It has been 6 months since i have booked the independent tv but till now the refund has not been given nor its installed. Whenever i call they are asking to wait for 1 week. I am totally frustrated on this. Can you please raise a consumer complaint on this company. The booking id is [protected]. Please do the needful.
They are just doing the fraud from 6 months they are using the money for the rotation till now they did not refund.

Can you please get my money back

    Dear sir,
    I was booked independent tv setup box from website independent tv online through google pay amount 3203.93 rs amount was deducted from my account on dated april 2, 2019 but no any confirmation message from independent tv i mailed to customer care and talked to customer care executive but they asked me no any details from you. I am attaching screenshot image of payment with transaction id please register my complain against independent tv either refund my money or install my setup box.

      I have bought a connection on 31-jan 2019 under freedom pack that time your dealer told me that this all channels will be provided to you for a period of one year,
      Now some of the channels which were u der that pack are not brodcasted, the tv screen shows error-200
      Your custmer care support told me to select the channels from your website which effect my validy,
      I want that all channels which were provided me that time will be brodcasted
      If my problem not be sold
      I m not going to continue my pack after this disgusting freedom pack expire
      I thought this will be a greter deal for me but it proved to be wrong
      Worst dth service
      It will not do growth if this things happens to their customers

        Hi,

        Independent tv forcing user to watch the channel which they are providing as they migrate the 1 year free customers to there area based on location, like in ghaziabad they removed all english channels and when i asked they told me you have to watch these channels and you cannot make any changes in your channels as we migrated you and if you need such channel as alcarte and pay extra.

        Trai rule is that customer can choose his channels, but those guys doing reverse and forcing to watch there choice and user can't change its base package... Why should i pay and watch channels as per there choice.. Neither i am allowed to add any hd in main package for all such i need to pay extra and they kept showing channels which i don't want.

        Please take some strict actions.

            Independent tv launched freedom pack for rs 2250 for a year. Which promised total of 300 channels including 12 hd channels. But now all the hd channels have been removed. I have been migrated to a new mahabachat pack after the trai regulations changes. But according to trai either i should get to choose the channel or the pack should be continued without any changes to the channel list until the last plan lasts.

              Dear sir,

              I baught independent tv connection in sep-18 in which i got all channel including hd, sports, cartoon, hollywood for 1 year free. But since mar-19 they removed all my channel ex hd, hollywood and sports and cartoon.

              So kindly request you take an action against them. So that i can see all channel which they commited at the time of new connection.
              I have paid 2250 rs for 1 year including all channel.

                I have taken freedom 1999 1year subsciption, now they have changed my plan with out my intimation to the channel based on the region i am staying, i asked them to change to my native language (Telugu) but the coustomer care people will give the wrong information, 1 person will say call in the morning, 1 person will say it will be done in 24 hrs and 1 more time they will tell we will not take any complaints... Dont know what to do, my setup box serial no is [protected]... If this is the case with this dth operator then what istrai do, every one can keep rules but there should be a way to solve the complaints also, hope customers complaints will be solved, trai created so many problems by changing the rules...

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have activated one year pack on jan 2019, at that time company had commited me that i will able to see all hd channels for one year but some days hd channels were varnished. And now some more channels are not showing such as star bharat, colours, nick, nick jr and much more. When asked to customer care they are replying that you are not subscribed those channels and you have to purchase. It was only two months old and i think after more two or three month all channels will be varnished. So what is the profit of long term pack.

                  Kindly look into urgently or i will take further steps.

Maine customercare se kafi bar call ki aur installation karne ke liya kaha lakin har bar mujhe kuch din wait karne ko kaha geya, maine booking fee bhi 500/-di thi, kuch din pehle independent tv ki andorid app relesed hui tab maine usse apne phone par kar liya jab maine apna register phone deekar open kiya toh yeh dekhkar mein bahut heraan hua ki mera account status active aur december ko installation dikha raha tha jab maine iski complaint ki mere instation toh hui nahi, unho muje complaint number diya aur uske baad meinjab bhi call karta hu mera number block aata hai, plz help me.                       The service provider are fraud like. At the time of recharge they used to promise to provide the channels that are in freedom pack but now the channels are being blocked and they are also not helping even they are not answering as there customer service no. Is not reachable and if then there is always a technical problem with this independent tv and channels are blocked due to new rule as trai, but why the hd channels are blocked by them? If anybody is willing to buy this channel provider, don't buy this one.

                        I am a subscriber for independent TV's Freedom1999 + 250 instillation scheme and they have promised to provide all Channels including All HD channels for one year starting from 5/12/18 To 4/12/2019.
                        1st they removed HD channels &
                        now they have removed UTV channels, some sports channels, all English language channels & some kids channels live Hungama etc.

                        Previously it was part of my subscription but now they are saying to pay more on grounds of TRAI guidelines.

                        As we all know that TRAI has allowed service providers to continue with their long duration packs, this is a clear case of cheating & fraud in the name of TRAI.

                        Please take strict action against INDEPENDENT TV. They are not only cheating us but also trying ti defame a big organization i.e. TRAI.

