I booked two connection of reliance a big tv /independent tv one on 1st march 2nd on 3rd march but till today they didn't install my connection i found some seller in my city i. E aligarh installing connections offline charging 3000 per connection i want my installation will complete as soon as possible otherwise refund my money my mob n [protected] email id vineetthakur. I tried calling customer care of so called independent tv (Reliance big tv) [[protected]/[protected]]but unable to contact them, also i send the mail but did not received any mails from their side.

As local dealer are now providing the connection can we trust on them as the company itself is not responding.

I have read review and complaints regarding it and now i don't think to buy it....

We have taken connection just 1 week and immediately after we received signal we complained and many channels which were mentioned in their list were not reflecting. We have been cheated and not get channel as we have been informed while taking subscription. We have paid entire 1 year's subscription charges.

From last 1 week we have been patiently waiting but now...
