Independent TV — channels not coming

I had booked reliance big tv dth connection for two televisions at the beginning of 2018 by paying a booking amount of rs. 998/-. It was installed in nov'18 after several requests and complaints.
The connection was a freedom pack with a promise of all hd and sd channels free for one year and all fta channels for 5 years. Now from 30th jan'19, all hd channels stopped working. Now since 31st march'19, all channels except fta channels have stopped working. They have changed our pack to the basic pack. My ca id no. Is 0426a028

The customer care is totally unresponsive and unhelpful. These guys are playing with customer's sentiments and helplessness. This is an absolute fraud and independent tv owner should be penalized as per the law.
