Very bad company & service all times his customer care associates ask me sir, please give me 24hrs. We will resolve your problem.

    And was told installation will be done in 45 days.
    And its been more than 8 month

    I am continuously calling to customer care they give us assurance problem will resolve within 24 hour from 01 may 18 to till date 24 hours is not completed

      I booked independent tv dth on 11 december, 2018. They promised it will be installed in 7-10 days. I also got messages for the same. I paid 1999 for freedom pack. Booking id [protected]
      Now they are not responding to multiple requests for installation. Neither they are refunding my money.
      Please refund 1999 rupees. I don't want installation now as i want to install other dth.

        My first compliant was registered on 6th of March 2018 regarding no reception at all.
        Since may 2018, my set top box is not working, EVEN AFTER AMPLE OF COMPLAINTS .Even i have mentioned this in my previous mail regarding this issue .

        This is to inform you that i have taken a subscription package of 2 years from Independent tv .

        Even after several complaints I have not received any proper resolution for the same. Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Also would want to mention that the customer care service agents are not giving any appropriate response for the complaint being lodged. Every time I called I was informed that a concerned person will visit my place to check the technical issue happening repeatedly and no one turned up.

        I want Independent TV to refund the subscription amount of Rs.2, 500/- that i have paid.

          I paid 1999.00 for independent tv installation charges on 19.12.2018 and till date your custmer care executive says wait next 7 days whenever i call always say next 7 days this is for routine talking for them.
          Agar apke pass installation ke liye man power nahi hai to book hi kyo karte ho

            I m booking for new connection on 23/11/2018. I paid rs. 1999 by online mode. Booking information atteched in photo file... They promised me available the connection within 10 to 15 days.. But they are not provide the connection till present day.. & not refund my money.. When i am calling to company coustmer care... They are harrasing me.. Pls i want my money back and valid comparsation for my harasment.. Thank you...

              I consumer id is.[protected].i had booked this independent tv on 26.12.18 with an online payment of 1999/-rs, and company told me that they will install it with in 15 days. Now 40 days are completed they are still saying that it will take more 15 days or more to complete your installation.Kindly ask them to return my money and cancel my product.

                We have not received our set top box delivery and installation. The customer care service of independent tv is so pathetic, irresponsible and irresponsive...

                I mailed several time but nobody responded.
                I want to cancel this pre-booking and refund my money back. I called them many times in their toll free no. And every time they say that my booking is not visible in their system through my mail and mobile no. They sent their company my details and within a week it will be resolved but their week never came.

                  I have booked for freedom pack rs. 1999 from website "http://www.independenttv.in" on 09.12.2018 and paid online rs 1999/-.
                  After regular followup with customer care, still i have not received connection.
                  Initially they said that installation will be done within 10-15 days, after that they said saturday and sunday is not counted in this. Now different customer care are telling different things and saying wait for 24-72 hours and i am escalating your matter to higher official. But they are not giving firm commitment regarding installation.
                  When i asked to cancel my order, some are saying it cannot be cancelled and you have to wait and some are saying send mail, but they are not replying the mail also.
                  So the independent tv service is very bad.

                    Reliance big tv/dth / now independent tv, installed dth in my home at 4.30 pm on 03.01.2019. Installation team told that it will be activated within 3-4 hours.
                    But it is not activated till now ie 3.15 pm of 04.01.2019. I called customer care many time but still they could not resolve my problem

                        I have booked the dth connection on march 1, 2018 with reliance big tv. But later rbtv was renamed to independent tv. After almost 1 year installation was done. I paid the entire amount to technician who came for installation on jan 1, 2019.
                        But even after loads of follow up the connection is not activated. The box s/n : [protected]. Customer id:[protected] mob no:[protected].
                        The dealer neeraj does not pick the call now.

                          Sir, i booked your independent tv online on 3 november 2018 by registered mobile no.[protected] but till date no installation has been done by your company. Your customer care company members only repeatedly giving time saying that it will be installed in 48 hrs but till know no installation has been done. Your independent tv distributor not picking up my phone as he know me personally also but dont know what he has problem with me i think so he deliberately delaying the installation. I kindly request you to take strict action against your distributor and against my this complaint other i am going to take legal action against your company.

                            I had raised a complaint with customer care of independent TV on 24 Dec2018.They told that technician visit is required and the problem will be resolved with in 24 hours. But issue is not resolved till date. Every day I am calling to customer care. They are disconnecting my call after listening to my conversion. Atleast they are not connecting the call to his supervisor. Every time they are telling that Technician will visit within next 24 hours, They are even not responding to my email.

                              I paid money 2 months back and till not get any installation. Called 10+ times to customer care, but they are saying one thing only to wait for few day. Every time they same - endless. Even for refund, they asked to send mail, i sent 5+ emails but no one is giving refund.
                              Every time i call on customer care, they act like robot and say wait for 5 days, even after 2+ months, they say same. Legal action should be taken against this company for mental harassment to customer and not giving any response after taking money.

                              I am using independent tv as my dth provider since last 3 days I am not able to watch any channel and error message prompt 400. I tried calling their number but It's not reachable.kindly help me out.

                                I had raised a complaint before a week.. They told that technician visit is required and the problem will be resolved with in 24 hours. But after a week also issue not resolving. Every day i am calling to customer care. They are disconnecting my call after listening to my conversion. Atleast they are not connecting the call to his supervisor. Every time they are telling that guys are busy, i will get call back after one hour from there supervisors. But i did nt get any call from them..

                                  Still i didn't received connection. When ever i called on customer care they informed me to wait for still 20 to 24 hr working days.
                                  On website they mentioned that new connection will take 10 to 15 working days.
                                  But i still not received and i am very frustrated with this service.
                                  And when i sent a mail for refund then still same answer getting from customer care wait for 24 to 48 hrs our representative will revert your mail.

                                  Kindly check and revert outher wise i will registered fir.
                                  I have booked Independent TV on 22th November 2018. Got a message on same day saying installation will be done in 10-15 days. Raising this complaint on 05 th December 2018. Still didn't receive the product. Customer care sucks, they keep saying ...

                                    Got independent TV connection after nearly 8 months from the date of booking. A month after getting connection new TRAI rule has come. However they promised me that all channels will be given without an extra cost for a year even after new trai rule. But now they started removing channels one by one. HD channels reduced from 18 to 8 now. Colors Kannada channel also has been removed. When I call CUSTOMER CARE they talk about new trai rule. Totally cheating customers. Never trust these ###.
