I had booked reliance big tv dth connection on 1st march 2018 by paying rs 500. It was installed on 16 dec 2018 with a cash payment of rs1750 after several request and complaints. This connection was with a promise of all hd and sd channels free for one year and all fta channels for 5 years. Now from 2nd feb 2019 all hd channels stopped working. Cust care informed that now we have to pay for hd channels as per trai regulations. Whereas as per our information trai has confirmed that all long terms plan will continue till their validity. My customer id is [protected]. Please help me to start my hd channels on my independent tv dth without any more payment

    I had made the payment of rs. 499/- as per-booking charges on march 1st, 2018 for reliance dth service from reliance big tv ltd (Name has recently been rebranded to independent tv). Initially i got a booking id "0" the installation was to be done with 30-45 days later may 2nd 2018, i got a booking id 17507776 and the service should have been started by the mid of september 2018. However, no installation has been done till date and neither there is any proper response from the customer care. Every time i have called at the customer care i have got the same response which is "installation will be done within a week". However, 7 months have passed from the payment yet no installation is done as on date i. E. 10/02/2019. I also got an information from the customer care that my set top box was delivered to a service provider. Then dec 25th 2018 installation guy told me that i need to pay 1750rs for the installation then i paid the same via google-pay. Then i stated to receive many customer ids, happy viewing, welcome to independent tv sms's etc without any real installation. Next day i called him for installation but he was disconnecting my calls.. This continued.. Then i asked refund, he told to wait for a month, then after a month called him back in feb 1st 2019, he was disconnecting my calls as usual. This is mere harassment of customer.

    I want a full refund of per-booking charges 499rs +1750rs; total 2249 and would also like to claim charges for non-fulfillment of promises, peace violation, wastage of my precious valuable time.

    I have buy independent tv with 1 year subscription all channels included HD channels in rs.2500 but 6feb2019 all HD channel is showing error-200 unsubscribed
    channel before 1feb19 12 HD channels is showing perfectly but after 6feb19 all Hd channels closed by independent tv.

    Sir, I, mbook independent TV dt .22 Dec.2018 and pd Rs.1999, booking id R[protected] and work order no .is993104 customer id is [protected] but setupbox is not install till date please clearfy.
    I have booked the independent tv on 19/3/18 My customer ID is [protected] since last 10 month they are giving date only didn't installed the DTH so I want my money refunded as early as possible

      I have got the connection on 22nd december 2018 customer id [protected], but from 2nd february they are switching off many channels and all hd channels. As per there terms they are supposed to give all channels for 1year. Several times i tried to contact through there customer care but no answer and also mailed but no reply so far. As per trai rules service provider has to provide till the date as per agreement.
      What to do when no response from there side.

      There is no Customer Care. they do not answer to the mail neither the call center is active [protected]. No response from the above number.
      Kindly solve issues channel no 204 to 211

        From last 1 hour in my connection isn't working on every channel everything is error 200 channel not subscribed i tried calling their customer care, nodel&zonal officer but nothing works in that case who should i talk to or go to for the service of my connection i think the company has no service network so help me to resolve my problem and get my connection online and get me what i paid for in freedom 1999 plan
        I book the plan of freedom 1999
        That time they told i can watch all hd channels free for 1 year but they removed all hd channels without prior notice or informing myself
        And today they cut all sd channels too
        I think i bought pack for 1 year and now this happened
        So please look into the issue and help me and other customers like myself

          I had booked a connection from reliance digital tv / independent tv on mar 5, 2018. It has been 11 months now and connection is still awaited. Every time i talk to their customer support team, i get below mentioned response:

          1. We will close the same in next 10 days.
          2. If you have any issue, please write a mail to our email id (There is no response on mail).
          3. Our seniors are not available, please call after some time.

          I made a mistake in choosing this organization. Recommendation for new users is to avoid their services.

            Ambarish parekh residing at rajkot, gujarat. I have replaced independant tv tata sky d2h and opt for freedom pack. During the same you have provided good channel list but suddenly you have removed some sd channels and all hd channels. This is really disgusting.

            There is not a single mistake from our side but you have played different term. We dont know whether trai is doing and it was your commitment to us to have full list of channels. At present we do not have single hd channel available with us. Also there is no tall free number [protected] replaying and no any mail id for correspondence. I think independent tv making full to customer. There is no future or vision to this company.
            Help us to get suppoert.

              I request you to either you start hd channels on your own expense or end our services and return our money.

              This is against the consumer and really frustrating.

                Hi

                My name is saleem pasha and i had purchased independent tv in the month of october 2018 amd they had informed me that it will be free for next 1 year with hd channels.

                However hd channels have barred from my subscription and i am not able to view those channels, when i called the customer care representative instead of solving the issue he behaved rude with me and disconnected my call

                Later i again called and the other agent informed to to restart it and see.

                I have tried more than 5 times and it is same error

                I request you to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  I am an unfortunate customer of independent tv since 29th jan 2019, who is, despite paying full, is denies to get services from last 9 days.
                  From 29th jan 2019, i am facing total "error 400" on my tv. I complained this on the customer care so many time, but the replies were totally disappointing. Their customer care replied different statement every time different
                  Everybody told "problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours..

                    Independent tv sold us their connection just a week ago trai policy implementation intentionally misleading me by promising channels they wont be giving after trai policy.
                    If they would have informed me about their available channels after trai, i wouldn't have switched my existing tv channel provider.
                    They gave us lucrative offers of free hd channel, 300 + channel claims just a week before trai policy knowingly. So i consider this as false advertising of the service they are providing and also fraud towards consumers,
                    I request refund of my entire amount of inr 2500 due to their involvement in the fraudulent activities. Wont recommend them to anyone.

                        It has been from past 2 weeks I regularly call at Independent TV customer care services. Either they cut the call or the network gets busy! Payment for a year has been given for its respective connection and none of the channels can’t be watched!
                        It’s a humble request to pls take a look on this issue and proceed to this complaint as soon as possible.

                              I ordered for independent tv on 26.12..2018 and paid the amount in full (1999/-). I got the message, the connection will be installed within 15 working days but till date it has not been installed. I called several times to customer care on [protected] and when i ask about the installation so he says every time wait till 7 days but their 7 days will not finished and when i ask to cancell and refund back whole money so he says that send email to cancel this connection and i need refund back this money and this mail i have send on 15.01.2019 but still till date there is not received any confirmation and still not done the installation and so request you to please take action against the company of independent tv

                                I am having network issue since 02.02.2019 and continuously calling on customer care and every time they said that it will be done in 24 hours and a technician will visit to my place. But no one called or reached at my place yet. When i asked them to transfer my call to supervisor or higher department, they said that to don't have such thing in system. I have been charged for these days also and my family is not able to see tv from past 4-5 days. Is there any way that i can get it resolved.. Or can i raise this to consumer court.

                                  Sir,

                                  On 25.01.2019 i made a complaint to you, as under, and you were kind enough to reply me immediately saying that you have forwarded the complaint to trai and i will receive a reply from them. However, have not yet received any communication from them.

                                  I would therefore request you to kindly take up the matter with independent tv and direct them to refund the amount paid by me at the earliest.

                                  I have made an online request to independence tv for a dth connection on 20.12.2018 by paying rs.1, 999/-. It was informed that the connection will be given in 10-15 days. They have given me the work order number (968314) and customer id.

                                  Since the connection was not given as promised, i requested them to cancel my application and refund me the amount paid. I have been contacting their customer care regularly but not getting any proper reply. I sent several emails but no reply is received.

                                  I would therefore request you to kindly help me in getting my money back.
