Neither star channels nor any sports channels are available. It has been a week but the problem is not been rectified by the independent tv cable company. They aren't picking the call (I have tried a lot of times) neither they are giving the refund. Please help me out as i can't watch the indian premier league and other tv serials. I will be highly thankful if you immediately take an action against such a company.

    I am user of independent tv. I paid 2100 for 1 year recharge for all the channel, but last few days some channel like sports channel are not available in my independent tv this is directy fraud and cheat with me and also some other channel removing day by day i try to call the custmer care of independent tv he did, nt pick my call. I request u to solve my problem

      I subscribes independent tv in the month of october, the plan name is freedom for 2250rs. My independent tv model no. Is dha042170 not working from 20/04/2019. And customer care does not support to me. I have taken one year subscription of independent tv and they commited to provide one year all channel that was in their plan but currently stop service.
      So please identify this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

        Dear sir i have subscribed for independent tv and using it from last two months.
        I am really disappointed with the network because i have subscribed for 1 year in 2400 rs and after the use of a month's most of the channels disappear. All the english channels, few hindi movie channels, some news channels, sports channels etc are not appearing.
        Please fix the problem as soon as possible, my views on your service are very bad. Your helpline number is also not working and always show it busy. Please stop trying to fool people.

              I have taken a dth connection with your company. You give me this connection rs 1999 for one year and you promised me all channel work for next 1 year. But now slowly slowly some channels not working. I call on customer care they told me this is trai issue. Now star and sports channel not working and customer care no is not working. So pls do the needful action or give my payment back

                I have brought independent tv dth connection but after some time company removed some main channels like all star sports channels.
                Customer service not working and they are not attending any customer care calls.

                    My set top box is [protected] in independent tv or relaince tv

                    I have booked this set top box, before its launch in 500 in month of april 2019 with all channel (Along with hd channel) as your company committed.
                    Got the connection in sept 2018.
                    After some time your company reduce the channel list (Including hd channel) i. E., not displaying right now.
                    From last 3 days channel of star group and number of channel were not displaying.
                    At the time of installation they offered us all channel along with hd channel but know number of channel were not displaying.
                    I want reason behind this.
                    All channel must be displayed as per your commitment in earliear.
                    Your company offered us all channel.
                    Please continued our channel as earlier.

                      This is sanjay bhatnagar, a user of independent tv. For the last 10 days or so, all channels of star network including star plus (206), star bharat (208), star utsav (212), star plus hd (230), star gold (306), movies ok (311), star utsav movies (322), star gold hd (330), star movies (354), star movies hd (330), national geographic channel (551), fox life (554), net geo wild (558), star sports2 (502), star sports1 hindi (502), and many others are not available. The message being flashed is: the channel is temporarily unavailable. Will resume shortly.
                      I have made several calls on[protected] and[protected], but both numbers are regularly busy and there is no mechanism of keeping one in queue. I have sent many emails but no respite. I have written on their facebook wall, but no reply.
                      Kindly help in restoring these channels.

                        With due respect i want to complaint about independent tv for not installing my dth connection and now about refund my money which they keeping from last 6 months. I booked dth connection in independent tv on[protected], they said they will install my dth connection in 7 days. After keep calling many times and waiting for long time i said them to refund my money back. I ask me to email on [protected]@independenttv.in. I mailed all information more than 5 times, they asked me. I feel helpless in this situation.

                        Kindly do something or suggest me what should i do.

                            मैंने 1999 का HD पैक लिया था।
                            परंतु अभी सभी HD चैनल को बंद का दिया गया।
                            साथ ही बहुत सारे non -hd चैनल को व बन्द कर दिया गया।
                            पिछले 5 दिनों से स्टार के सभी चैनल को भी temprory unavailable लिख कर के रखा है ।

                            Customer care को कॉल करने पर बहुत मुश्किल से फ़ोन लग पता है
                            फ़ोन लगने के बाद भी 20 मिनेट तक waiting में फ़ोन रखता है।
                            फ़ोन रिसीव करने के बाद रटा रटाया जबाब मिलता है

                                I have taken 1 year subscription of indepedent tv. As they committed to provide many tv channels with some hd channels, but from last many days i am not able to watch any of hd channels, star channels, english channels and many others.

                                As company has committed to provide those channels by paying in advance for 1 year they must provide those channels to the subscriber.

                                Please register my complaint for refund my money back or providing all channels as per initial.

                                  I had purchased independent tv dth 3 months before. Channels are decreasing day by day, now all star network channels are removed,

                                  There is no valid customer care number to know the current situation. They gave no response on emails, facebook messsges, comments and tweets.

                                  Do anybody knows what to do now.

                                  I had written emails to trai also, but got no response from there also.

                                  What to do now.

                                    Independent tv launched freedom pack for rs 2250 for a year. Which promised total of 300 channels including 12 hd channels. I had opted for this pack for one year. But now all the hd channels have been removed. I have been migrated to a new mahabachat pack after the trai regulations changes. But according to trai regulations, customer should get to choose the channel or the pack should be continued without any changes to the channel list until the last plan lasts. But changes were made (Channels reduced drastically) without customer consent. Further, since all star channels are not available, due to technical reasons. No response from independent tv team, no one in customer service picking up phone. This is unfair business practice and the concerned authorities (Trai) should take necessary action.

                                      मैने इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी का सेट ऑफ बॉक्स बुक किया था उस समय प्लान में बताया गया था कि एक साल तक सब चेनेल फ्री हैं परंतु दो महीने बाद ही कई चेनल बंद कर दिए हैं। मैं चार दिनों से कस्टमर केअर पर फ़ोन लगा रहा हूं पर लग नहीं रहा है। मेरे कई दिनों से कई चैनल बंद है जैसे स्टार गोल्ड, मूवी ओके, यू टीवी, यू टीवी एक्शन etc.जबकि प्लान लेते समय एक साल तक फ्री बताया गया था । अगर अपना प्लान बताए अनुसार नहीं चला सकते तो मेरे पैसे मुझे वापिस कर दे और अपना सेट ऑफ बॉक्स वापिस ले ले कृपया मेरी कंप्लेंट पर जल्द सुनवाई करे। मुझे जल्द सूचित कर
