Independent TV — disconnection of independent tv services

I took new connection of rs 1999 in september 2018 by saying services will be given for a year, but some of the channels stopped in march aprail 2019 and from jun 2019 it is completely disconnected without any notification, and there is no customer care number working, i want my money to return or give service for whole year
