I have prebooked in march 2018 for independent tv, and got call recently and got installed on 1-oct-2018 by paying installation charges. I was so delighted to view more channels. But it dint last for long time. From past 3 days, i am not able to see any channels. Rather i am getting the error-400 signal lost message. And it had customer care number as[protected], where i called them multiple times last 2 days, and the answer from their executives is, just that, they say, they refreshed, please check after 30 mins. And i did multiple times, waited, but the same error message was popping. I switched off/on, nothing worked. Today, when i called the same customer care number, i got as invalid and was not connecting at all. Such a pathetic customer care, and i am struggling a lot due to this. Infact, i was asking them last day, that, to send a technician to check, but no response at all, and just their reply was, try after 30 mins. I kept on tried multiple calls, but of no use at all. I trusted on reliance company, and regret a lot now for my wrong choice.
I have booked independent TV on May 8th 2018 but till now they are only assuring me that the matter is forwarded to their installation team and it will be installed with in 7 days, but the 7 days aren't ending.
