Independent TV — poor response to customer requests

Hello team,

This is regarding my request raised through my registered number on 25 may 19.
I have received three message on same day at 19:25 of confirmation including the numbers:
Service request number: 2700677
Work order number: 1699101
Please find the screenshot.
It says that please wait for 24hours, it is the expected resolution time.

I am trying daily to call independent tv but every time i was asked to wait for next 24 hours,
Its now 5 days passed and still i didn't got any call from the technical visit.

I am too frustrated to trying call the care center and on waiting for queue for 15-25 minutes and then what i got is "wait for next 24 hours"

When i tried on 30 may 19, and asked to transfer the call to supervisor, he keep me on waiting for next 12 minutes following with sorry there is no supervisor available.

Please take in concern and let me know if this is out of your scope.

I have sent another email to independent tv nodal officer etc after three days of first email but till date i haven't got any response.

This is the email.

Hi All,

It seems no has time to handle their customers in any way.
Its been 8 days my request was raised and I received 0 response till date.
Can anyone take responsibility that we are not going to provide any kind of assistance to independent users now.
Who would going to take responsibility of my inconvenience from past 8 days my tv is off for the time being.

Is anyone is going to answer the question put over your service?

Today after 8 days when I call the again and asked to connect with supervisor, they denied completely and after some time just disconnect by saying thanks for calling independent tv.
I have all the recordings since day 1.

I have to complain to NCH poratal from their when i didnot get the satisfactory remark, they suggested me to complain under Ministry of Broadcasting on pgportal.gov.in

I got the feedback now from them and independent tv also that services would get start on 3rd july expected as their services are suspended due to some issues.
let us see till 3rd else I will not stay calm and let them flee away.
