[Resolved] Independent TV — independent tv bad service

R/sir,. Independent tv ने जो चैनेल हमे एक साल के पैकेज में दिए थे उसमे से बहुत से चैनेल (सारे hd सहित)अब बंद कर दिए है, इसके अलावा aprel में स्टार के चैनेल 15 दिन बंद रहे, और अब zee के सारे चैनेल 1 हफ्ते से बंद है, और जो चैनेल चल रहे है वो भी हर 10 सेकंड में freez हो जाते हैं, इनके customer care का या तो no लगता ही नही और लगता है तो कोई solution नही दे पाते, अब हम बहुत परेशान हो चुके है और independet tv से अपनी पूरी पमेंट refund चाहते है हम अब indepenet tv नही देखना चाहते है, धन्यवाद, (Reg. After 6 day no any solution provide us. Independent tv abhi bi apni manmani hi kar rha he ?????? Trai koi help nahi karti ???

Updated by Mohan Gautam Trai भी Independent Tv से मिला हुआ है तभी तो अभी तक कोई solution नही हुआ है, coustomer मरता है तो मरे, इन्हें तो पैसा मिल चुका है चुप रहने के लिए ! तभी तो independent वालो को कोई डर नही है वो अपनी मर्जी से chanel बंद करते जा रहे है Trai customer के। साथ नही बल्कि DTH वालो के साथ है ?????? इसलिए किसी भी complaint का कोई भी solution नही होता !

Updated by Mohan Gautam हम कितनी भी complent कर ले trai में सुनवाई नही। होने वाली! ट्राई अपनी आंखें बंद करके बैठे है, इतनी complent के बाद भी इंडिपेंडेंट tv पर कोई कारवाही नही हुई वो लोग अपनी मनमानी करते जा रहे है चेनेल एक महीने से बंद पड़े है, Independent वाले ना तो चेनेल चला रहे है और ना ही customer के पैसे रिफंड करने को तैयार हैं, ट्राई भी उनका पूरा साथ दे रही है ?????? हम क्या करे please tell me ?
