I have paid Rs 1999/- for a new connection., Which not delivered and promised to refund the amount but not complied.i have many time sent mail to them they have responded to comply and refund the amount .

I purchased the independent tv subscription for rs. 1999.0 on 3rd jan 2019 and received sms for customer id [protected], but there is no connection provided till date,

Requested for refund and was promised to be provided but no response after that and no refund been provided

Pay dues as your service is no longer active. Independent tv has said that they will resume services and all boxes will be get acttive.in case the fact is the service has not started yet and customer care is also no longer supporting us.
There are many peoples who have invested in independent tv but it seems that they are not getting their money back.

My reliance big tv service number is[protected] in the name of manish kumar. Which is converted to independent tv.
I have purchased and paid amt 2499/- for 2 year realiance big tv plan, in feb 2018, according to this plan i will be able to view all channels available in reliance platform for 2 complete year and fta channel for complete 5 year. But now again i am facing difficulty in viewing all available channel as the error 200 is reflecting on many channels, like aaj tak channel is also blocked by you, but it's fta channel.
When spoken to your customer care, you told me to pay 780/- to upgrade my settop box, but why should i pay you, to upgrade, it's a agreement between you and me for 5 year for which i had already make the payment. And there is balance of 800 in my reliance account. Which is also pending with independent tv.
Plz help.

हमने स्वतंत्र टीवी कनेक्शन के लिए 2300 / - का भुगतान किया है 1 साल के लिए कुछ दिनों में इसने काम करना बंद कर दिया था जब तक कि यह काम नहीं कर रहा है, हमें इसके लिए धनवापसी की आवश्यकता है, हमने इसकी शिकायत ग्राहक देखभाल में की है लेकिन वहाँ से कोई उचित प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिली है।
हमने इसकी वजह से बहुत नुकसान उठाया, साथ ही उन्होंने पैकेज में एचडी चैनल भी दिए हैं, लेकिन इसके लिए 2 3 दिनों में काम करना बंद कर दिया है, क्योंकि इसके लिए समाधान की आवश्यकता है

I have purchased independent tv connection on 22 dec 2018 they told me every time that dth will get installed but this never happened .
Now i am calling them for refund since a year but no succeded .i even complained to TRAI and consumer forum .still not received my money back.Shame on Reliance entertainment that they ate my 2000rs .there is nothing like consumer protection in this country.

I have registered for independent tv on dec'2018, but installation was not done, after few months later they comeback to me and replied with "installation is not possible with the registered money" and will credit your registered money soon. However it was not done yet. I have called customer care many times and mail them but no response.

I booked a connection on 08/03/2018 to make a netbank online payment of rs.998/-
Till date 08/11/2019, no any dth connection install, i have send email 7 times for refund request but no tackeing any actions.
I called on customer care number saying every time server down several times. They told that your request and details are forwarded to the team. Bt i didnt get any money back.

Please strickly action for this

I booked a connection on 12th dec 2018 using my paytm to make a payment of rs.1999/- and was promised to get a connection in 15 days time and i have not got the same. Several calls to customer care to cancell did not happen as we were promised with a new date which never has happened. I need the refund of the amount i paid for a new connection. I had booked independent TV paying Rs499 on online booking (booking ID[protected]customer ID [protected]) and got it in few months after multiple chases and paid Rs2000 at installation time. It worked good for few months but then stopped working (everyone knows). Now, they're not returning my money. Customer care number isn't working. Over mail, they never reply. Please help!!!

I took the connection of independent tv in january 20019
In ₹2300 of 1 year service
But the channel are blocked in may 2019 and and no service is provided to me till now
I also tried to complaint to their office but the company has not exist there they flew up from there

Also i tried to complaint to customer care but results are nil

They earlier too were harresing by removing channels, giving on off services.
But since june 2019 no signal are there,

I called on customer care number saying [protected] several times. They told that your request and details are forwarded to the team. Bt i didnt get any money back. We have paid 2500/- for independent tv connection for 1 year in few days it stopped working till date its not working, we need refund for it, we have complained it in there customer care but no proper response from there side.
We suffered a lot because of it, also they have given hd channels in package but its also stopped working in 2 3 days, as need solution for this.

I have purchased 3 independent tv connection earlier known as big tv now they have stopped all services since last months earlier customer care executive informed that after 17th march 2019 service will be available after 18th they informed that from 3rd of july service will be resumed now even after 21th september nothing has been done so far and now even customer care no is not working. Indipendent tv has done fraud with their customers.

I have bought a new satellite DTH service (Independent TV) when they launch in Dehradun Uttarakhand, and only that sevice worked approx 1 month properly, after 1 month all services are closed, now approx 5 months already passed, I Don't got any solution, and they taken 2300 rupees for one year subscription plan, but only in 1 month sevices closed entire uttarakhand, sp please suggest some solution for this.
