I was given one year membership on 28/10/2018 with the independence india plan
On the amount of 2200 rupees.
And according to trai rules and regulations
If the scheme is taken before the new rules, then the plan will remain the status till the switch off date, but the service provider has closed all the channels that are viewable.

i purchase independent tv approx 2 month ago and paid full one year payment but last 8 days facing progblem that all star channles not working and its session for ipl so and again may be arise this type problem in world cup so pls resolved this problem as soon as earlier and paid remainig payment of star.

Some day ago i had purchase independent dth. But today star to related channels are not showing. Please cheak the detail. And solved the my problem. Some channels are not properly work. Less then 100 channels are coming. Please solved the my problem.

Dear sir when i purchase independent they told me that all channels is coming but they are blocking one by one and now they close all star channels it will be a fraud company pls stop this and solve my problem
