I m naresh kumar from panchkula, my independent set top box no. Sn:- [protected]. My all channel viewing package is valid for one year. For few a days, you have closed some sports and movies channels. I want to know how these channels are closed by you. Your customer care no. Is invalid from some days. Please solve my problem.

    On march 8 2018 i booked a independent tv dth service after seeing a front page ad in amar ujala newspaper, i paid instant rs. 500 as booking fee's, they had offered unlimited channel's including hd, for 2000 rs. They promised installation in 3 month's but took almost a year and installed my dth on 19th december 2018, they didn't gave unlimited channels not even free to air channel's, their customer care doesn't give satisfactory answers. From 15 day's they're not providing most of the channel's including infotainment sport's movies kid's and english. Now they're saying these channel's are chargeable now. They're looting their customers by giving excuses on the name of trai.
    They fooled customers by giving lucrative offer's in newspapers and now they're cheating us, please take strict action against independent tv.

      Have purchased independent tv in nov/2018 with one year mahabachat plan but after one month they have unsubscribe some important channel s without any notice & recently my tv screen shows error-400. I have booked complaint on[protected] regarding error-400 but no technician come to solve the problem from the last 30 days... No call connect in call centre please some one give solution box st.           I purchase 4 connection for my family member no one is working properly.
          Very poor service, i tried to contact by toll free number but that is not working.
          In starting 200 error came after that different different errors came.
          I tried contact to Customer care but there is no resonance.
          I want to proper service by INDEPENDENT TV, actually i gave him proper money so they should me proper service.

            As i have taken new dth connection from independent tv as full one year subscription in dec 2018 but now from feb2019 they are frequently reducing channels as they have reduced all hd channels and also english and hindi movie channels with all cartoons channel without notifying me as my plan was for one year how they have reduced my channels. Payment was also fully paid for one year now they are saying give more money to see channel which were cut down. Please take necessary action against them so that i can review my all channels as per my pack
            They said they will give free channels for one year and now everyday they unsubscribe our channel and I have contacted operator and his not responding positively and always says that he will come yet he didn't come, very poor customer service and customer care is not picking call.

              My consumer no [protected], purchased in the month of december-2018, for the plan of 1 year free service of channel list given, but after 2 month stopped working my important channels out of that which is of no use to continue with independant tv then i started calling customer care never expected such worst customer care service in other industry, they just playing with me and disconnecting calls no proper information given to me.
              I am expecting those many channels for me, if you want to remove channels from my consumer id, i will give list of channels which is required for me, as per amount i paid for 1 year and local cable operators are giving to all.

                I am sanjeev kumar i have booked independent tv on 3/4/2019 and i have paid all the due amount of rs.3371in advance online. I was assured that my connection will be installed within 72 hrs. It is more than a week but no msg or call received from service provider. This is a pathaetic service by the independent tv so i want all the amount i have paid refunded. My register mobile no is [protected] it's more than a week and i didnt even alloted a consumer id nor any payment confirmation that i have paid online to independent tv through their site. Therefor i request independent tv to refund my money asap. I no more interested to install ur connection.

                  I bought one year all paid channels free subscription, 4 years free air channels subscription and with 12 hd channels,. How can they stop hd channels and other channels, saying as per trai guidelines. They are cheaters. I bought it because it was free for 1 year. Why should i pay when i am still withing that 1 year period. And they said if you want to chanel's back you need to buy from us.. Chanel's gone continuesly one bye one. And there customer service is totally fraud.. They only say you got benefits as pre your plan...

Lots of time we talk to your customer care persons and but no response at the site.                         I am customer of independent tv from Saharanpur (up west ) contact no updated in that tv is [protected], I am using Indipendent tv from almost a moth, as far it’s the worst connection any one can ever have . They shut down many Chanel without telling us before and there local service area guys are so pathetic. They don’t even care if customer have problem, they just wanna grab the money and give no service in return .I call them many times but they didn’t even respond.

                        Since 10 days my all english Chanel and many others are offline and why that happened no buddy knows .They told us the plan we bought is applicable for year because of new government policy, But they keep on disconnecting the channels without any notice . I try to call customer care number but it’s not working anymore . So unsatisfied with Indipendent tv services .

                          My booking id is r[protected] not yet received any information regarding installation do the needful action. I was already booked at 14-12-18, simply they are telling now there is no possibility to install dth connection we are refunding amount to your bank, but they havnt cleared my refund amount till now, they are simply telling wait for some more days from fast two months, but they are not ready to solve my refund issue.

                          After giving one year full package independent TV dropped many channel like NDTV INDIA NEWS, ENGLISH MOVIE CHANNELS LIKE HBO.please can you take legal actions against it.

                            As per their offer i was supposed to get uninterrupted viewership certain listed channels, all of a sudden they have closed my plan and closed certain channels. This is cheating on their part, if i have paid my money for some service promised they should fulfil their promise. This was a three year plan and they have closed it after 6/7 months only. They should either provide the service or refund the entire amount.

                                Reliance independent tv is being sold in a very shady manner.
                                Firstly they promise internet connection for a year post buying a 2200 rs set up box.
                                They claim that the channels are going to reflect everyday.
                                But it has been more than 100 days since i am using it and it worked for 30 days hardly.
                                And now the signals are completely lost!
                                The installation and salesman team also claimed that 2200 rs is one time fee for watching channels until one year.
                                And as i said it has only been 100 days or so, there is a pop up to recharge.
                                And error404 is their favorite telecast.

                                  I have connection of Independent TV DTH my setup box Sr No is [protected]. My DTH not working (Signal Lost) from 31st March 2019. I lodge complaint on 31st March and my complaint no is 2667042. But till the date no person come to me for reactfy the fault. I called customer care for 4 times everytime they told in 24 hrs your problem will be solved but 8 days gone, problem not solved. Very poor customer service.                                     They are just scammers. I have been complaining many times my connection is having problems. still i am unable to resolve.

                                    I feel i did a mistake by buying this. everyday they same things complaint is escalated and service engineer has to come in 24 hours.

                                    support team says same things everyday.
                                    Request team to check and let me know if i can complaint to trai

                                      Its a worse cable network. I am writing worse because i cant find more bad word than this. I have subscribed to independent tv with a subscription for whole year including all hd and sd channels. After some time all hd channels were stopped being broadcasted. I called to their customer care they said that it will start within 15 days but even after 2 month it is not yet started. Moreover the worst part is many sd channels are also went missing day by day. I have done many calls and many e-mails but they didn't respond appropriately. I strongly recommend all to not to buy this worst cable connection ever on this earth. I am so frustrated. This is the worst cable connection on the earth.

                                        I am using independent with initial offer having channels free for one year. Now suddenly all channels removed saying as per trai guidelines now telugu channels not coming, and when checked with care, they are telling telugu will be activated within 24 hrs. I am calling every for last 10 days, getting same response but no luck..
                                        These are cheating and not giving as promised i want all channels to be activated as promised earlier.
