I want to say that i am not able to see tv channel. I have already complain to customer care on 13/01/2019... My complaint number is 468952. They told me that a technician will visit within 48 hours... But today is 21/01/2019 date. No one come to solve my problem... I call many times to customer care... But they are not providing me right information... Now what i do... Where i go... So that my problem solve succesfully... Now i am helpless... So i am sharing my problem with you... So that you could solve my problem... You are last hope of my problem...

    To bring to your kind attention, we have booked a new reliance big tv/ independent tv dth connection from online website. We have made the payment through debit card, and it has been cleared by our bank. Unfortunately, to our utmost dissatisfaction, they have delayed and not delivery of product to my home. I immediately called up company helpline to register to complain, but they told to wait for few days, so i waited and called again and then told to wait for few days, so i waited for 6 months and there was no response of installation, then i requested to refund the amount back, so they told that ' amount will be refunded back within 48 hrs', again i called them after 48 hrs and the same story repeated, i waited for 10 day no response.

        In continuation of my previous complaints on 15th dec 18, 9 jan and 15 jan 19

        Today i received one msg that your request complaint no closed. No body come and check the problem and without resolve the issue they closed the complaint them self only. What a pathetic service. To whom we can trust who will resolve the problem and who will feel the customer pain.

        I registered same complaint on this consumer form 4 time but i think no body can help to resolve customer problems

        I am surprised how they can closed the compaint without resolving the issue

        I request to concern person of this consumer form please intervene and get some solution

        Today almost one month completed for installation and same complaint but no worry bothered the customer pain. I contacted your customer care so many time but always i got the reply of 24-48 hours and not one month completed for registering the complaint.

        Your team and your company is so cheaper and third class services and i say no services. They didn't bothered the customer.

        Now i dont want your service so please take away your setup box...

          This is my second mail to the company but still no one bother to reply us. If this is the first impression of the company than i think we should stop choosing such company.

          Now, i don't want the service of such company who has nt full filled their promise.

          Kindly guide us with the cancellation process and refund my money with one month interest.

            I have ordered for independent tv 1999 pack on 18/10/18, today it's 18/01/19 till now it's not installed. I want my amount refund but till now there is no response from customer service. If i call them they only say that"in 7 days you will get installation". They are telling say dialogue since 4 months. I want my amount refund please do something to my money back.

              My father (Girlish kumar gupta) booked independent t. V on 24th of dec 2018 and paid rs1999 for the same from mobile number [protected] and they sent us a message that it would be installed around 11th of january 2019 but there is no message or installation after that. It has been 17th january 2019. Either return our money back or install as soon as possible.
              Booked Independent TV connection and paid Rs.1999 on 17 Nov. 2018, but installation is not done yet. It's worst service I have seen so far. Now, either install the connection or refund money.

                Respected Sir/Ma'am, This is to bring into your notice that I Tanuj Soni had made an online payment of Rs.1999 at "independenttv.in" for freedom pack under Boooking ID R[protected] on 25-11-18. Till date, even after several complaints the installation has not been done, due to such a poor service the product is no more required to me and i need refund of my payment . For which i contacted the customer care and the telecaller told me to drop a mail for refund and that i will get a revert asking my bank details within 24hrs and the refund would be processed in 48hrs, i did the same and dropped a mail on 11-1-19, still have not rcvd any revert and the telecallers are telling me to wait . which i am not willing to do now, so kindly help me to get my refund to the earliest and would urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against such a pathetic service providers .                   This subject to matter of online order set of box on not provided after long time. I book this order date - 27.11.2018 after very long time no tracking system no any get this responsibility to customer care & poor co-ordination so i paid rs.1999/- so please refund me urgent...                     Booked independent tv dth on 14 november, 2018. They promissed it will be installed in 10-15 days. I also got messages for the same. I paid 1999 for freedom pack. Booking id [protected]
                    Now they are not responding to multiple requests for installation. Neither they are refunding my money.
                    Please refund 1999 rupees. I don't want installation now as i want to install other dth.

                    Reliance doing cheating with us know i think to register a case against reliance digital tv in consumer court and a legal notice to reliance if they not installed the product within 31.01.19

                      I consumer id is.[protected]. I had booked this independent tv on 03.01.19 with an online payment of 1999/-rs, and company told me that they will install it with in 15 days. Days are completed they are still saying that it will take more 15 days or more to complete your installation. Kindly ask them to return my money and cancel my product.

Now 25 days are completed they are still saying that it will take more 15 days or more to complete your installation. Also email them twice, but didn't get any reply back.                                 I have registered for a new set top box by pre booking vide booking id no.14558241 on 26 august 2018 with an advance of rs 500/- at the time of booking they have promised that the set top box will be installed within 30to 45days. I have contacted the customer care several times through email but there is no response from them. Also i have contacted the customer care many times through phone. When i contacted the customer care every time they are saying the product will be installed within one week.
                                I request that necessary steps may be taken to solve the problem in a due course.

                                  Already Registered my concern to you from last 1.5 month but you people are useless and not capable to handle the customer. My register mobile no is 9555869399. Also your executive called me so many time for engineer visit but they only made the call and make your data on paper only but no body visit home to resolve the problem
