I have booked independenttv on 11/12/2018 qnd till time its not installed and when spoke to custgomer care number they told me tht within 15 days it would be installed. Now the number is not reachable.

I am fed up with the kind of service given by independenttv and now i want my money refund as i have to go for another service provider which is far better compare to this company

    This is with reference to the work order No. 712811, customer id [protected], I have requested for installation of a new connection and paid it online on 16-NOV-2018. After that I have called many times on the customer care, every times they advised me to wait for another 72 hours or 24 hours. It will be done. It’s been more than one and half month, I still need at-least a response from IndepandantTV. I don’t know why there is a long delay and the person sitting over the customer care representative chair doesn’t have the professional way to handle the request. I don't have the response ove the email also. helpless to see what is needed now

      I ordered independent tv on dated 03/12/2018 they updated it will be installed with in 10 days but till date its not installed, after 10 days every alternate day called to customer care they updated same thing every time, box is dispatched from our end it will be installed 24-48 hours. I dropped mail to customer care on 16/12/2018 have not got any reply yet. I keep sending reminder mails for update or refund my paid amount every alternate day, have not got any update yet.

        I recently installed new independent tv connection from installation day about 90% channels are seen in cinemascope while 10% are seen in full screen when advertise start screen is too short i try my level best to solve this problem but in vain in our city tecnitions are not available for reliance big tv to solve the problem solve my new connection problem as early as possible

          I have booked for 2 dth connections online by paying 998/- rupees on 1st march 2018 with reliance big tv, they promised for installation within 30 to 45 days. But it has been already 10 months still installation is not happening.in mean time the name of the company changed from rbigtv to independent tv, now this new company owned by same old owners says my details are missing in their system & from past 10 months they are passing time saying today & tomorrow. I have all the details like booking i. D[protected] and credit card transaction reference number. The same details are shared with company through mail & call many times, but of no use

I'm calling several times to customer care they only told me wait for 7-10.I made purchase this product 8 Nov 18 but I'm not received my set of box till date So please help me out other wise I'm going to file complaint against this company.

Daily customer executive says tomorrow your tv install but noone came to install. & never tell about dealer or technicians name or number. There is no other number where i do complaint i dont know what i do please do me a favor. Please install this dth as soon as possible.

                I am Shafeeque booked independent tv connection on march 2018, they promised 45 to 60 days for the connection. Till now I am waiting, when I contact with the customer care, they always say will be completed within a week. And now they are telling that it is not coming with south pack and if you want to cancell the booking you can!!!

                I am totally disappointed with this company and requested for refund.

                Its a clear cheat from a reputed company like reliance.

                Is there any scope for a compensation for this cheating?

                I totally disappointed for taking independent TV so never buy this d2h. When I was taking than it's totally free but in between it's change and all HD channels were block without giving any consent.
                It's totally cheated us so don't buy. I also further complaint in consumer Court.

                    I am an unfortunate customer of independent tv since 10th dec, who is, despite paying full, is denies to get services from last 6 days.
                    From 10th dec, i am facing total "signal lost" on my tv. I complained this on the customer care so many time, but the replies were totally disappointing. Their customer care replied different statement every timedifferent

                    Every body told "problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours. No need to take any service request no."
                    * i didn't receive any call. No one came to resolve the issue.

                    Also told that please talk to your distributor. I called them also so many time but nobody pickedup the phone. Now am fed up and can't underestand where i can get the solution

                      I have applied for independant tv connection on dated 21/11/18 and paid online 1999/-, and i was assured to get a connection with in a week, but i did not get even a phone call from your end. Your custmer support is very disappointing, and i m not able to connect to your senier superwiser, nd your custmer staff even disconnect call in mid call. My issue is that.. You have got payment online.. So you think you dont have any responsiblity, i have connected your dealer, but he have told me that he does not belongs to independant installtion service, but still his name is showing in your side, even after telling all this no action have taken so far

                          I have booked new dth connection from independent tv vide work order no.752004 on dt.21.11.2018 with customer id [protected] and paid online rs.1999/- as advised by e-caller executive, after 15 days over still connection not installed even no one is respond on my emails, independent tv made falls commitment to consumers and harassed unnecessarily to them. I have requested to refund back my money and as a consumer i appeal from judiciary system that take action against the said company who made false committment to consumer.

