I am dharme i opted for 1999 package and was assured telecast of all channels including hd, english movies, sports, english entertainment and all hindi channels for full one year.

But all channels started vanishing one by one first hd than english chanals then one by one other now even star networks channels are blocked.

I think this is again another fraud in making. Either return my money or provide all promised...

This is very much dissapointing to us from independent tv from last one month we are not getting out tv channels with respect to the package we have paid and contact number given is utter waste not even once the customer service is responding
If you people are not capable of provide a good service then better don't cheat on people....

I have purchased independent tv in september 2018. As per the freedom 1999 pack. I paid rs2000 and according to that pack following things were to be given to consumer who subscribe in that pack that are
1) all sd and hd channels for 1 year.
2) rs 2000 will be given as cashback interms of recharge if continued for 2 years with min. Recharge of rs.300.
But now they are denying all this.
Today as of 19th april 2019...

I bought the pack of rs 2500 for which i was promissed that i would be able to access all the channels including 12hd channels, all english channels, all sports channels, all hindi entertariment and movies channels,
but all my channels are not accessible to my tv,
i have been trying to contact to the costomer care of independent tv but the call never connects
send the mail to independent tv but still no response.br...

We are facing a problem in many channels star channels are not available they are showing technical problems star plus, star bharat etc are not showing from a week we are facing this its not minor problem no channel is available tata sky is showing all channels and independent set top box is not even refunding our money back from week no channel is coming we have already pay fee then also very poor service all channels are showing error......

Channel not working properly because of technical errors
Plan is not expire yet, but channel are stopped . some channel showing Error-200 unsubscribed channel and some showing this channel is temporary unavailable due to technical error
We hope you will take suitable action as soon as possible
Plans Expiry date is 25/Nov/2019...

Last 4 days all star channels not working.also my new package not activate yet.utv action utv movies also not working.i am only choose this satellite because they said they give total channel for 1 years.I know trai creats new policy but after create new policy is send all my favourite channel list to service provider but they still not activate my package and everyday when I way on my tv some channel not working.in unable to watch ipl matches....

For some days these people gave the facility of HD and now all the channels of star like Star Sport have taken a year advance money. They have troubled them. They seem to have helpline or no answer to the email.Very close to the channel There is no response from Nodal officer and c.care help me

I am the customer of Independent Tv since 25 th October 2018 the date on which my set top box was installed .

Since 2 nd Feburary 2019 all the channels including all sd and HD channels which were supposed to be free for an year that was promised by the service provider at the time of booking of the set top box.

When i tried calling the customer care number of the independent tv i was getting no response from...

I bought independent tv connection in the month of October. Initially it was working fine. No channels are working from past 3 days. Screen is displaying Error-06. E-87 Filter is not enough. I tried calling customer care hundreds of times but every time it said busy. Also I had mailed customer care regarding the same but it was of no use.This is the worstest dth operator I have ever seen....

I have installed independent tv of full year pack with all channels they are removing the channels n not providing as per told. Now in my independent tv they have removed all star channels n also not picking the call i m trying from last 2 days wasted my money in calling them but they aren't responding them plzz help so that i can contact them for dth...
