Independent TV — interrupted service and unable to lodge complaint

I Booked on 31 March 18 with Rs 450. Installeid on 03 Oct 18 and during Installation I paid Rs 2300/- including additional cable cost . (Funny part not provided any receipt or bill). Worked for one month. For the last four days it is not working . They have given a customer care No[protected] which does not exist at all. The mail id provided [protected]@independenttv.in is also fake . Tried multiple times to send a mail from my gmail id . Gmail even not recognizing that mail ID also. Where to go. Contacted the dealer who installed it but not responded or rectified the problem. No way to get the problem rectified
