I have to complain to NCH poratal from their when i didnot get the satisfactory remark, they suggested me to complain under Ministry of Broadcasting on pgportal.gov.in

I got the feedback now from them and independent tv also that services would get start on 3rd july expected as their services are suspended due to some issues.
let us see till 3rd else I will not stay calm and let them flee away.

please proceed as like I did.

atleast I am in touch with govt and company till it would not get resolved,
Independent TV earlier known by Reliance Big Tv not working wef 11th June 2019.
Company's has been incompetent in serving what they promised.
Where have they eloped? Kindly apprise or let us know what necessary action should be taken.

In month of march.i brought this independent tv box but in these 3 4 month ther is no service and i am not watched a single channel .the distributor are cheat us now i need my money back.thats all.

Sir I purchased independent Tv set top box in last week of december. It worked good for 4 months but after that it not going well. And now from 15 days it's totally out of signal. I purchased pack for one year. But it worked hardly 5 months.
So please tell me how I will I get my money back. Bcz set top box is not working now

ha bhai lekin hamara durbhagya ye hai ki koi kuch action nahi le pa raha hai... na to TRAI aur nahi koi court ya govt. . .. koi kuch bhi fraud kar sakta hai yaha sabko pata hai.. koi kisika kuch nahi bigaad sakte...sirf court case me tarikh aati rahegi aur hamara ek saal pura ho jayega ..     I have purchased the independent dth vide set top box no.[protected], in the month of november 2018, amounting to rs.2000/-, and they assured at the thinner of purchasing they told that they will give hd channels and other sd channels free for one year. But to the shock they cutting down one by one channel from the month april 2019 and from june 2019 they stopped all channels.

    Therefore i request you to please direct aforesaid dth company to restart all the channels as they told earlier or otherwise please take legal action against the said company and direct them to return the money to all customers.

    Independent tv channels not coming in before 5 month. I am paying in 3100 Rs in 12 month recharge. I am so many time call for customer care but still not respond. Please give me any solution for channels is coming or not coming. Please refund my money. Please help me

      Since many days improper service, poor signals we felt like cheated and frusted.
      Best way we want money back don't want such a cheap service provider.

      2500, on 10 oct 2018, to 10 sep 2019
      But it shut down all service at 12 June 2019
      So plz refund my amount

        Sir before sometimes I purchased independent tv plan of 1 year. But after 4 months it is not giving service. I tried to call coustmor care. It was switched off. I also tried to contact to m.p. zone officer. It was also switched off. This is fraud company and I don't want to continue with this company. So please do help to get my money back.

            Appeal to concerned deptt./ ministry to look into the complaints of thousands of innocent customer who have subscribed independent t v dth services by paying hard earned money, the company has stopped their services all of sudden since 12th june citing no reason whatsoever. Customers are are hopeless as no contact being established with independent tv officials, so we are waiting for govt. Machinery to awaken for intervening into the matter. Please either refund the money or resume the services

            Company was take 1999 rs of annual charge bt company only given the hd channel services only for two months. This company totally fraud and should be banned. This company is cheating now with all independt television customers. This company has told us that it will run48 hd channels inthe year but after only 12, now the zero channel run in hd.

            I am subscriber of independent TV since Feb 2019. Network is not available from 12th June 2019. I have called on their customer care no and they told me that network will available from 22nd June and still I am waiting for network. This is the worst D2H subscription I have ever tried. I want my money back.

                The stoped the telecast of the chanel from 12th june before that they stopped zee & colors network telecast & some chanels running with strucking i was called to costumer care but they not ptopetly told when it resolving.
                They mentally harassing me plz help to refund of r/s 2350 when i paid 2000 of online & 350 of installation charges
                Plz do the need full as early as possible

                I am facing the error 400 signal lost... Called several times customer care number.. No one responding in a proper way.. Feeling like irritated.. Why only customer suffered in india even though fault is from company side.. They are not even raising a request. Many channel and HD channels not working. If problem not resolved, I have to take legal step for the same. Take necessary action immediately.
                I install independent tv but in that dth not work any time signal lost and any time some channel not show that I wish disconnecte the independent tv and get my money refund

                  Independent tv is not working .Only error 404 is showing .No channel even free to air are available .consumer support only giving dates of 22june. But now independent tv is not working since many months and no possibility when the services will resume i want my money back i try my best to contact them but uun logo ka koi bhi number se contact to due ki baat hai jawab bhi aese dete hai ki chennels chalu nahi hogi aap chahe to complain bhi kar sakte hai kuch bhi karnge chennels chalu nahi hogi and last 12 dino se to 1 bhi chennels nahi aa rahe hai

                      I have paid 2500/- as full year subsciption to dealer. But now independent tv is not working since many days and no possibility when the services will resume. Toll free number never connects. We have a child at home. He usually watches cartoons on tv. Now since independent tv disc are not working, we want refund of remaining balance. Its just 2-3 months we have installed the same. I want to shift to other dth or cable.

                        Nodal Officers as well as dropping complaint mails at their disposal but I never got a response

                              मैने सितम्बर 2018 में इंडिपेन्डेन्ट टीवी खरीदा था जिसमे की मुझे 1 साल तक सभी चैनल्स ओर अगले 4 साल तक फ्री टू एयर चैनल्स मिलने थे । लेकिन फरवरी 2019 से इन्होंने चैनल्स देना बन्द कर दिया कभी स्टार के चैनल्स बन्द हो जाते तो कभी ज़ी ओर कलर्स के। आज की डेट में सभी चैनल्स बंद हो चुके है। करीब 15 दिनों से टीवी बन्द है। और कंपनी डेट पर डेट बढ़ाये जा रही है कि इस डेट को शुरू हो जाएगा। आपसे अनुरोध है कि इसके खिलाफ कड़े से कड़ा कदम उठाया जाए। धन्यवाद ।

How come it could be a signal problem. Form the starting installation of the day, i am facing lot of problem... Like video streaming channel lost and signal last and black screen showing.                                     I purchase independent tv before 7 or 8 months. On that day company's executive say me "our service is best service", but from last 20 to 25 days my independent tv not running. I try to contact so many times to independent customer care number, but every time my call is disconnect. Till today no any executive answer me about my tv start. I already send mail to customer care & nodal officer. Independent tv nodal officer for west's mobile number is wrong in company's web site.

                                      I booked the connection of independent tv on 01 dec 2018 and an online payment of rs 1999 was made to independent tv. After various calls and arguments the stb connection was installed on 15 jan 19. Since 22 jan 19, error 400 was reflecting. Various calls were made but no response from your customer care or service provider for rectification of error 400. Later many channels were deactivated. Hence i do not wish to keep the worst service as provided by your company and also the broken agreement.in view of the above it is assumed that you would refund me the amount in my bank account at the earliest.

                                        The programs stopped displaying since 4-5 days. And when i called customer care they told me that the problem will be resolved in next 10 days, which is very longer duration to resolve any problem. The dth connection shows that it is not working due to weather conditions, but the weather is clear. Also they have given customer care number on set top box which is not working and they do not attend calls on the number displaying the screen
