Independent TV — fraudulent offers

We switched from tata sky to independent tv due to their attractive offer to give hd channels and other channels altogether 500 channels at a very cost effective rate. It is only 4-5 months since we subscribed to independent tv. Now, now with each passing day, they are stopping many channels viz. Hd channels, infotainment channels, star tv etc. Etc. Our set top box number is [protected]. We tried to contact their customer care officials as well. Many a time they won't pick/answer our call. But the response was not satisfactory. They advised us to log in to independent tv and add the channels we wish to see in a-la-carte. But my question is why should i do so when i was told that i can watch all the 500 channels throughout the year without any additional charge. When i attempt to login with sb no every time it fails. Customer care is fooling me.
