प्रिय महोदय,

हमने स्वतंत्र टीवी कनेक्शन के लिए 2500 / - का भुगतान किया है 1 साल के लिए कुछ दिनों में इसने काम करना बंद कर दिया था जब तक कि यह काम नहीं कर रहा है, हमें इसके लिए धनवापसी की आवश्यकता है, हमने इसकी शिकायत ग्राहक देखभाल में की है लेकिन वहाँ से कोई उचित प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिली है।
हमने इसकी वजह से बहुत नुकसान उठाया, साथ ही उन्होंने पैकेज में एचडी चैनल भी दिए हैं, लेकिन इसके लिए 2 3 दिनों में काम करना बंद कर दिया है, क्योंकि इसके लिए समाधान की आवश्यकता है

I booked independent tv box on 8 december 2018.
From 15 June service are closed from till Now. Company give many predictions the service start after 21 August but till date 9 Oct service not start. So i want my 2250 money to be refunded... my registered mobile number is [protected]. email id [protected]@gmail.com
