It's been more than a month now all channel are stop. They stopped all the channel. As per there pack they supposed to provide hd channel along with all non hd channel. First they stopped hd channel within a 15 days then they stopped star channel and when they activated the star channels they stopped zee channel. I contacted customer care they said they will activate channel till 22 june but still there is no activation as yet. Now customer care not reachable i trying form last week but no one can pick the call and most of time can't connect the call they totally making fool of customer i want to refund all money form them such an bad company

    Dear sir,
    I have use independent tv last 07 month and i m also paid one year subscription pack amount. But last one month all channel not working.in which show error 400.. What can i do for this solution.. When i call customer care then they not give me proper response... When i ask for refund my money then they say me not possible to refund money... This is so big cheating company. Because they not provide channel and not give refund to me. Please take action this company

      I am independent tv customer, my independent tv customer id is [protected]. I tried to contact independent tv company helpline no.[protected] &[protected] many times but its always busy or mobile calls disconnect automatically. Its service create deliberately for mentally torture. I want to refund only. Because according to the promises given by the seller of Independent Tv i can see the all channel with HD channel with one year freedom pack. But this service unavailable after 5-6 months.

        I have independent TV, which not working since 12 June, calling customer care several times but no response.
        I want my money back 3000 rs it more than five every time they have with channels i am fedup with this independent tv and there excused. Now again its more than a monthno cable if i call service center most of the time no not working if they pick they have dont when it ll start and from last two days there customer numbers are not even working. They are harassing people.

          I have purchased Independent Tv set off box in February 2019 for company offeringor providing
          Scheam up 12 months free subscription but Now they have stopped broadcasting all chhanle and I have lost money due fraudulent activity we are unable to watch any kind of channels,

              Hello sir
              My name is sanjay kumar
              In the month of february 2019 i bought two connections of independent tv and i got 1 year pack in both connections and pay rs. 4400/-
              It has many problems, like channel stopping and screen freezing. After 10 days all hd channels stopped working & after 15 days majority of channels stopped working. I tried to contact company's helpline number, but it's always busy, i could not contact the company.
              But on 11th of june all channels are stopped because of sattelite disconnection
              It is not my fault, its the mistake of company

                  All the channels are stopped from last one month.

                  Same as other complaints, they have stopped channels one by one and now all channels are stopped.

                  Please refund my amount and take your hell dth or give me some good option.

                  In this worldcup fever i am not able to see any matches.

                  Contacted the dealer also, and he keeps saying that there is fight in upper management and he dont know when it will be resolved. This is freaking answer.

                      I took new set up box of independent tv with plan or 1 year free all hd channels including around 5 months before they closed hd channels saying that plans are changed and around 12 june they cut off all the channels and no more service is available.                       The independent TV is making false promises to the costumers that TV will start on 22 June 2019 but it's not working till they also freez the channels like all zee TV channels, colors they are making fraud with the costumers

                      The DTH stop receiving signal from 12th june 2019, After that I call Independent TV on 18 June 2019 and they stated that network will be available from 22 June 2019. Now today again i call them they started saying that there network will be available on 3 july 2019

                        हमारा एंटरटेनमेंट ख़राब किया एवं हमारे साथ धोखा किया एक साल तक कि फ्री बोल के 1.5महीने में आधे चेनल बंद कर दिये। हम IPL भी नही देख पाये।
                        अभी सारे चेनल बंद कर दिए जिस से हम वर्ल्ड कप भी नही देख पा रहे है।
                        इसलिये हमे हमारा पैसा वापस करे ।

                            We have taken the independent tv set up box in february and there are no channels are working right now. The independent tv started cutting down the channels one by one and now there are no left. Earlier the customer operator guys used to say that this is due to the software updation and it will start working once the updation of the software will be done. Now the customer operator guys are not picking up the call. I expect that you guys will be able to resolve the issue or i have to complaint on the online consumer forum. Please find the connection details below. Or take the dish tv back and refund me the money. I have already complaint about this in your website but still no action is taken.

                              Sir i don't want to continue the services of independent tv service provider as its service quality is very bad and from past few weeks its service has stopped. Initially i have been charged for the entire year service but they are unable to provide me the service due to their internal problem, hence i want complete return of my money so that i can opt for some other good service.

                              I purchase independent tv rs.2000 and instalation charge 250 for one year free..It provide me all hd and sd channels from 15 oct 2018.But in jan 19 all hd channels closed and in may all colors pack and zee tv packs closed .And from 13 june 19 all channels closed .No channels provide me .Please refund my rupees. Or provide my all channels .

                                Since the time i purchased the independent tv, i am facing issues.
                                Too much late in connection setup, approx 4 months.

                                Hd channels were removed after few days when i purchased and they promised for 1 year.

                                Only few of channels were available and these were also freezing.

                                Now finally services stopped.

                                I want to replace this dth service. How is that possible?
                                Should i complaint to consumer court in writthen regarding this? Please suggest.

                                  It's been more than a month now all channel are stop. They stopped all the channel. As per there pack they supposed to provide hd channel along with all non hd channel. First they stopped hd channel within a 15 days then they stopped star channel and when they activated the star channels they stopped zee channel. I contacted customer care they said they will activate channel till 25 june but still there is no activation as yet. Totally frustrated with it.

                                    I subscribed independent tv from starting as freedom customer with rs.2000. They promised to show all hd chanells for one year without extra charge. But after some time hd channels converted to sd. Then after very bad and freezing signals. Half of the channels stopped. No for one month there is no service at all. They never respond to my mails. Customer care no. Is always busy. So every customer is so frustrated with independent tv provider.

                                      On january 11, 2019 i buy two connections of independent tv and i got 1 year pack in both connections
                                      It has many problems, like channel stopping and screen freezing,

                                      But on 13th of june all channels are stopped because of sattelite disconnection
                                      It is not my fault, its the mistake of company
                                      Sir its 29june today
                                      The above half world cup is over
                                      The company didn't resume there services
                                      Please sir help me
                                      I just want my refund
                                      Its a mental torture to every customer
