Connection not working since 04 nov 2018. Complaint no. 325594 dt 04 nov 18 raised. On 7th nov 2018 on my enquiry, call centre person informed it shall be attended by 8-9 nov. I first complained on 24 oct 18, records of which they dont have. Till date no one came. Today when i enquired they are telling me it will be attended in one week. Same one week timeline was told to me on 4 novv. Its serious. Arrange fault rectifi ation at the earliest....
