Independent TV — not providing service as per the agreement | |||
I brought my Independent TV set-top box on 14th Oct 2018 with 1-year annual subscription for all HD & SD channels and 5 years subscription for all FTA channels at Rs.2500, after a few months of service they stopped all HD channels, then they stopped all ZEE network channels, English entertainment channels now all channels have been stopped since 12th June and none of their customer care executives have answer when the service will be resumed. Even when the channels were coming - The signal quality is also very poor. We have come to know that due to some overdue payments to broadcasters and ANTRIX - they have stopped service of Independent TV. We as a customer feel cheated and wants to claim for a full refund of our money Was this information helpful? | |||
