Independent TV — independent tv service not working since more than 2 months

I have independent pack since 6 month but from last 2 month there is no any channel are working, all the time it shows error message and customer care number not reachable too. If we connect with customer care, it always revert we are working but still it's not resolved, it's my humble request Please refund my money, so that would be able to use other cable operator Was this information helpful?
