In the month of february 2019 i bought two connections of independent tv and i got 1 year pack in both connections and pay rs. 4400/-
It has many problems, like channel stopping and screen freezing. After 10 days all hd channels stopped working & after 15 days majority of channels stopped working. I tried to contact company's helpline number, but it's always busy, i could not contact...

From last 1 months independent tv is not working and they are not giving any response regarding the same. They charged me almost 3500 rs and not giving any service.. Kindly do something or order him to return my invested amount. They are giving mental pressure for the same. Coustomer care number is not working. No response from any side why they are running...

All the channels are stopped from last one month.

Same as other complaints, they have stopped channels one by one and now all channels are stopped.

Please refund my amount and take your hell dth or give me some good option.

In this worldcup fever i am not able to see any matches.

Contacted the dealer also, and he keeps saying that there is fight in upper management and he dont know...

I purchase independent tv set top box by pay rs. 1999 with 1 year plan but now 6 months letter independent tv stop my chennals. And all costumer numbers out of reached.
Please give me justice for this.
I want play my all chennals without pay any extra amount.
I pay rs. 499 for booking st top box and rest 1500 rs pay to installation set top box....

I took new set up box of independent tv with plan or 1 year free all hd channels including around 5 months before they closed hd channels saying that plans are changed and around 12 june they cut off all the channels and no more service is available. There customer care service is also closed and on website keep telling us dates. So please help me what to do i need my money back or services back!

We have taken the independent tv set up box in february and there are no channels are working right now. The independent tv started cutting down the channels one by one and now there are no left. Earlier the customer operator guys used to say that this is due to the software updation and it will start working once the updation of the software will be done. Now the customer operator guys are not picking up the call. I expect that you guys...

Sir i don't want to continue the services of independent tv service provider as its service quality is very bad and from past few weeks its service has stopped. Initially i have been charged for the entire year service but they are unable to provide me the service due to their internal problem, hence i want complete return of my money so that i can opt for some other good service.

Too much late in connection setup, approx 4 months.

Hd channels were removed after few days when i purchased and they promised for 1 year.

Only few of channels were available and these were also freezing.

Now finally services stopped.

I subscribed independent tv from starting as freedom customer with rs.2000. They promised to show all hd chanells for one year without extra charge. But after some time hd channels converted to sd. Then after very bad and freezing signals. Half of the channels stopped. No for one month there is no service at all. They never respond to my mails. Customer care no. Is always busy. So every customer is so frustrated with independent tv provider....

I am vaibhav chauhan from haridwar uttarakhand. Two month ago i take a new connection to independent tv. There is not a single channel come from last 25 days. Only error 400 seen on tv screen. Rynow i do not even trust this company. I think the company is fooling people. Please take an action on that # company. I want my money back.

I had installed the dth of independent tv at my home. Initially it was giving good service but afterward the channels of it is going to close one by one. Afterward from starting of may, 2019, the complete broadcasting of this dth is closed and now there is nothing to see in the tv. Every channele is closed currently.

Respected authority, I, Rajesh Sindhu a subscriber of independent tv i have purchased their setup box with one year freedom pack worth 3000/ from 26 Feb 2019 their service are all shut down no service is provided by them. And no clear response given by their call executive of the company. I do request you to take serious action against them and refund my amount in a hope of positive response
