Independent TV — broadcasting stopped | |||||
I brought my Independent TV set-top box on December 2018 with 1-year annual subscription for all HD & SD channels and 5 years subscription for all FTA channels at Rs.2500 +300 for fixing, after a few months of service they stopped maximum channels, English entertainment channels. Even when the channels were coming - The signal quality is also very poor. now all channels have been stopped since 12th Jun'19 and none of their customer care executives have answer when the service will be resumed. We as a customer feel cheated and wants to claim for a full refund of our money Was this information helpful? | |||||
