Independent TV — dish tv not working

I registered for this dish tv connection in march 2018 by paying rs 500 and was promised that it will be installed within 15 business days. But they didn’t install in that time and i called them a thousand times times and they installed it in january 2019 and took an amount of rs 1750.
After installation hd channels were gone in a week and slowly all channels were getting washed off.
Now i am not getting any channel on this dish tv connection almost zero channels what i can see is error on each channel and since a long time they are telling me that a technician will visit soon but no technician have arrived till yet.
I just need the total amount to be refunded.
