Please tell me that the independent tv said that they will give us free channels for 3 years but it did not worked for 2 months also the consumer number is also not working kitni ghatiya service hai 100 baar bolne ke bavzood bhi sun nahi rahe hai
Bahut hi sharm ki baat hai ki aap apne customers ko bevakoof bana rahe hai. And
Now the they r saying that they will take money for the channels this is clearly called as cheating and i can file against it in the court. So i request independent tv to please open all the hd channels which were told me that will be free this is alll
1week see colors, 3dino se movie, music, or kuch kuch Chanel band hai, customer no nahi lagta hai, problem ka Hal kijiye, nahi to court Jana padega..pls

    I have taken an independent tv connection and it was installed on dec-14-2018 and i have to get the service for 1 year. Plan name is freedom initially everything was good. But after some time my hd channels got stop and when i called on customer care they told me that some up-gradation is going on and hd channels will start in 3 days.
    But now there are saying you have to pay extra money for hd channels.
    This is a big fraud at the time of connection they told me all channels with hd will come now after 1 month they are asking for extra money.
    I will not continue my connection with this type fraud company.
    I have paid 2500/- for tv connection in December for one year but now they stopped all hd channels, some sd channels like pogo Disney, kids also not working, even free to air channels are not working, further they also stop doordarshan channels. They are not on their promise to show one year free all channels. Shame on you

      My name is jasbir singh and my mobile number is [protected] i wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 12th november 2018 and paid 1, 999 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 3 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 1, 999 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 1, 999, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999.

        Really upset with your poor staff services as my setup box of independent tv is not working and i have filled my complaint with your Lucknow distributor of Indira Nagar sector 22 named kirti raj and he is telling that he has given our number to some Ranvijay, Area Manager regarding fixation of our cable but now nobody is responding our call .Sorry to say but pathetic experience .Hope you can take step in it and fix up our cable.
        I have purchased a Independent tv connection before two month with one year subscription. But after TRAI's new regulations Independent tv closed all hd channels, and day by day he is close many channels. This is not fair according to the packages given by Independent tv.

          Dear sir,

          I have taken an independent tv connection and it was installed on nov-23-2018 and i have to get the service for 1 year. Initially everything was good and used to get good number of channels. But from feb-25-2019 onwards problem started, we are getting "error 400 signal lost" and not even one channel coming. I raised a request to the customer care and they said we have done refresh and you will receive service with in 45 minutes whenever i called them. Initally they refused ti take complaint, and after two to three days of struggle finally they raised complaint with reference number 2618288. Till now nobody turned up. Now i am of the opinion that to throw away the independent tv connection and get a new connection either from tata sky or dish tv.

          Requesting to look into the issue and resolve at the earliest.
          In maximum channel occur error 200 resolve this today

            Lodged complaint on 26 feb. My connection showing error 400. Since then i am constantly following with your complaint cell but till now no one visited my place to attend the complaint.
            My connection was installed around 21feb. Disc was installed on roof of my tower which is 8 stories. 80 meter of wire was used which was not properly fixed at the time of installation

              Maine many times customer care helpline number pr cal kiya but 10 month ho gye abhi tak solution nhi mila hai. Refund ke liye bhi 2 month se request send kr rha hu phir bhi refund nhi hua hai.

                1 yr money already paid but now days all sony colours and zee chanals gone

                    A very disappointing service from your people. I have paid money on 19th dec 2017 and you guys promised me that installation will be done in 15-20 working days and the same is still not done after 1 month instead.

                    I have raised my request for refund 1 month before and after that i have shared my bank details multiple times with multiple people (On email, phone). Also dropped email to you nodal officers many times and they always promised that i will get the money in 7 days and that 7 days never completed in your calendar.

                    I am writing you this email hoping that director of the company has some ethics for their valuable customer service. Hope this time i will get my money back in my account asap.

                          Its been 90 days [3 months] and no action as been taken yet

                          I have called on customer support so many time and representative say wait for 7 days

                          And its been 3 month and no installation has been done and i call customer care and they were saying that "status is showing active" and no installation has been done yet.

                              It is submitted that i booked a set top box of independent tv through online and paid a sum of rs.1999 online. I was assured that delivery of set top box will be within 7 days after making payment. I made payment on 09 january 2019 but till today (26 february 2019) i did not get any set top box except late excuses every time customer care employee said to wait for maximum 2-3 days. Only they are be fooling the customer. So you are requested to get my amount refunded.

                              W.e.f. 11th Feb-2019 I am unable to access any of its channel. I made complaint to its customer care number several times, but got no response.

                              I have also written a mail to its customer care's email id and awaiting for response.

                                Mai narendra choudhary. Maine november 2018 me independent tv ka connection liya tab maine 2500/- payment kiya for 12 months all & hd channels free. Par february 2019 se mere sare hd channels independent tv ne band kar diya hai. Customer care se baat karne pe unhone kaha abhi upgrade ho raha hai 8 din me apka channels aane lagega. Abhi 8 din baad jb customer care se bat karta hu to bolte hain ki apko hd channels ke liye new recharge karana hoga. Aage hum kuch nahi kar sakte

                                  I have got message from dth sides 26th december 2018 that your installation completion in 24hour but not yet.

                                    I have made online payment of rs. 1999 for new connection from independent tv on 03.01.2019 with customer id is[protected]. My booking id is r[protected]. I was assured in written message from the company that i will get installation within 10-15 working days but there was no response at all after expiring 20 days. I finally spoke to customer care executive then he assured me that i will get installed my cable within 48 hours. After passing 48 hours, i again called and i was asked again to wait till 30th jan, for more 7 days but no response was there t the end of the company.

                                    As the company has failed to provide its assured service in assured time,
                                    I sent a mail for refund on 24 january 2019 but got no response till date. I need my money back. I have sent reminders thereafter many times but i didnt get any money back n no response. Please help. Company is extorting my money. I need my money back asap.

                                      Mere pass reliance big tv ka connection hai, jisse mujhe koi dikket nahi hai. Aapne naya naam independent tv ker liya, aur aap new setup box lagane ke charge le rahe hai. Jab ki this is ur duty to change setup box. Hum already reliance big tv ke set up box ka charge pay ker chucke hai. Aapne new customer nahi banaye hai. Aapne koi new company nahi laye hai name change kerne ke paise hum kyun pay karen. Ye customer per dependent kerta hai ki vo new connection le ya nahi. Isliye mera aapse complain hai ki aap set up box change kerne ka charge wave off karen.
                                      When I book independent tv when according to agreement 1 year all channel including All HD channel are free but after 2 feb 2019 all hd channel and colours channel not Coming.acording to trai guidelines not any telecom or other company couldn't change in agreement.so clear this issue asap

                                        I have got the connection on 2018 customer id [protected], but from 2nd february they are switching off many channels and all hd channels. As per there terms they are supposed to give all channels for 1year. Several times i tried to contact through there customer care but no answer and also mailed but no reply so far. As per trai rules service provider has to provide till the date as per agreement.
                                        What to do when no response from there side.
