Got independent tv connection in oct 2018 with independent pack having hd channels. Now trai rule has come. However they promised me that all channels will be given without an extra cost for a year even after new trai rule. But now they started removing channels one by one. All hd channels are removed. When i call customer care they talk about new trai rule. Totally cheating customers. Never trust these bangaladeshi d2h operators.
Reliance has cheated us by marketing with reliance name.
Also there service is very pathetic and not practical.

    Got independent tv connection after nearly 8 months from the date of booking. A month after getting connection new trai rule has come. However they promised me that all channels will be given without an extra cost for a year even after new trai rule. But now they started removing channels one by one. All hd channal removed. When i call customer care they talk about new trai rule. Totally cheating customers. Never trust these #. Advance paymnt lkr fraud, cheatee
    Same happening with me. Even there service is very pathetic. Don't go for this Bangaladeshi D2H operator. Reliance are cheating us.

      That, On 19/02/2019, I had registered a complaint (COMPLAINT NUMBER[protected] regarding receive ERROR-400 SIGNAL LOST at the customer care department of said company and the existing officer assured me my complaint will resolve within 24 hours.
      But, I regret to inform you that, Yet, My complaint is not attend by the concerned side and it shows that said company is not follow your own rules.

        I booked PreBooking of independent TV in Mar 2018 (Booking I'd[protected] in rupees 499/but installation not done yet only date extended by Independent every time.
        I am chasing since long time for refund but independent TV not refunding my amount 499/, I send multiple reminder for refund but no revert from Independent TV,
        I want refund ASAP. Pl support to resolve my issue ASAP.
        Before installation service is not good thn after installation how it will better, I am totally fed up from Independent TV.
        Zero service, Zero Customer care service, Zero response to the Customer
        I have faceing problem due independent TV not working and i have surval complain but not any response by CC and his operator last 02 week please help us .

          It is deeply regreted to inform you that despite several efforts with independent DTH customer care, my below request is still unresolved since 13th Feb. 2019 onwards.

          I have been contacted to customer care team and according to then issue will be resolved with 24-48 Hours which is totally false commitment . I have

          kindly attend the ticket or refund my entire money(if you fail to resolve).

            Bought and installed Freedom 1999 pack in December 2018 by Independent TV customer ID - [protected]
            Company Changed Freedom 1999 pack themselves without asking me.
            Their customer care is pathetic as when contacted they just cry for TRAi rule.
            All HD channels removed without any notice. No Notification from their side regarding change of plans by them.
            They just change the channels tobe aired by their own whims and fancies.
            Worst Lagging issue, channel issue, worst quality and info. System.

            Tell it to change it and to start all hd and free to air channels as they are subscribed by the consumer .

            I have bought set top box worth rs 2800/- When i have bought the dealer tells me about many more normal channel and hd channels for 1 year in this package. But now no any hd channel display and many more channels like ndtv and some gujarati channels etc.some channels are not also clear visible like masti channel.its reddicules and i want refund.

              I have applied for new connection having freedom pack rs 1999 on 17th dec 2018 but till now no installation takes place. Whenever i try to connect customer care every time they inform to wait for one week and within one week installation will take place. Everytime they give different excuse i also request for refund but no refund till now so now i want installation or refund... On mail complaints also they are not at all responds... I got the info from market that they are only prioritising the connections which are booked by their agents in black.
              Corruption... Open corruption by independent tv.

                I have ordered independent tv connection 3 months back and made online payment for the same. After one month of chasing them for installation they showed their inconvenience to provide the installation and conveyed that refund will be initiated in 5-7 working days.
                It has been more than 2 months but they have not provided the refund neither there is any communication for them regarding this.
                When i call to connect then neither there toll-free number works (Invalid number) not there is any response from them on the mail they have provided on their site. And now even the mail is not delivered.

                So there is no means to connect and it is very irresponsible of such a big brand acting as a fraudulent.

