We have taken connection just 1 week and immediately after we received signal we complained and many channels which were mentioned in their list were not reflecting. We have been cheated and not get channel as we have been informed while taking subscription. We have paid entire 1 year's subscription charges.
From last 1 week we have been patiently waiting but now we have got feedback that we need to wait for 1 month.
And the exective sayeed siddique was so rude and he disconnected the call without transferring the call to senior.
We are not getting shraddha channel, food food channel and many other channels.
We need entire subscription money back and ask them to take away the dish.
They issued me customer ID [protected]
But not installed yet
I want it to be installed or refund my booking amount 1999/- back
They asked me to install it within 7 days
I have called and emailed them many times but they are not giving any response
