I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 1999rs bacause when i prebooked 15 days i got message that the installation will be done within 15 days, immeadiately asked for cancellation, but even after several follow up i did not get any response from the customer service. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for independent tv. Please..

    I am applying for dth and also paid rs.499 for booking on 3rd March, 2018, but i am not gating any information from the company. When I booked my Dth, this company is known as Reliance Big tv. I am also trying to contact customer services many times but they will say that, your Dth is instollation will be done by next week but nothing will happened yet. Now the customer care numbers are not contact table. My booking id is[protected], receipt cum invoice number is - dl[protected] and transaction reference number is - lcmp[protected]. Kindly look into the matter bucouse this company is chetted many customers.

      I've booked my dth on 09 nov 18. Booking id r[protected], work order no. 690637, customer id [protected], service request no. 806808. I received confirmation message after giving complaint. Initially they keep on trying me that my connection will be done with in 10-15 days. After this period they gave me the no of dealer lm enterprises, who denied to do it. When i have complaint again they told me that it will be done in 24-48 hrs. Again after this i was told for another 24-48 hrs. When i asked for complain number, they told that they don't have complain number. I wanted to talk to customer relation manager but they denied telling he is busy and can't talk now. Now i want my money back because i know they are fraud and reliance has opened a fraud company to cheat people. Kindly help me

        I have taken annual subscription that time company claimed more than 306 channels to show. At present i can see not more than 20 channels. For almost 280 channels error 400 is reflecting on tv screen.
        I have complained many times to customer care but that is totally waste of time. My registered number for this connection is [protected]
        Customer care executives are highly unprofessional. They literally fight with customers over call.

          I had made the payment of rs. 499/- as pre-booking charges on july 19, 2018 for reliance dth service from reliance big tv ltd (Name has recently been rebranded to independent tv). The installation was to be done with 30-45 days and the service should have been started by the mid of september 2018. However, no installation has been done till date and neither is there any proper response from the customer care. Every time i have called at the customer care i have got the same response which is "installation will be done within a week". However, four months have passed from the payment yet no installation is done as on date i. E. 25/11/2018. I also got an information from the customer care that my set top box was delivered to a service provider named dev communication and a mobile no. Was shared to contact the service provider which is switch off since the day i got the number. This is mere harassment of customer. I have patiently waited for over 2.5 months from the initially promised time frame. I want a full refund of pre-booking charges and would also like to claim charges for non-fulfillment of promises.

          It is looks like fraud company. No response of emails. Call center people tell every time wait for 24 hrs to 72 hrs. But no installation done. Now scary by seeing review, they are poor in resolving existing customers issue after installation.
          My booking is done on 14 Dec, 2018 but not yet installed yet.
          There is no way to get refund also. Call centre people will say to write email but they never respond emails.

            I have registered for a new set top box by pre booking id no.14525881 on 16/03/2018.
            As per the message received while booking (Congratulations for booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30to45 days. Your booking id no.14525881. And no. Of connections 1)
            Today 254days are over (25/11/2018) i have not been received the product. I contacted the customer care many times they are saying that the set top box will be installed within one week.
            A number of messages (Emails) sent to them but there is no reply...

                    My independent tv connection installed on dated 28.09.2018 but from 24.10.2018 my tv connection shows error 400 signal not found from 24.10.2018 to till today 21.11.2018 I called customer care approximately 15 times but they are not resolving my problem. Whenever I make a call to customer care they have only one reply that we have submit your complaint a technician will visit you within 48 hours but after approximate one month no one visit and my complaint never resolve
                    Exactly same problem I am facing. No signal from 15 days, and customer care has no care about customers.
                    Worst customer care.
                    Fraud company.

(Funny part not provided any receipt or bill). Worked for one month. For the last four days it is not working . They have given a customer care No[protected] which does not exist at all. The mail id provided [protected]@independenttv.in is also fake . Tried multiple times to send a mail from my gmail id . Gmail even not recognizing that mail ID also. Where to go. Contacted the dealer who installed it but not responded or rectified the problem. No way to get the problem rectified

                          It is submitted that i booked a set top box of independent tv through online and paid a sum of rs.1999 online. I was assured that delivery of set top box will be within 7 days after making payment. I made payment on 16 october 2018 but till today (17 november 2018) i did not get any set top box except lame excuses every time customer care employee said to wait for maximum 2-3 days. Only they are be fooling the customer. So you are requested to get my amount refunded.

                            As they offered Setup box will be install with in 7 to 10 days post order.
                            I tried to call their customer care no but they don't have the update. And every time they said sorry for delay ols wait for same days it will install.

                                Connection not working since 04 nov 2018. Complaint no. 325594 dt 04 nov 18 raised. On 7th nov 2018 on my enquiry, call centre person informed it shall be attended by 8-9 nov. I first complained on 24 oct 18, records of which they dont have. Till date no one came. Today when i enquired they are telling me it will be attended in one week. Same one week timeline was told to me on 4 novv. Its serious. Arrange fault rectifi ation at the earliest. Why complaints registered are not not acknowlegded by sms. Why during installation, no receipts were provided in hard or soft copy?.

                                      We got our independent tv connection recently. Our registered cell no. Is [protected]. We got all the channels properly only for one week from then onwards it's showing error 400. We called local distributor n informed him he has send the technician but he was not ready to fix it up till we pay him rs.350 /- what he demanded. He only fixed the issues on his next visit only after we agreeing to pay 200/-. This whole episode was played with the understanding between distributor and technician for more than a week.
                                      Now the technician has not fixed the dish properly and it is moving just because of mild wind. Now we r only able to watch only two or three channels. For rest of all channels it's showing 400 error. I don't want to call back distributor after the whole above episode.
                                      I called twice to the customer care n reported but there is no response from there end till now.

                                        I have prebooked in march 2018 for independent tv, and got call recently and got installed on 1-oct-2018 by paying installation charges. I was so delighted to view more channels. But it dint last for long time. From past 3 days, i am not able to see any channels. Rather i am getting the error-400 signal lost message. And it had customer care number as[protected], where i called them multiple times last 2 days, and the answer from their executives is, just that, they say, they refreshed, please check after 30 mins. And i did multiple times, waited, but the same error message was popping. I switched off/on, nothing worked. Today, when i called the same customer care number, i got as invalid and was not connecting at all. Such a pathetic customer care, and i am struggling a lot due to this. Infact, i was asking them last day, that, to send a technician to check, but no response at all, and just their reply was, try after 30 mins. I kept on tried multiple calls, but of no use at all. I trusted on reliance company, and regret a lot now for my wrong choice.

                                        Finally I got contact number of technician KHWAJA MOHHIDDIN his contact number is [protected], but when I call that fellow he told me that we are providing services in your area.
                                        Please if possible then provide me technician in my area.

                                        I also mail to independent tv, but no reply get, still now.
                                        Poor maintenance, even distributor also disconnect my call even technician.
                                        Is there is any chance to file to police complains against independent tv or distributor???
