Independent TV — package change and not replying

I have purchased 3 connections with freedom plan wiith free hd channels as they sold to everyone. Now after trai regulation they have closed all the channels and now there all phone numbers are closed. They even not replying of mails now. One of their coreespondent vinay replied to the mails and told that they will resolve the issue but its already month gone and no response from there side. This has been a very fruitfull ghotal done by reliance called independent tv. Please everyone raise there complaints in consumer affair court as i have already done 2 complainta there.
