I have one year all free freedom pack subscription but right now all channel not working... Customer care also not reply

From april most of the channels were removed against the promise of giving channels for one year subscription, which i have paid already.
But from 10th june all the services are stopped.
Error showing that
"due to bad weather at your site or from transmission site, signal is not available."

Please take necessary action on priority basis.
