We have buyed 1 year package in the month of december 2018, after the 3 months channels are not telecasting, we tried to call customer service but everytime contact number is busy, and the company said customer service number is toll-free, but they are charging one rupee per minute, till now i lossed my 150 rupees around but they are not responding.

We are facing a problem in many channels star channels are not available they are showing technical problems star plus, star bharat etc are not showing from a week we are facing this its not minor problem no channel is available tata sky is showing all channels and independent set top box is not even refunding our money back from week no channel is coming we have already pay fee then also very poor service all channels are showing error...

We have dth setup box of independent tv on this january 2019, he said that we will provide all channel including hd channel for one year (Mahabachat package) hence we paid one year subscribe amount, 15 days all channel are coming but after hd channels unsubscribed all hd channel.
After feb month few channel unsubscribed now april month 80 percent channel are not coming.

Day by day i can see that many channels are not coming, its a fake promise by the team.

What ever has been agreed at the time of purchase has not been followed by the team.

No proper response from customer care also and the worst ever service it is, no proper or prior information has been provided before removing of channels also

Many o[censored]s have already heard about reliance big tv aka independent tv. So these guys have cheated many of their customers in name of freedom pack where they had promised to give all hd and sd channels for 1 year with absolutely no fee. Now, these people have already disabled all hd channels and recently they also disabled sports and kids channels.
