Independent TV — new dth connection booked with advance payment rs 499 but it is not installed till now, 3 months passed | |||||
I booked online new independent tv (Reliance dth) with advance payment of rs 499. They assure me to install the dth within 30 to 45 days. Unfortunately it did not happened. Now more than 3 months passed and it is still pending. I called their customer service and every time i have been told to wait for 7 more days.
