I have registered for independent tv on dec'2018, but installation was not done, after few months later they comeback to me and replied with "installation is not possible with the registered money" and will credit your registered money soon. However it was not done yet. I have called customer care many times and mail them but no response.

I booked a connection on 08/03/2018 to make a netbank online payment of rs.998/-
Till date 08/11/2019, no any dth connection install, i have send email 7 times for refund request but no tackeing any actions.
I called on customer care number saying every time server down several times. They told that your request and details are forwarded to the team. Bt i didnt get any money back.

Please strickly action for this

I booked a connection on 12th dec 2018 using my paytm to make a payment of rs.1999/- and was promised to get a connection in 15 days time and i have not got the same. Several calls to customer care to cancell did not happen as we were promised with a new date which never has happened. I need the refund of the amount i paid for a new connection. I had booked independent TV paying Rs499 on online booking (booking ID[protected]customer ID [protected]) and got it in few months after multiple chases and paid Rs2000 at installation time. It worked good for few months but then stopped working (everyone knows). Now, they're not returning my money. Customer care number isn't working. Over mail, they never reply. Please help!!!

I took the connection of independent tv in january 20019
In ₹2300 of 1 year service
But the channel are blocked in may 2019 and and no service is provided to me till now
I also tried to complaint to their office but the company has not exist there they flew up from there

They earlier too were harresing by removing channels, giving on off services.
But since june 2019 no signal are there,
I have called many time on there customer care, but results are nil.

We have paid 2500/- for independent tv connection for 1 year in few days it stopped working till date its not working, we need refund for it, we have complained it in there customer care but no proper response from there side.
We suffered a lot because of it, also they have given hd channels in package but its also stopped working in 2 3 days, as need solution for this.

I have purchased 3 independent tv connection earlier known as big tv now they have stopped all services since last months earlier customer care executive informed that after 17th march 2019 service will be available after 18th they informed that from 3rd of july service will be resumed now even after 21th september nothing has been done so far and now even customer care no is not working. Indipendent tv has done fraud with their customers.

I have bought a new satellite DTH service (Independent TV) when they launch in Dehradun Uttarakhand, and only that sevice worked approx 1 month properly, after 1 month all services are closed, now approx 5 months already passed, I Don't got any solution, and they taken 2300 rupees for one year subscription plan, but only in 1 month sevices closed entire uttarakhand, sp please suggest some solution for this.

I had purchased a dth connection from independent tv, when they launch the service in the name of reliance digital tv by pre-booking scheme on official portal of reliance digital tv on 4th of march 2018, and the connection was installed in home on 14th of september 2018, after that they not provided any service as per commitment in pre-booking offer. I made many complaint at customer care of this company, but no body replied me nor they come to repair my instrument, from december 2018 they stopped the service and from january 2019 they stopped satellite network also, all the office contact nos is also stopped,

So, it is my kind request you please take strong action against this company and instructed them to refund the money which was paid by consumer including me.

I am, independenttv user. They have given us the information that they will give one year paid channels and five years fta channels in rs 2500. So i have pre booked the independent tv in rs500 and they said that we have to pay rest of money to the person who will come and install it. I have booked it but after seven months he came to install it but according to independent tv policies they have to install it in 30 to 45 days but they have not installed in that time. When independent tv is installed after some time the connection lost and when period of six months is over some person came to us to fix it then after 15 days the connection is lost again and now its have been 2 months over and nothing have been coming on the screen only its coming error 400 and our entertainment has lost for eight months. When six months is over no one come us to fix it but after six months someone come to us to fix it and then after fifteen days our connection lost again so i have lost the entertainment of eight months. I have paid total rs 2700 to them including installation. So pls help us to take refund from independent tv.

I got a new connection of independent tv on 25 dec 2019 .And subscribe annual pack .Paid full amount for one year. But in the month of march 2019 they change my plan without intimating me.And stepdown my plan but didnot refund any amount and also did not increase the validity. I call customer care to update my pack they demanded more money. But surprisingly in the starting of june 2019 they close there service without any intimation.They also did not refund the remaing 7 month subscription amount i registered a complain in trai but no solution yet

Reliance owned independent tv is fraud company cheating customers since without giving channels, relaince declaring crores of profit but they dont havre 12crores to pay antrix, even they dont have minimum common sense that customers are suffering without tv since 3months, i have prepaid for one year just 6month back,
Trai and govt authorities are sleeping it seems without taking any action such fraud companies, shame on your business ambani reliance owned independent tv.
Refund my amount immediately else will put this in social medias as there is no response from independent tv/consumer forum for our complaints, customer care numbers/emails dummy and even there is single response.

Sir,

Independent tv installed a set top box which is not working since last one year. We are continuous trying to contact them but no contact number is working. My last conversation with their customer care were three months back and they assured that the services will normalise from 1st june onwards but still there network is not working and no contact number is working.

You are therefore requested to kindly help.
