Please refund the money against my independent tv connection which was inactive last few months due to problems at your side. Registerd mobile no. Against this connection is [protected] or alternate no. Is [protected]. Please refund my money at the earliest and take your set top box and accessories as i do not wish to continue your services at any cost due to your company irresponsible behavior.

Independent tv stops the services from a long time, till time these services in resume. Even no body is there to speak anything about the services. No call center/ customer case services in working. Also govt not taking any action against this fraud company. Independent tv make a big fraud of crores and even no body taking action like govt, trai, telecome ministry etc.

Since March 2019 still today all chenal 's are stop in independent tv broadcast nathi ng. Please recovery our 1 yeras subscription rs. 2500 with interest. Any time call customer services center thay do one date, date, again date, again new date. What to do about this no answering torcher??????????????????????????????????? Please help very soon from this problem.

I paid on 01 march 2018 rs. 499/- by credit card for dth connection as offered by reliance big tv (now renamed as independent tv). Till date no connection has been provided and my repeated requests for refund have resulted in only evasive replies by the company including its nodal officer mr. Vinay kwatra. I am no more interested as i have already taken a new dth connection long back and need refund my advance with interest. Pls help by taking up the matter with the company as well as authorities.

Complaint against INDEPENDENT TV for organised economic crime of fraudlence, racketeering, cheating, unfair and illegal practice under protection of Govt. Officials.

Sir / Madam,

With due respect it is submitted that since the broadcasting company Independent TV has started It has never given any satisfactory broadcasting services to any single customer till date.

That the Independent TV deliberately and intentionally from starting continuously violating the Regulations, 2017 of telecommunication (Broadcasting and cable) services standards of quality of service and consumer protection (Addressable Systems) with its amendments as upto till date.

That firstly company has installed the connection after one year long harassment period of booking in the fake name of Reliance Big TV and given false commitments again and again.

That the Independent TV has deposited in advance all the money in the name of Freedom Plan of five year package and when the Hon'ble TRAI has regulates new tariff policy the company has also vioteted the rules.

That the Independent TV has also intentionally and deliberately violated the directions of Hon'ble TRAI vide dated 01.05.2019 to M/s Independent TV Ltd under section 13, read with sub-clause (v) of clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 11, of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 to ensure compliance of various provisions of the New Regulatory Framework for Broadcasting and Cable TV Services.

That the company has blocked the mostly paid channels without any consent of the customer despite it all that channels was the part of package before the new tariff policy.

That at now Independent TV has switched off all the networks and signals in June 2019 without giving any notice to the customers and now no channel has been broadcast at the company's platform.

That there is No helpline number is working of the Independent TV and despite several emails of the customers has send to the customer care, nodel officer, compliance officer of Independent TV but no any reply has given by the company.

That despite several requests of refund of the balance money in preposition to the balance validity company has never returned it to any of the customers.

And at present when the company has completely stopped all the broadcasting and customer services in June 2019 so therefore please strictly direct the Independent TV to refund the balance money in preposition to balanced validity with immediate effect and also take legal action to punish the company for organised economic crime of fraudulence, racketeering, cheating, unfair, illegal practice and violation of rules and regulations.

It is also submitted that this complaint is also lodged before the officials concerned but no any official has taken any action against Independent TV despite several complaints. It seems that Govt. Officials are to provide illegal protection to Independent TV rather than to take strict action against said company reason best known to them.

Independent tv is not broad casting channels as per package... They charge us 2500 for transmission all required channels for 1 year... But they close their broadcast on april... My subscription is s/n [protected]. Please look into this matter and take some action against it and ask them to refund all money they take at time of subscription. I call the customer care lot off time but they didn't pick any call. I go to the shop from where i purchased the independent tv setup. But they are also facing same problem... Then i asked them to refund my money they told me that they deposit it all to independent tv providers account.. How they can they are still in huge loss..

I have purchased the independent dth vide set top box no.[protected], [protected] in the month of 23 oct 2018, amounting to rs.4000/- for 2 connection, and they assured at the thinner of purchasing they told that they will give hd channels and other sd channels free for one year. But to the shock they cutting down. It is very difficult to connect with customer care. I tried to contact customer care no provided by the company but the no is frequently busy from last 1 week. Very poor service from independent tv. I want all the money back which i have paid to independent tv. I am going to file a case against the independent tv in consumer court.

The service provider independent TV is unable to deliver it's services which have been promised while the installation
All the channels having blacked out and there is one common error which is shown on the screen as error 400 the customer care numbers are also not reachable and if it is connected the call is kept on hold for hours together there is no clear idea which is either been delivered by independent TV in connection with this particular error kindly help us in this particular issue and make sure the independent TV is to be penalized for or keeping the customers under wrong belief promises which have been made are not fulfilled and there is always a misguiding then with the customers

I am purchase the new independent set box from broker. Independent tv pvt ltd co is not providing service. I want full refund amt due to independent tv pvt company is not providing servicess. Kindly take action agins the company and provide full refund. Service provider co is not provide the service. So you take strick action aginst the company and give me full refund.

He took for 1 year subscriber plan but now company deactivate all channels and not provide service. And company not activate service. And consumer also contact for company but company not replied satisfactory response and consumer want solution as soon as possible

My problem is related to the same which others are facing, independent tv has cheated lots of people, from last 2 month my independent tv is not working whenever call to the customer care, always they reply your issue will be resolve with in 24 hours, and now it become 3 months i don't know when that 24 hours will come and my cable will start working,

Also i called to the relationship manager but their response is very poor and giving reply in negative attitude,

I have subscribed Independent TV from the last 2 months. Earlier there was lot of problem in their live feed but after 12th June 2019 all of the channels stopped working without any notice. I have contacted their customer care but they were of no knowledge what to say to customer. I have mailed them to refund the amount on pro rata for their worst services. It has been 15 days but I have not got any reply from them till date.

My independent tv dish had been stopped working from 05 june 2019 and i have called customer service many times but no actions had been taken from their side and now their numbers are also not working. I have given 3000 rs to independent tv for 1 year free subscription to all channels and at starting some star channels are stopped working and now not even singal channel works. I want my money back

It's been more than a month now all channel are stop.

As per there pack they supposed to provide hd channel along with all non hd channel. First they stopped hd channel within a 15 days then they stopped star channel and when they activated the star channels they stopped zee channel. Now customer care not reachable i trying form last month but no one can pick the call and most of time can't connect the call also i had mailed on their customer care mail id but till date no action taken on the matter.

So i really want that either they fix the problem or refund the amount as i paid them at the time registration & installation.

It's clearly a case of fraud. Independent TV commited me that all chanel will work free for one year but my Chanel's are not working properly since last two months almost all Chanel's are invisible for me and make fool to consumer

My name is ashok prasad. I purchase independent tv set top box by pay rs. 1799 with 1 year plan but now 6 months letter independent tv stop my chennals. And all costumer numbers out of reached.
Please give me justice for this.
I want play my all chennals without pay any extra amount or refund my amount with penalty.
I pay rs. 499 for booking st top box and rest 1500 rs pay to installation set top box...