                  I am Independent TV customer & i have subscribed for one year plan of 2000 rs and installing charges of 200.My customer serial number was S/N:[protected] in the name Nagesh.p.
                  As per the year plan there was 12 HD channels were promised for 1year from Independent tv & manjunatha Enterprises, shimoga, but suddenly without informing all HD channels and some of other kannada channels were disconnected.Now no response from customer care.Plz Take action again this company.

                    I have purchased a set up box of indipendente tv on 14/10/2018 but not installed yet customer care not respond properly they only fools every time every time when i call to customer care they said installation will be done in 1 week sir but its not happen yet. I want to back my money Rs. 1999/-. I am also requsted to cancel to my installation and refund to my money but they not respond this was very irritating for me pleas help me.

                      Its been now almost 2 months, the same has not been installed yet. On enquiring with customer care i am not getting any status update for the same as well.

                        I installed Independent TV . I am now Unable to view HD channels as per commitment. I tried to talk to customer care but in vain. Then I emailed my complaint on 7th Feb.but I did not received any communication from Independent TV uptill now. Dth operator is not responding to my issue.
                        Please ask the independent TV to address my issue so that I could view HD channel.

                          Independent tv, formerly reliance big tv is not showing ndtv channels from 1st february 2019. I called many times to their customer care number [protected] to know the reason/s but didn't get any satisfactory answer. They told 'we are doing software upgradation', another time told 'go to our website and use a-la-carte to add ndtv channels'... Bla bla bla...

                          Independent tv, you are not doing the right thing. Kindly do the needful to maintain your unbiased image.

It was installed on 03 nov 2018 with a cash payment of rs1750 after several request and complaints. This connection was with a promise of all hd and sd channels free for one year and all fta channels for 5 years. Now from 2nd feb 2019 all hd channels stopped working. Cust care informed that now we have to pay for hd channels as per trai regulations. Whereas as per our information trai has confirmed that all long terms plan will continue till their validity.

                            I am purchasing independent TV setup box my setup box activate early package and add these all HD channel but 7 February remove all HD channel my package please action independent TV and active my package all HD

                              Independent tv committed that hd channel will work i had bought independent tv box and pack in 2500rs for 1 year include 12-13 hd channel but they stop working after feb 6 then i connect with customer care and agent they have nothing to say and just saying that wait for till 10 march and hd channel will not work after trai rules but they committed so thats not fair
                              So they should have to. Refund the money or activate hd channel

                                  My self savita nayak i am a big tv customer from 2008 my id number[protected] that some day it is work and give ofer from company 2499 for 2 yr free after 1 month my reciever is hang many time complain to company he is not responce or change my reciever i am help less and irritating my contact num [protected]
                                  I have registered my complaint on 28th January and they said their Engg. will visit your site. Now, 9 days have passed and no one visit. Some channels are freezing and signal quality is below than 50.

                                    We have a new set of box, its name is independent but it gets new smoothly and we were told about the reliance independent coster care that the set-top-box vendors were told that you will have all the channels hd and and five years free for the year, but the new trai since the rule came into force, the company closed all the hd channels after january 31and the customer care was not answered properly after the phone was put on them and all the trials were recorded. This means that trai believes that the trai has created customers and m against the customer, and that the company does not know how many people have misbehaved with the name of the company of the independent company, but they have got justice for them.

                                      I have paid for the new connection on 08.12.2018 online but the connection isnt established yet when ever i call to call centre the says tomorrow that tomorrow isn't coming and i have mailed for the refund to but no reply from their side too being harassment for me by such a big fraud company i was told that it will be installed within 15 working days how many more days you require i[censored] can't supply please refund the money

                                        I Santosh Kumar Pradhan I have booked independent TV rupees 2000 on 21/12/2018. But I have no Dth connection service till date. I have many times talk to customer service, but I have always listen waiting 7 days or 1 week. I have trying to talk to senior customer service, but that's not possible.
