and instead of complaining around 6 times they just giving wrong commitments that it will start within 48 hours but it never happens. Now this time i called to refund my money back they have refused to rufund money of my security. Please help
