Very poor services... Signal lost error no. 400 on 11/05/2019 & since then i call customer care daily & they say technician will come in 24 hours but actually no one is taking initiative. They are not providing any technician no. Also. We are not able to watch any of the channels even the basic dd channels due to signal lost. When i ask them that i want to speak to senior level they connect it & afterwards senior himself disconnect the call. Very much disappointing services. Was this information helpful? |
