My set top boxes are not working from 2 month i have done complaints many time bt complaints are not solved yet my complaint no is 2679529 m calls from many days to custmer care bt te calls are always angaged or not reachable. 2 of them are stoped from 2 month tyey told me once that engnr will come n set te default bt no one came to solve my problm

    We have buy DTH set up box of independent TV on this January. He said that i got all channels including Hd for one year but after 15 day they unsubscribe all Hd and maximum other channels.

    Now I need to subscribe nick Jr channel but they said this channel is not in list.

    I also complaint to his customers care but still not received any response.

      50 % channel not working properly, HD channels are totally not working properly.so please immediately correct this issue urgently basis . sports Chanel not working properly, english channel are totally closed, cartoon chanel also not working properly. So erreted this company, i also cancelled tata sky and take this dish, but really taired, picture quality not good any other companies.

        I m a customer of independent tv dth having no [protected]. At the time of promotion my service provided assured me or free channels including sd and hd. But now day by day my service provider switching of channels. Custumer care numbers are not working. My emails are not replied and even worse mobile app is not working. Company is not accessible anyhow. Please take proper action against my provider
        Not good service.1 year advance payment but channels not show.costemer helpline not help.my money lost.channels revoke daily.

          Hello
          I am customer of independent tv from bangalore (Karnataka) contact no updated in that tv is [protected], i am using indipendent tv from almost a moth, as far it’s the worst connection any one can ever have. They shut down many chanel without telling us before and there local service area guys are so pathetic. They don’t even care if customer have problem, they just wanna grab the money and give no service in return. I call them many times but they didn’t even respond.

          Since 10 days my all english and telugu chanels and many others are offline and why that happened no one knows. They told us the plan we bought is applicable for year because of new government policy, but they keep on disconnecting the channels without any notice. I try to call customer care number but it’s not working anymore. So unsatisfied with indipendent tv services.

            I have sent many emails complaining about issue with my dth connection - no. [protected]. I have also tried calling customer support nos. [protected] & [protected] but no response on these nos.!?! I have also tried to escalate the matter to nodal & compliance officers but no response received from them too. No. Of channels have reduced drastically without any prior information and almost every day some channel or other getting reduced, specially english channels inculuding news & business channels

                Sir. Rhis dth provider has issued for many problems crated after use my family tv su h as no given package list ans not provinding of his declaration list of package of rhis year. The package is openly stopped wirhout any query and not response the customer service number which is always busy mode. This rype mistake and cheates in openly the customer without any information. Hence pls look this matter as well we get better service of this dth company. Thanka

                  My name is Ajay Singh Tomar and my phone is [protected], by which I have taken your connection.

                  Earlier I was using Airtel TV after that you came with your product in which I have to pay Rs.2250 for freedom 1999 pack. Only because of this I have chosen you product.

                  But this was my biggest mistake, because you guys are continuously cheating me. First you have disable all HD channels, then you guys are continuously disabling different channels. From last 7 days various channels blocked by you like new channel of hindi and english. Movie channel of hindi and english and many more.

                  I had called around 16 times in last 7 days to get support buy every time your executive of call center are not able to provide me any answers or solution. Despite of my multiple request they were not providing me a complaint number.Some executives(Names -Bhupendra, Ankit) are speaking very harshly that they can not do anything.

                  Today when I asked them to handover my call to their lead, they kept me on hold then cut the phone.

                  In my entire life I have not seen such pathetic services and support of any services.

                  That's why in my mail I have mentioned that chosen of your product is biggest mistake of my life and you guys are continuously cheating me.

                  I know that you will not do anything after this email but here I am writing this mail as my last effort to save my self from this type of cheating.

                  Hoping for a quick action other wise I have to again move to my previous airtel TV service.

                    Worst service provided by independent tv dth. Facing 400 signal lost problem from 2 weeks. Complained several times but got no solution. Only recieved following message on date 6 april 2019
                    Dear customer, your service request number is 2675898, and tentative resolution time is 24 hrs. Independent tv. Dear customer, your workorder no is 1681368, and your customer id is [protected], your installation will be completed shortly. Independent tv.
                    But yet no technician visited.

