My independent tv box id : [protected] Contact number : [protected] / [protected] Hello sir Maine independent tv ka service liye 2 months huva... Tab bataya gaya tha ki yearly plan hai... Sab kuch ek saal e liye free hai.. Lekin connection start hote hi dhire dhire sab channels bandh hone lage... Aur ab to last 15-20 dino se pura network hi bandh hai.. Koi bhi channels nahi aa raha.. Error 400 - signal lost.. Bs yahi dekh rahe he Aur customer care me to kitne sare call lagaye... Mushkil se 30 minutes k baad call lagta he aur jutha waada kar dete hai ki ho jayega ho jayega... Kabhi wo log complaint note nahi karte To hum aapko kaise complaint number de.. Aapse vinti hai ki ya connection chalu karvaiye ya company refund de... Aur vapis kabhi chalu hi na ho... Lakho log fas chuke hai.. Koi action nahi le raha Pehle kehte the 22 june ko hoga... Tab nahi hua,,, ab kehte 3rd july ko hoga... Shayad tab bhi nayi date hi milegi,,,, paisa lene me to kabhi wait nahi karte... To service me hum kyu wait kare...? Customer hai isilye...
