Independent TV — cheating with customers who paid for annual fees | |||||
This is with regards to one of my independent dish tv connections with reg number [protected]. -. At the time of payment and installation, we were promised a all hd channels, sports, english, regional channels and many other channels, out of which none of the sports channels are working since the past 15 days. Also, off lately, none of star channels are working either. I tried calling independent tv customer care several times, but i have been informed that due to system issue they are unable to validate the details and they cannot help. We have paid for an year and its hardly been few months, we were going through such inconvenience. Customer care executive are not listening to us and also reduce channel number day by day. Totally fraud company. No one is ready to help us. Even goverment is ignoring this kind of big issue in the country. I want my my money back as you havent fulfill your commitment.
