Independent TV — no channels after 2 months of installation | |||
We have taken the independent tv set up box in february and there are no channels are working right now. The independent tv started cutting down the channels one by one and now there are no left. Earlier the customer operator guys used to say that this is due to the software updation and it will start working once the updation of the software will be done. Now the customer operator guys are not picking up the call. I expect that you guys will be able to resolve the issue or i have to complaint on the online consumer forum.