                          We have 3 connections and all are not working from 20th march, 2019. Sorry to say but their customer care service is pathetic. We have been calling again and again but every time we are told that “please keep your stb switched on for 30 minutes, we are refreshing it and then it will work.” after repeated calls we managed to log complaint on 22nd march, 2019 vide service request no. 2649742, workorder no. 1663655 and tentative resolution time as 24 hours. Nothing happened. Nobody turned back, no engineer visit, literally nothing happened.
                          When tried to call again, same stupid answer “please keep your stb switched on for 30 minutes, we are refreshing it and then it will work.”

                          Again, we managed to log complaint on 26th march, 2019 vide service request no. 2657725, workorder no. 1669065, to our surprise, again, nothing happened.

                          On 2nd april, 2019 i. E. 3 days ago, we sent an email to customer care, north nodal officer & compliance officer but again nothing happened. We just got a ticket id: 6195, workorder no.: 1677770 & service request no. 2670431

                          Again nothing happened, now we are buying new dth connections of other brands, we want our money back as we had procured the connection under freedom offer which included 365 days service connection.

                          Moreover when we had purchased the set top box and connection from independent tv under freedom offer, we were promised to deliver hd channels also, which after trai new policy for dth, they discontinued and we were told that hd pack in not a part of our subscription.

                          Please help us in getting the refund of all 3 connections.

                            I purchased the independent tv in the month of january 2019.
                            And was provided with freedom1999 plan. And used the same services for around a month

                            - in month of february i found that all the free hd channels which were promised to be free for an year were stopped.
                            I tried contacting the customer care, however it was never reachable.
                            Hence is sent an email to the customer care portal and could not see any response.

                            By the end of march i found that many channels stopped working.
                            Hence i called the customer care again at - [protected].
                            I was informed that the channel will resume in 10 to 15 days as they are upgrading there services.

                            Also, was informed that the information will also be available on the customer portal on their website.

                            On 5th of april, i contacted again and was helped to login to the webesite.
                            I felt cheated when i found that the package i have been provided is not same as i asked for.

                            Many channels like - nick, starmovies, hbo, wb, and many more has been removed.

                            I called the customer care again asking for an explanation.
                            I was amazed that the cusromer care agent tarun informed me that trai has chosen a best fit plan based on my usage.
                            I tried calling the number of the nodal officer for
                            [protected] mr dhiraj kumar, but the number is always busy.

                            This seems to be a fraudulent and disguised marketing and customer service to me. As i am the consumer and have a right to have a written information sent to me before any changes happens.

                            I request to have the same resolved.
                            I will also start sharing these concerns on my social media channels as well.

                              I had taken a connection of reliance independent Tv.The plan was "pre booking only rs 499".Booking charge at the time of installation taken 1500/ and 250 for installation charges. They promised to give 1 year hd channel in this plan.Now from feb they stoped to giving HD channel, and now all services has stoped on my connection.My connection date was[protected].more than two month still now remaining.I had tried to reach out there customer care, But never got any proper response.

                                Getting error 200 (unsubscribed channel) for all free and paid channels except from ITV home channel (this is coming properly) for my STB no [protected]
                                Could you please help in getting my channels and even the amount is getting deducted without providing the channels being displayed.
                                Its not the right approach and has to fixed immediatly and money should be deducted from the day service is provided (but not without the channel service).
                                Hence no amount should be deducted for my package. big tv should deducted from the day you provide the subscription for my spaid channels, but not before that. I have subscribed for annual 2000 package.

                                  I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 31st december 2018 and paid 1, 999 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 1 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 1, 999 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 1, 999, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999.

                                    I had booked reliance big tv dth connection for two televisions at the beginning of 2018 by paying a booking amount of rs. 998/-. It was installed in nov'18 after several requests and complaints.
                                    The connection was a freedom pack with a promise of all hd and sd channels free for one year and all fta channels for 5 years. Now from 30th jan'19, all hd channels stopped working. Now since 31st march'19, all channels except fta channels have stopped working. They have changed our pack to the basic pack. My ca id no.                                     The customer care is totally unresponsive and unhelpful. These guys are playing with customer's sentiments and helplessness. This is an absolute fraud and independent tv owner should be penalized as per the law.
                                    Independent tv company is very bad, fraud cheating company. Besharam saali 6 mahine se paisa khaake baiti hai. Badi badi baate karke logon ka paisa khaake baiti hai. Kuch sharam hai to theek karo. Nahi to paisa wapas karo.

                                      My favourites channels are not working on my tv. Ca id 042f1cf9. I was paid for all my favourite channels for 1 year in november. But now service provider stopped so many channels today. And without any concerns they are make aur basic pack. When i complain in dth service they said that happened because of the orders of trai. Service provider wants more money for my favourite channels. Please help

                                        Free channels not provided by the independent tv i. E republic bharat newes channel and service not provide as they promised, their customer care is not active, i want to refund my one year subscription money, they promised to me to free hd channels for one year but now they stop all hd channels and not attend my complains.
