Dear independence team

I am new independence connection since oct-nov 2018, i was registered in 1999 plan that shows all channels regardless any issue but from last few weeks getting some channels are unavailable because of trai rule.

I connected with independence tv because of all channel facility now if you are migrating into new system, i lost all channel which we used to view on regular basis.

Please migrate and provide all channels as were in the past because we proceed according to your policy of 1999, now in the mid of connecting, our faith on you having waves because of *unavailability of channel and no answering from customer care / toll free number*.

Hoping will get positive response from your side and will be able to resolve my problem.

    I am dharme i opted for 1999 package and was assured telecast of all channels including hd, english movies, sports, english entertainment and all hindi channels for full one year.

    But all channels started vanishing one by one first hd than english chanals then one by one other now even star networks channels are blocked.

    I think this is again another fraud in making. Either return my money or provide all promised service.

    Besides this they are making foll saying that star channels will resume shortly

    It’s been around a week since star channels got stopped, still the problem has not been resolved. And you people are persistently saying that channels will be resumed in a short time.

      I am arun i opted for 1999 package and was assured telecast of all channels including hd, english movies, sports, english entertainment and all hindi channels for full one year.

      But all channels started vanishing one by one first hd than english chanals then one by one other now even star networks channels are blocked.

      I think this is again another fraud in making. Either return my money or provide all promised service.

      Besides this they are making foll saying that star channels will resume shortly.
      They have to refund the money. Pl help

        This is very much dissapointing to us from independent tv from last one month we are not getting out tv channels with respect to the package we have paid and contact number given is utter waste not even once the customer service is responding
        If you people are not capable of provide a good service then better don't cheat on people.

          I have purchased independent tv in september 2018. As per the freedom 1999 pack. I paid rs2000 and according to that pack following things were to be given to consumer who subscribe in that pack that are
          1) all sd and hd channels for 1 year.
          2) rs 2000 will be given as cashback interms of recharge if continued for 2 years with min. Recharge of rs.300.
          But now they are denying all this.
          Today as of 19th april 2019 70% channels are off i. E movies channel, sports channel, kids channels, news channels and many more channels.
          Regularly calling the independent tv customer care sometimes they pick the phone and say trai has given us the guidelines to do so.
          Please give me clarification that why are you playing with us. Have you taken bribe from them and thats why they are using you as a shield. If not then please take serious step against them. Give us what is ours.

            I bought the pack of rs 2500 for which i was promissed that i would be able to access all the channels including 12hd channels, all english channels, all sports channels, all hindi entertariment and movies channels,
            but all my channels are not accessible to my tv,
            i have been trying to contact to the costomer care of independent tv but the call never connects
            send the mail to independent tv but still no response.
            So either resume my servises or refund my money back.

                            I am the customer of Independent Tv since 25 th October 2018 the date on which my set top box was installed .

                            Since 2 nd Feburary 2019 all the channels including all sd and HD channels which were supposed to be free for an year that was promised by the service provider at the time of booking of the set top box.

                            When i tried calling the customer care number of the independent tv i was getting no response from them as the number does not exist

                                    I bought independent tv connection in the month of October. Initially it was working fine. No channels are working from past 3 days. Screen is displaying Error-06. E-87 Filter is not enough. I tried calling customer care hundreds of times but every time it said busy. Also I had mailed customer care regarding the same but it was of no use.This is the worstest dth operator I have ever seen.