                      Sir i had booked the reliance dth of independent tv in the month of march 2018 in the scheme that they will provide us all channels free upto a 1 year without taking money after that i had recieved the set top box eight months later nd now they were asking for money within a year for the hd channels sir initially they were saying all channels are free for a year but now after eight month they were asking for payment for hd channels this is very unfair for us please help us towards thia matter.

                        Sir TV show error 06 from 24march 2019 iam complaint to customer care on 25 March 2019, customer request number 2657061, work order no.1668587 customer id.[protected] and promise to resolve in 24 to 48 hours but after 48 hour iam call to customer care they promise me again and again 24 to 48 hours to resolve but till now no solution and technical person come to solve my problem.iam sent mail also if you do not solve my problem give my money back but no reply from there .so please solve my problem and give my money back.

                        Itv promise us 300 channel include hd channel but now they remove 30 channel important channel but trai say for contune old pack they chet with us trai need to take action

                          I purchased Independent TV about six months back. My set top box appears to be faulty as the channels keep getting frozen every 10 seconds and again resume after 10-15 seconds. This is interrupting the viewing continuously. Have approached Customer Care Call Centre and even written mails to Customer Care. They only promise to take action but nothing happens on ground.

                            This is my complaint about my Independent TV dish at the time of purchasing the dish company provide me all channel and 10 HD channel but after one month HD channel was not working and my all kids channel was not working many complaints i have not received satisfied answer. Now company toll free no is not in use and as per local distributor call to customer care but customer care not is not responding.
                            And last two days all channel is buffering.

                              I had bought the freedom pack for 1yr. But all the channels were gradually removed and i was changed to another pack without any notice. Moreover customer care service is the worst here. They do not even pick calls or try to sort the problems. Really irritating and frustrating. Further now the signal has become so bad that one cannot watch it. It gets stuck so many time. I suggest everybody to raise voice against this fraud and the company should be shut. The Indian judiciary should be involved with the consumer forum court!

                                  I have subscribed for independent tv connection by pre booking paying rs500 and after 3-4 month we got the installation on which we have paid 1750, it was a freedom pack of rs 2250 for 1 year, which promised total 300 channels including 12 hd channels, but now all the hd, hindi and few kannada channels have been blocked. And whichever were running are also has disturbance (Unable to see any of the channels). They have promised for 1 year and it is just 6 months completed it's been moved under trai regulations. After trying from past 15 days to contact the customer call, got connected on 7th april and i was told that as per government policy we have to pay for the channels which we like to view. We also know that the government has started a new trai rule that we have to pay only for the channels we select. But the freedom pack they have promised before that, they should apply the trai regulations for the new customer and not the existing customer, of course they could have asked us for the channels of choice that we would like to view and should have continued. But without informing the customer they have blocked all the channels that we view and whichever were open in the condition can not be viewed as each and every second intermission. We have subscribed for independent tv connection because they offered/advertised for the freedom pack, in between how they can do this asking the customers to pay for channels before completion of their promised period.? It's in justice.

                                    They said your installation will be completed just in 72 hours but more than 17 days passed. I have called theirs customer care more than 10 times every time they said it will install next 72 hours.

                                      I purchase independent tv month of nov 2018. Serial number is : [protected] and ca id is 0432018e.
                                      The first complain is hd channel closed last two months. Now one by one you are turning off sony sport, star sport chennal and etc chennals. We had packed one year's pack and paid one year advance payment. Channel should be turned back. If you do not turn back the channel then return my money. Please take necessary action and oblige me take action other wise refund my deposit one year advance deposit amount.

                                        I bought independent t. V on booking with free subscription scheme, but after some days company block all hd channels, i dont know how can they stop hd channels when there is no condition apply on the time of purchase? I thinkthey are cheaters? I bought it because it was free for 1 year. Why should i pay when i am still withing that 1 year period. And now i am not receving a single channel. Message shown error-200. I am trying so many times to complaint on their customer service number[protected], but no response from her side and computer say its not valid number? What is this?
