I want to say that i have a connection with independent tv dth from last 6 months and i have take. A year pack but they are not giving us the channels of star package but they are taking money of those from us and they always tell us that it will come in 7 days but it is not started yet and i have talk to them before 20 days but they are not giving us the channel back. Please help us regarding this issue.

My start sports channels is not available on my tv. I call you but you don't pickup call. I pay 2000 rs for 1 year but I don't receive all channel. I warn you if you don't correct this thing. Otherwise i appil in consumer court that's it. You think that we are rubbish. Again i warn that solve this problem fast .

1 by 1 channel off kar diye hai jab connection diya tha jab all channels ki bol kar humse poora cgarge liy to ab hamare saare channel cut lar diye hai. Or toll free number par technical visit ke loye 10 bar complain likha di network chale jate hai but koi response nahi aata koi visit nhi krta

    Independent tv dth doing fraud to all comsumers.in the name of trai they removed all hd channels, star network, sony network, kids pack, english channels. "im asking about where are consumer rights", we are being cheated by this company. We choose reliance network but suddenly we came to know that they are different company, which they never mentioned on reliance website. Now we cant watch ipl matches which is biggest tournament in india. Neither their costumer care number never reaches out nor they reply back on email.
    They are now clearly stating that now we have to recharge for these channels. We already have recharge with freedom pack for 1 year.
    Trai state that no pre-existing plan will be alteted.
    This is really frustrated thing.
    This is an attack on "consumer rights"
    Please somebody tell me some solution.

            First of all My SD card no is [protected] and I have opted for 2independent TV connection through an advertisement given by your company in the newspaper where it was stated that if you opt for the said scheme I will be given HD connection with all HD and other channels for 1 year.but during past few weeks I have observed that day by day the channels given to me are being reduced or unsubscribed .so please let me know how this you cheat I repeat cheat your customers.Since last week the star group has been blocked and on putting the problem to the customer care executive they assure that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but after expiry of 120 hours the problem hasn't been resolved.
            Please let me know what is the problem and why shouldn't I move to consumer court against you for this or there is another option please refund my whole amount invested by me in installation of 2 connection.

              What the hell. What do you think of your customers? Are we fool? We have paid so much amount just to bear all such inconvenience? Its a mesagge updated on twitter that you have not paid the due amount to star company to run their channels on indeoendent tv. I am a consumer of reliance big tv and have approx 5000₹ in my account, you can track it my smart card id is[protected]
              This is the last time i am requesting you to start the star channels and make the due payments otherwise give information regarding how to port my dth service provider.

                  No costomer care number is working.intially they blocked HD channels, Now all star channel & worst thing is costumer service numbers are not working...just running away from the issues..Is this how Reliance work? Just making fool of costumer.. Independent TV DTH is the one of the major fraud with costomer. For DTH I have given full payment for one year and I fill cheated by independent TV DTH. I have seen so many complaint in your online forum but still being consumercomplaint forum you people also not taking any serious action about this. It really shameless service... please do something positive for consumers Right.

                    I had purchased Independent with maximum channel packs...Since last 10 days Star bouquet channels have been blocked...Compliant was lodged with customer complaints no...Initially they responded and promised to resolve my complaint...But now they are not responding...I am feeling cheated.
                    Very poor service and injustice with the consumer. They should rectify this or should be give us a compensation.

                      Since then, since I have taken Independent TV, I have suffered a lot of problems. This TV is closed frequently. Automatically turn on and call the customer care number. Then he says we will solve the problem and no problem Does not have a solv, nor does it have a customer care number
                      Nor is there any channel of the star on this Independent TV. I am not able to see any IPL match due to this, please help me because I have stopped hoping for service from them because their customer care is the most useless customer care A service that does not help or does not have their contact number
                      I hope from Indian government and TRAI that he will help me

                        Neither star channels nor any sports channels are available. It has been a week but the problem is not been rectified by the independent tv cable company. Tgey aren't picking the call (I have tried a lot of times) neither they are giving the refund. Please help me out as i can't watch the indian premier league and other tv serials.                                 No service at all which was promised before connection. Channel gets disappeared. Temporary out of service time is minimum 24 to 48 hours. Wastage of money and company is fooling people. No customer support at all, all phone numbers provided are not working. Not a single contact number where we can get connected and tell the query.
                                Their customer service numbers are not reachable through out the day.. They charge me for hungama channel saying that they would view the ipl matches they lied to me... Charged me and not viewing any of the sports channel.. Very we middle class people just were cheated by reliance big tv and now independence tv

                                  Star pack channel not available from last 7 days and when i talk to independent tv customer care operator they just giving me only one reason from 7 days. The reason is technical issue. They are not giving me proper time when channel available. I'm paying for the star pack and channel not available from 7 days. They are not giving me proper answer of my question. They keep telling me problem will resolve soon.
                                  And still star pack channel not available.

                                    I have buyed indipendent tv sattop box as they said that for one year all channels are free along with hd channels and taken 2200 charge for it but after 20 days all hd channels has stopped working. After a few days all utv channels has been stooped working and again after 10 days stargold star sports discovery and all channels are stopped working and this is happening every new day a new channels stops. I called to indipendent tv customer care but they said its our company guideline so i[censored] want to buy then buy this pack but before selling this product they told me that all channels along with hd are free for one year. They deceived me and taken 2200/- and went away. Now where should i go i just dont know. Please help me and return my money back from indipendent tv or take action to them for on all the channels.                                       I had purchased independent tv in feb 2019 with maximum channel packs... Since last 10 days star bouquet channels have been blocked... Compliant was lodged with customer complaints no... Initially they responded and promised to resolve my complaint... But now they are not responding... I am feeling cheated

                                        Now I'm facing issue related tv channel. Star pack is not working its shows technical issues. What is this? After 6 to 7 day you say its temporary issue.this set top box make us fool. If its not solve by this site i will be police case against this Indipendent tv. Its customer Care sevice is worst they not picking our call any time.and also some channel are block.