                          If they are not able to give the connection then why they enjoy the money of consumer and harrassed to them.

                          Now i requested to kindly help me to refund of my money.

                            I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 29th october 2018 and paid 1, 999 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 1 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 1, 999 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 1, 999, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999.

                              New connection were installed on 25/11/18 by mr. Anwar sent through sai krupa elect. Goregaon east, took cash of rs.2230/ though i paid ₹499/ for booking on 23/03/2018. Now not able to view any chennai's n no one is conming to check it, since i asked for refund of excess money piad, no one is lifting the phone. Pl refund my full amount and collect your stuff immediately.

                                I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 1999rs bacause when i prebooked 50 days i got message that the installation will be done within 50 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking.                                   20th Nov- "problem has been forwarded to the distributor Mr. Devendra Dedeja. Contact details not provided."

                                  Obviously they are playing with the customer.

                                  Even after many requests, I have not been provided any details regarding my subscription on email. Even I don't have the payment receipts. I wonder what kind of subscribtion it is!!! Is it FAKE?? AM I BEING FOOLED??.

                                  I don't know whether they are a real company or a fraud. Is there someone in the company who is really caring about customer?

                                    Hi i an sudhir pandey my address is industrial area tajopur mau uttar pradesh i have booked independent tv freedom pack 1999 on 10 nov 18 by prepaid payment i am worried to say still my installation not done today 29 nov 18 i keep on calling customer care they always say "it will take 2 more days", on 27 nov i asked for local distributor number by whom installation will done, then i called him he said it takes 30 to 45 days for installation and that is as per company norms by independent tv to him, i am surprised that how come there is so much variation in commitment for installation between company and distributor, because independent tv committs to install dth in maximum 10to 15 days hwnce you are requested to kindly look into the matter and get my installation done asap.

                                      I called customer service of indepdent tv to know my complain status, but a customer service representative named SANDEEP said me to stay on hold but after few second he cut the call .
                                      I have been facing this problem for last two days, most of the customer service representative of indepdent tv doing the same.
                                      So please take appropriate action and help me on this matter.

                                      None of the channels are working from past 7 days. No hopes that Independent Tv will work again. Its better to take a connection from a local cable provider, so that we can go talk to them face to face if any such issues exist.
                                      None of the Customer care number is working as well. If customer care number works as well, they just tell us to wait for 24-48 hours. I had never faced such issues with our old local cable operator. This is the worst experience of my life with. Feeling that Independent TV has cheated millions of customers like me by providing connection and taking money in advance.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I had booked independent tv d2h in the name of my brother i on 17/10/18 via ID-R70004771. Registered mobile number is **********. On 26/11/18 we received a call from the dealer of independent tv in our area in Odisha regarding installation of Independent TV. His mobile number is ********. He was asking for Rs.350 as installation. When I countered him and said Rs.250/- is the installation charges, then why 350? He told, it is dealers commission and anyhow we have to pay it. We told him that we will report this matter to the concerned official, his response was whomever you like, you can complain. His tone & way of talking was very bad.
                                        Here I want to mention that Independent tv d2h has not been installed in my home yet now. Today on 28/11/18 I received 03 nos. of sms which is as follows.
                                        1)Dear Customer, Welcome to the Independent TV family, Your Customer ID is[protected], and your offer activated is Freedom 1999 .Happy Viewing.
                                        2)Dear Customer, your service request number is 990811, and tentative resolution time is 24 Hrs .Independent TV.
                                        3)Dear Customer, Your service request number 642267, has been closed, pls call [protected] for further queries.Independent TV.
                                        I am afraid that the dealer has done a mischief as I refused to pay Rs.350/ for installation.

                                        Independent tv customer care is not taking action either for refund of Rs.2000/ or for installation.
